Pros: Crew was good. No economy seat is super comfortable. (Why would you even ask that?)

Cons: Be on time. Not keep changing/delaying the border time. Not change my seat. (Plane was far from full.)

Pros: Friendly crew, on time departure, early arrival, and outstanding landing (I’m a pilot, so can give valid judgement).

Cons: Flight delayed for mechanical issues.... then upon landing trapped in cabin filled with exhaust then again trapped in a locked hallway.

Cons: Wheel got stuck during takeoff. Had to fly standby to get home. Originally told I would not get home that day. It was 8 am

Pros: Crew was nice, polite, and fairly accommodating. Would prefer to be given the full can of soda, instead of a glass which is 1/2 can and need to ask for more. Xtra leg room seat was ok.

Cons: Boarding wasn't great. Long lines. Deask lady gave my extra leg room seat, that I had bought and paid for, away to another person which made my boarding pass invalid. Made my boarding longer. Then no overhead space avail when I did get on and I was in bulkhead seat. I got my seat back.. But it was annoying, unnecessary, and uncalled for. And the woman who did it did not apologize.

Pros: Crew were fairly attentive, have experienced better. Liked the Canadian entertainment options, even if very limited.

Cons: Seats were okay, the plane is really showing it's age. Movie selection was very limited, and very dated.

Pros: Just another 4 hour delay featuring United. By the time we took off the storm in Toronto had started and it completely ruined my plans.

Pros: Very comfortable B777-300 got me to catch some much-needed sleep on my flight, even with a lot of people on-board!

Cons: May be better food choices. Overall I was happy with the flight!

Pros: We were in coach and the crew made us feel like it was business class!

Cons: More room is what everyone wants. It’s unrealistic though. First class was pretty comfortable.

Pros: Everything operated according to schedule.

Pros: The flight crew and the captain were terrific.

Cons: Gate agents were rude. Everybody was forced to check-in their carry on luggage due to the small plane. This information should have been shared before boarding. We were informed as we were boarding and had to scramble to remove the laptop from our carry-on and help up passengers behind us from boarding. A totally unnecessary stressful situation created by the gate agents for failing to share information. Once we got onboard we saw carry-ons larger then what we were forced to check-in. Evidently, enforcement of standards is at the gate agents' discretion.

Cons: I’m 6’3. My legs don’t fit in the provided space and I’m too tall for the head rest.

Pros: Nice helpful crew, plane was clean, arrived ahead of schedule

Cons: The plain from LGA had to return to the gate for maintenance, it made to ROC almost on time.

Cons: The entertainment system kept resetting over and over throughout the flight. And drinks were served late in a not so comfortable temperature cabin. But everything else was ok

Pros: Flight was on time out of JFK, and quick and easy to board. We took off on time and landed 30 minutes early. This is was a great trip, and I love Delta.

Pros: Crew not so much!

Pros: Kudos to the employees who really tried to help rather than pay mere lip service.

Cons: The plane experienced a mechanical issue forcing us to return to the gate after waiting for an hour. The staff was clearly overwhelmed and focused on moving us along (Cheryl) rather than resolving our need to reach our destinations.it wasn’t until we found one extremely patient and persistent employee (LaShondra-?) who booked us through NYC rather than Atlanta so we reached Rochester on the same day. So the questions are- why don’t the airport hold a larger inventory of parts, why aren’t there back up planes and why doesn’t the software better cope with these types of situations?
