It is super confusing where you need to go, drop bags, etc. the weird part is Check in was in terminal 3 and gate at terminal 2. That is a long walk back and forth. There is probably a more efficient way of doing this. Besides that, they need to do a better job communicating that seats are changing and not Reggy before boarding. Though I can understand it can get crazy because people will panic but it’s not great heading up to enter in not knowing if you are sitting in window when you picked it for a reason. Otherwise, everything went smoothly."

We would have preferred not to check the bag because it had everything in it we needed access to like medication, ear buds, book, tablet, it also contained my Jewlery and various other things. The lady was extremely rude when I told her I prefer not to check the bag, she said we could take everything out of the bag we needed but that would have been 70 % of what was in the bag, where was I supposed to put all this stuff? My small purse was already full. my husband was upset at her treatment and said something to her and she told us we where welcome to book another flight. I paid a hell of a lot of money on this flight alone plus upgraded our seats with extra legroom. Once on the plane the seating was so crammed, uncomfortable and no legroom. My seat reclined but my husbands did not. I will never fly American Airlines again."

Missed my ride and all car rentals were booked. All this caused a lot of anxiety and unnecessary stress. Very disappointing. And to add to it, the flight itself was horrible and there was no entertainment available for the entire flight."

We had arranged transport from Orlando to Tampa for that evening, and our rides had to cancel because instead of 7pm we were now arriving at 130am. Your airline's mistakes put everyone at an inconvenience and we weren't offered assistance to fix it. My husband went to ask for help in arranging new transport home, but he couldn't even get to the front of the line. The customer service was terrible. We really enjoyed our first leg of the flight home with American Airlines, but after the second leg and all of the problems we had... we will not fly with American Airlines in the future."

My husband reached the gate, his ticket scanned, and let onto the plane. I walk up next, my ticket is scanned and then the personnel at the gate said in what I can only describe as the most disrespectful, inconsiderate, ill-tempered tone that he would need take my bag. He grabbed it out of my possession, shoved it into the luggage sizing rack and even though it did fit inside the lines, he said it was "too close" and would need to be checked. Not wanting to cause a scene and quite frankly speechless by this man's attitude, I did not object.. It was not until I was seated on the plane that I noticed more than a dozen items of luggage larger than mine and that the vast majority of people that had 3, 4, 5 carry on items when the maximum is 2: one personal item and one carry on luggage item. It was both the lack of respect and the lack of consistency that lead me to have an extremely "poor" boarding experience. Serious retraining needs to be completed and boarding attendants should not be able to harass airline passengers."
Cons: "LATAM took our luggage from a flight from a different airline that we used to get from Miami to Orlando. They locked it up and closed before we arrived. My friend was unable to get his medicine, I missed vital time from a work contract, and we had to spend the night at the airport waiting until 1pm today to receive our luggage. This is the worst experience I've had with an airline. No one spoken with on LATAM seemed to care. We were stranded without sleep and got no clear answer from the LATAM hotline. There was no mention of compensation for our troubles. I will not be recommending this airline to other travelers aa this has ruines my work schedule and my friend is unable to get his medicine."

I usually pick American over other airlines even if the price is slightly higher but after this last fiasco I doubt I will fly with them again. From the start of the trip there was a delay. I was told that I would have to stay in a hotel in Charlotte because I would miss my connecting flight. I agreed and waited for my flight that was nearly 2 hours late. I arrived in Charlotte and retrieved my bag as instructed and went to the counter. The lady then stated that it was probably best if I tried to get on the last remaining flight even though it showed sold out because "there have been delays all day and plenty of people have been missing their connecting flights". So I rechecked my bag and headed to the game. This flight was delayed, as it was the last for the night, so that all the connecting flights could be made. Okay, that is fair enough....even though I didn't get to board and now I no longer had my bag as this is now on the plane. 30 minutes after the plane left I finally get my voucher for motel along with a $12 voucher for food that can only be used in the terminal restaurants......which are now closed for the night. After 30 minutes of trying to contact the hotel for shuttle information I was advised that they were no longer taking airline vouchers. I , again, approached the ticket counter and I was advised that I "would just have to wait because there are no rooms in the system at this time." And none of this instruction seemed professional or accommodating. After another hour I was approached that now there are no other options in their system for accommodations and I would have to pursue options on my own. So......the higher priced one way ticket just became $100 more at no fault of my own."

Eventually they cancelled flight and they rebooked next day. Then united realized they would have to give travel vouchers / hotel if flight was cancelled so they re labeled it "delayed" to avoid putting everyone up in a hotel. 13.5 hrs of a delay overnight is not a delay and deserves better treatment! To add insult to injury, my GATE checked stroller took 45 min to come up to the top of the jetway. 45 minutes! I had to ask 4 times with a screaming 8 week old with nowhere to set him! The kind girl kept paging down to them but nobody would bring it up. It was absolutely horrible. Then today at check-in they couldn't figure out how to print the infant boarding pass which ultimately took 30-40 min of the lady trying to no avail. I arrived 1 hr 10 min early to my flight and nearly missed it due to United. The issues with printing my "infant voucher" caused me to have to run through the airport and frantically collapse stroller to make on time. With zero sleep thanks to the debacle the night before. Beyond disappointed and believe should be compensated for this experience."

The only helpful person I dealt with was John, who took my call to get us on another flight."

Already frustrated, and with my knees hitting the seat in front of me because the seats are too close together, a flight attendant scolded me when I dared put my leg in the aisle (which I often do on other airlines without incident). Once on the ground, I went straight to United's baggage office to see if my bag had followed me, and encountered two of the rudest people, cutting me off whenever I said anything more than they needed to enter into their computer. If your job is in customer service, be friendly, apologize when things go wrong, understand that your customers are your reason for being in business, and be helpful."

She joyfully told me that it costs $40 to carry my luggage and after I informed her that I saw it online for less she informed me that I should have bought it online. She then stuck me all the way in the last row of the plane. I am 5'9". My husband is 6'2" and over 300 pounds. Those seats have the least leg room. It was pure torture. The flight crew in the back help my poor husband by using humor to help him."
Cons: "The crew makes all announcements so quickly, that they cannot be understood. A little patience and enthusiasm goes a long way."
Pros: "I got there safely."
Cons: "The crew did not help people with bags and barked when people opened doors that were closed. There was no entertainment and no complimentary snacks or even water."
Pros: "I arrived at my destinations safe on both occasions."
Cons: "The seats are hard as granite rocks, no leg room at all & they don't recline back at all, oh except if you want to pay for an emergency exit where you have to sign your life away to have a better seat. No complimentary beverages besides tap water. It's like we're doing your Airlines a favor by flying with you. I would never board an aircraft with the name Frontier on it again. Plus you charge a ridiculous rate for a checked bag. Never again & I bet you can guess what I will tell everyone I come across."
Pros: "1 star, not applicable (didn't get food/drink), no entertainment. Flight was very early so that was nice!"
Cons: "Scented air not the same scent throughout."
Pros: "All in all the flight was typical for a low fare flight, comfortable for an unreclining chair, and as clean as would be expected."
Cons: "The only problem was that it was an overnight flight and about two in the morning members of the flight crew gathered at the back galley and began to talk and laugh rather loudly. Not only did they wake me up but they woke a little girl who began to cry loudly for some time. Perhaps they did not realize their loudness because they were friendly on and off the plane, but it was rather frustrating."
Pros: "It got me where I wanted to go."
Cons: "Frontier has a nice cost up front, but the bag charges and seat charges are excessive and gratuitous. I would have much preferred a greater cost up front, as it was still cheaper than the competition in the long run. I also hate their seats."
Pros: "The staff was friendly."
Cons: "The flight was delayed, and there was poor communication in the waiting area other than making sure your baby item extras were tagged. People with children were told to be ready to board early, but we were the 3rd group to board. I had to pay $3 for my daughter to have juice to drink (no beverage or snack included) after I had to pay extra to get seats assigned to be together with my 3 year old."
Cons: "The seats couldn't recline plus they were very uncomfortable to be in."
Pros: "Excellent price and an overall smooth process. The Frontier app has gotten a lot better and I'd like to continue seeing improvements."
Cons: "For the price you can't really complain, but it'd be nice if pretzels were handed out for free and maybe have a few magazines in the seat backs. A few small improvements would go a long way."
Pros: "The flight was on time, pleasant boarding, clean aircraft."
Cons: "I am a frequent flyer -not without frontier but with other airlines-and this aircraft has by far the worst seat. It does not recline At all and its hard. My whole body was aching after the 4.5 hour flight. The flight attendants had no proper attire I could not even recognize who was a crew member and who wasn't unless I looked really hard at their badge hanging around their neck. They did not treat us professionally as well, complete lack of respect . This does not cost money to the company to improve."
Pros: "The flight captain was the only friendly crew member we encountered. His positive attitude made just the slightest improvement to the trip."
Cons: "Staff at the gate desk did not communicate delays and gate changes with the passengers. All departments (aircraft mainence, flight crew, baggage crew) were rude and obviously disorganized."
Pros: "2 hours to get luggage in Denver and a 2-1/2 delay to Orlando"

Cons: "They would not let me check in before my flight. The online site was not working and I got to the airport a bit late due to traffic . When I got there I was told it was too late....there was no line in security and could easlily get to the gate. I was 40 minutes early and since I was not 45 minutes early they wouldn't let me check in. I had to wait until the next day for a flight back. Missed work and they didn't seem to try. So annoying . Will never fly with them especially when you factor in the bag fee of 60 I could have taken a better airline"

Cons: "Price of seats not included in ticket cost, but since ticket so cheap not really that big of a deal."

Cons: "They charged for, literally, everything (any/all checked bags/carry-ons except a purse, any/all food and drink). I'm sure they would have charged for the bathroom usage, if given the opportunity. The leg space was extremely minimal; you feel squished."

Cons: "Baggage pricing and seat choices were a bit steep. Cheaper flight with frontier didn't save me much at all after paying for baggage."

Cons: "disruptions while trying to get some sleep. although there was minimal food and drink service, the flight attendants went up and down the aisle a lot, collecting trash."

Pros: "They charge for checking your bag AND carrying it on. It's like, who travels without bags? I knew Frontier was a bad airline, but I wasn't expecting the experience I had. The economy seats are cramped and don't even recline. The crew was fine as they usually are l, but the plane and the fees were terrible."

Cons: "The PA system on this one week old plane was way too loud. The long sales pitch for the Frontier credit card with 40,000 bonus miles was so loud that people were putting fingers in their ears. Otherwise excellent flight."

Cons: "The overhead compartments were nearly empty. Charging for carry on isn't working. Also no beverage nor peanuts included I feel is a little too far for cost cutting. If you are going to charge for soda why not a realistic price? You might not make a lot of money but your passengers will be happy and you won't be losing money."
Cons: "I arrived at the airport extra early due to the long TSA lines. However frontier would not check my bags until 1:30. I waited an hour to check before being able to going through security."

Pros: "Thank you very much for policing the size and weight of the carry on luggage. Making people pay certainly makes a flight more enjoyable."
Pros: "Ordinary flight. However, it had been a while since I've flown frontier and unaware that all they care about making more money and they took out the adjustable seats and TVs. It was a long flight and kids were very squirrely without TV."

Cons: "I arrived 75 minutes before my flight and I was not let on because they had overbooked. I was flying in to be apart of a wedding proposal the following morning. The only option they gave me was to move it two days later. I had to pay more money to buy a southwest flight that still got me in late because they would only cover a portion of it. Will never fly with them again. Absurd that they wouldn't do more."
