Considering I had just been through a death in my family and was mentally miserable ( she had no idea) she must have picked up on it. BEST FLIGHT IN YEARS. Thank you. Customer svc is everything."

If it is changes they need to announce it downstairs in baggage instead of people having to realize on their own. I had picked my seats online when I made my reservation and when I went to check in they were not assigned to me and I had to pick again. My original seats were not available. Doesn’t make sense to have me pick seats and then take them away. The flight was not full so that was not the issue."

The report must be filled out and sent to Seattle for review. We were told by the air crew this would take a few more minutes. It took over almost an hour and a half. Screaming babies and a FULL plane. We finally changed planes to the other end of the Terminal. I got no sleep and missed a very special Labor Day Holiday with my daughter because I am sleeping now. I dont understand how your own ground crew can damage your plane and it take so long for you to decide to change planes AFTER BOARDING A FULL PLANE!?!?"

They put me on a flight that sent me to Seattle then to Portland 3 hours behind schedule, but I'm mostly upset because I still got to the Portland gate 20 minutes before the departure time and they refused to find me and 2 other passengers a seat on the flight because they over sold out seats, seats we bought months in advance. So i was there 25 - 20 minutes before departure and people were still running up to make their flight but their seats weren't over sold... I will never be flying with Alaska again. Every other airline lets most passengers check in within 30 minutes bc I've never had this problem before. Horrible service from the Alaska McCaren Las Vegas airport lord of additude for 5am. Maybe they need new updated workers that try to work with you."

We left very late due to a problem with the flaps warning light (??). Would rather have left late after thoroughly checking it out than take a chance - good for you, Alaska! Pilot took advantage of a tailwind and we got to SeaTac in 1 hr 50 min (I think this is pretty spectacular). Enough room in overhead bins. Great job. Pilots and stews all smiled at me and said thanks and said goodbye when I left the plane (this is more important than you would think - first and last impressions are lasting). Boeing 737s rock. The little extensions on the wings rock too."
Cons: "Typical airline stuff. Small seats. Bad elbow room in middle seat. I'm an "Emperor's new clothes" kind of guy. I won't ignore these things and pretend it's all okay, just because we all do. You probably can't do anything, cost-wise, about this. Fair enough. But my main complaint is that I had a ticket for a much later flight (leaving 6:30). I knew I was done with my business the previous day and tried to change my flight online and by phone the previous day. Changing flights by either of these channels would have cost me a minimum of an extra $238. Not worth it to me since the round trip was only $180, so I stayed. But going to the airport early and getting past TSA and going to the actual gate allowed an Alaska rep to change my flight there at the airport for $25 (This was actually a tip from my wife). In the year 2017, with the internet and cell phones, this situation is ridiculous! Why should I have not been able to do this from my hotel the day before and leave even earlier? As a company, you recognize the good will that having your crew and stews smile at people and say goodbye builds with your customers. Why would you allow this situation to continue? When traveling by air, convenience is everything. Get the information systems in place that allow you to accommodate this kind of change from either the website or the phone. If you need help with it, call me. I teach IT at the UW in Tacoma and I can put some of my seniors on the problem (whatever it is) and come up with a solution. Cons: "Extremely poor customer service. Had to wait until the very last minute before my companion & I were permitted to board due to overbooking. Despite having purchased our tickets 5 months prior. And to top it off, once we were finally let on the plane, we were split up and forced to sit at opposite ends of the plane. There was zero remorse or compassion from the gate agents. They simply shoved us on our way as if it were our doing. Alaska Airlines has lost mine and my partners business. Quality has been replaced with quantity. Extremely disappointing."

Cons: "My 06:05 am flight was cx'd on 12/6 due to weather condition. I was moved to another flight which would turn a 2 hour direct to 8+ hours to Las. It would not work for me, and there is no other resolutions that Alaska airline could offer. So I had to buy a new ticket from Delta at the airport and flew out at 7:30am. Noted the very next Alaska flight @7:30am and the rest of the direct flights for the day to Las were all on time departure flights. I must say that i am disappointed for Alaska's emergency contangecy plan and its response to a mild conditioned winter weather, and afterall the "best resolutions" that the airline could offer."

Headrests on window seats in the exit row don't move. No free in-flight entertainment. Since there's relatively no equipment cost to airline to allow streaming to personal devices, this is pretty disappointing."
Pros: "I love Alaska airlines. Seattle was experiencing a windstorm and Alaska did it's best to accommodate those that were bumped from the cancelled flights. Even through high winds we landed safely and the crew gave excellent service. Alaska also has free streaming tv shows if you have a tablet or cell phone and download their app. The pilots communicate wit you through out the trip and get you to your destination early if not on time quite often."
"Everything went as expected. Masks were worn, passengers were cooperative, flight was on time, unboarding was uncannily orderly. People remained seated until the people in front of them stood to gather their belongings. It proceeded as a wave almost. I've never seen anything like it. It was like being in the Twilight zone. Boarding still allows about half the plane to board first (passengers with kids and needing help, priority and first class, diamond, sky something or other, military, etc.). Then they board from back to front. Half the plane is already on board so I'm not sure why they bother."

In all those cases the cabin temperature was warmer than AA. I have to say as an exec plat, I wish AA would fix this issue. It is something that ER waiting rooms have adjusted and it has statistically shown to improve satisfaction scores."

Pros: "We boarded on time and we departed on time. We got into Chicago 30 minutes early. We recently acquired a AA credit card and we got 2 checked bags free and priority boarding (Group 5). In today's world your need priority boarding of some sort on AA or you risk not being able to store you bags in the overhead and may have to get it checked free to your final destination. Also, one of our checked bags had a painting in it that we purchased and the bag and painting arrived unharmed. Good job by AA baggage handlers."

In short, AA left me stranded in a strange city at midnight with no accommodation and no luggage. It was 18 degrees and I was in t-shirt and shorts. What a memory."

I let him talk to the British Airlines counter manager and the manager tried to explain that he would have to rebook us that he could not. Air.com was horrible and never helped us out at all. They should not be in business . I paid them of course months ago and I was just out the 1400.00 dollars. British Airlines was amazed that they did nothing to help us out."

I was a little annoyed but hey I'm still going to make it to my game, ( I just needed to let my ride know who's lives 3 hours away from LA that my flight was going to be 3 hours late not to rush) well about an hour later I got another notification that my flight was now being pushed back to 230pm.... at this point I have no choice but to look for another flight.... I found another flight on Southwest leaving Las at 1210pm arriving in lax at 120pm... perfect I can still make my game... That flight was boarding on time... ran into some hiccups on the runway... arrive to lax at 130pm... not a problem can still make my game... sat on the runway at lax until 335.... needless to say I missed the game... while in the air I received another text that my American airline flights was now pushed back to 530pm... mind you my day started at 5am on Las Vegas to catch a flight out at 720am.... Now had I not found that other flight I would have been sitting around Vegas airport for over 12 hours.... I was not a happy flier today, specially because the actual flight is normally no more than 45 minutes start to finish... I could have rented a car and drove... would have been cheaper and I would have made it to my game ...."

Cons: "The flight was delayed after some passengers began boarding. The boarding process was also all over the place. When i finally got on the plane, the seats were very uncomfortable and I felt like a sardine being crammed into a small tin. the crew was at best, mediocre and boring. The in flight snack was two crappy pieces of cookie? Or was that a cracker? I did not eat it. The entertainment was one shared screen that I did not have a headset for, nor was I offered a headset, free or for a fee. The screen in front of me was too close and the screen behind that was further away and barely able to see it. I choose not to watch it for these reasons. The landing was rough at the end, everyone jolted forward when we hit the ground."
Pros: "The Ticket agent was very helpful and friendly. The air crew and Flight Attendants were very nice and helpful. The wheel chair attendant who initially took me to my gate in Las Vegas was very friendly, and helpful, and she did everything she could possibly have done, short of leaving another passenger to come take care of me, which wouldn't have been right. I was there when she called her supervisor and advised him/her of my location and of my needs and she received confirmation. Was not her fault."
Cons: "I checked in with American and a wheel chair attendant assisted me to my gate. My wheel chair needed charged and I was two hours early, so the attendant sat me at the charging station because there were no outlets in the gate area. She contacted her supervisor to advise of my location and that I would need assistance. Nobody came for me. I gathered my things the best I could and struggled to get to the gate to get attitude from the gate agent, telling me the wheel chair attendant was there looking for me. What ever happen to using a paging system when you know the passenger who is disabled checked in two hours earlier? Had someone paged, maybe I could have flagged their attention, or maybe they could have called the company in charge of handling their wheel chair attendance and would have known where I could be located. Either way, the attitude is uncalled for, especially when I apologized and stated that the wheel chair attendant was expected to help me."

Pros: "Our flight was delayed overnight in Las Vegas, which was hassle but unavoidable due to weather and pilot flight hours restrictions. But the ground crew and American Airlines worked very hard to compensate all the passengers: gave us each a voucher for hotel, 2 meals, round trip shuttle ride for hotel and airport. Good work to make up for a bad situation."

The captain and crew were very professional, offering us all the information available and explain current plans. It wasn't the best flight ever but the people handled it professionally and clearly."

Last time i had to stop in Vegas I got stuck there overnigh because my flight had been delayed and to mKe things worse they also managed to Miss my flights connection in Miami after they had booked me a new flight.. With a window seat that had no window. I old the flight attendant that I needed help stowing my backpack in the overhead bin, not because it was that heavy or big, but because the previous flight had been 5 hrs long and after being stuck in the middle seat my back was killing me and lifting my bag over my head would have triggered a muscle spasm. I have a back condition and they refused to help me. She would not even hear me out and insisted on me to check my bag, which I refused to because my laptop and tablet were in there without propper padding to protect them. The same flight attendant had already yelled at a passanger and was making a scene that made several other passengers uncomfortable. i understand the flight was full and they were delayed enough, but the airline clients should not have to pay for the airline's mistakes."

So, when we went to check in and I was told I would have to pay $50 for my mother's carry on, it was livid! Also, are you serious with the $5 fee to print a boarding pass? I will NEVER fly with Allegiant Air again. That is absolutely unacceptable. I will say that the staff was pleasant but the airline is inept and inefficient. The reason I will never fly this airline again because of what a rip off the fees are. Allegiant Air, you should be ashamed of yourself."

The flight out was delayed approximately one hour various mechanics coming on and off plane until finally we were able to leave."

They wouldnt tell me what was wrong, and i didnt want to chance that it was the last dlight to Oakland and went with Stockton. The flight was good, you have to pay for your water."

De-planing was a bit chaotic, I don't think many of these people fly regularly, and were having some serious heebie-jeebies at their bags being in an overhead compartment not immediately above their head. So before anyone was mobile or doors were open, there were large pieces of luggage being passed around through really crowded spaces. Chill, people. The baggage carousel at the new terminal was poorly designed, shutting down when people went to pick up their bags. It took awhile to get our bags, and we were scolded by the staff for tripping some sensor. I don't know what universe y'all live in, but in this one, you have to move close to the carousel to lift your bag. So the sensor tripped like three times and people were unhappy."

ALLEGIANT SUCKS from its nose to its tail fin."

Was happy that a carry on and personal item was a trip option, that was awesome. Bathrooms were very clean. Communication was excellent regarding flight status, fullness of flights, upgrade options, etc."

Kayak tells me that the second flight is going to be late and I am at the airport very early - but neither airline can help - United says "Im sorry that is an Air Canada Ticket" and Air Canad people say "Im sorry you are booked on a United flight" and we can't help you. GGRRRRRRRR so into the mess I fly instead of being changed to another route."
Cons: "Our flight was delayed and there was a really long line of passengers trying to switch connecting flights. There were two women working at the counter. One of their shifts was over. She called her manager and said she was willing to work later to handle the crowd, but the manager does not want to pay overtime so she was told to leave. So one woman was left to handle the massive line all by herself. I stood in line over two hours. I believe if someone is willing to help out that would have been the best solution."

No drinks and no snacks from San Francisco. Alaska had complimentary beer and wine on a shorter flight from.Medford to Portland and even Portland to Seattle, but United can't even get us to the gate... let alone have any sort of in-flight service. Why is this so expensive again. I would compare flying these commercial named flights to a horrible carnival. Lack luster, over priced and not worth it. Cans vs. Uber... the world is changing my friends."

It's as if United books flights on a planned delay and they CANNOT DO THAT. My husband and I go on at least 11 trips a year and I will make sure that I pay extra to go on another airline that is reliable!!"

I didn't like that you needed the United app in order to watch in flight entertainment. That should be specified before getting on the plane because had I known I would have downloaded it to watch movies. Rather you MUST purchase the internet to download the app once in the air and that was just frustrating to find out an hour into a 5 hour flight. The lack of snacks. There is no variety, I had no idea what I was getting and the offerings they did have felt very restricted. Leg room was atrocious. Especially because we had no overhead room to store our backpacks which meant we had to place it under the chair in front of us. I am relatively tall so I wanted to stretch out my feet under the chair in front of me but they had to straddle my fat backpack and the gentleman who sat in front of me was very large and he kept kicking and hitting my feet underneath his chair."

Cons: "Our incoming flight was late arriving at Dulles. We bolted from that flight to the gate for our connecting flight to GSP. Two of our party of six made it and got onboard telling staff we were coming. We arrived moments later - moments later! - but were denied access because they said we were a minute late. Our small plane was just outside the door with access door still open and staff going in and out. Next flight was 5 hours later. We asked to speak to a supervisor and that was ignored until we demanded attention. The supervisor came 1.5 hours after we were denied plane access. Customer concern was nonexistant on this day."
Cons: "The first leg of my flight, the Madison to Chicago portion, the flight attendant was rude and most unhelpful. We were flying a smaller play and my carry on would not fit in the small overhead compartments. When I informed him of this, and let him know I was getting off the plane to have my bag stowed he was very rude. When I returned back to my seat he made a snide comment to me ask well. The other 3 flights were great, flight attendants were great and no concerns or complaints."

Pros: "Amazing flight to Dulles international Airport. The United representative came up and saw that I was traveling alone and upgraded me to first class. It was the first time I have ever flown first-class. I was excited I didn't sleep at all so I can take advantage of all the programming that was on TV. I'm so very appreciative of the flight because I could enjoy stretching my legs out and enjoying a comfortable seat. The very attentive crew allowed me opportunity to quench my thirst with countless glasses of water and to watch and keep up with my sports programming throughout the entire flight. Now it will be extremely hard to ever fly coach again. I have flown United the last couple of summers and I have been nothing but thrilled with their service and their staff. Moving forward United would be the only airline that I would care to fly. Thank you for everything and thank you for my safe travels!"
