Cons: "No food menus were given (understandable for sanitary reasons) but Flight attendants could not tell what was in the main courses, eep for saying one had pasta, one had chicken... besides the complete vagueness, it can be a problem for people with certain food allergies and intolerance. Also, I never received a breakfast (it was an 11 hour flight). I might have been asleep, not sure but then again once I was awake, no flight attendant came to ask if I wanted breakfast. In other words, while flight personnel was polite, they did not provide a very attentive service (and there were only 11 of us in the AM Premier business sections)."

Cons: "On my way to Lima I flew through Mexico City. It took over three hours to get through customs and caused me to get to my gate minutes before the flight closed its gate. For this reason I made note to upgrade my flight so I could be close to the front of the plane and get to customs as quickly as possible. Aeromexico made me check my bag which is the SAME bag I came down with. Same size, same Weight. Their reasoning for this was because they had a full flight, yet I had paid extra to upgrade in the first place and their policy states you can bring on one carry on to store in the overhead. I'll likely miss my connection due to this. I will never fly Aeromexico again."

Cons: "I was sent to Sala A & there was agate # 1 there; however, there was a second Sala A with a Gate #1 & from there my plane was boarding by the time I made it to the correct boarding gate it was too late for me to board the plane. I had to purchase another plane ticket in order for me to make it to the United States. It was a bad situation & the employees were very rude. They blame me & the manager never show his face to help me out. He could have at least given me a discount given the award situation. But, the customer service or will to help me was just not there."

BJX airport was easy to get off, get my bags, and get out of the airport quickly. Seats were comfy and as a nighttime flight, I was able to sleep easily from takeoff to landing."

Cons: "I always have preferred American Airlines but they seem to have constant problems with the aircraft these days. This causes delays and missed connections. This in turn causes no breakfast or lunch or dinner opportunities. I travel with snacks in my bag at all times now just in case so I won’t get sick for lack of nourishment or water! This last flight I missed my connection altogether and had to take a shuttle home, then catch a ride back to the airport to pick up my luggage and then get my car to drive home. It was 4 hours past my expected time home."

The flight attendant gave me ginger ale and pretzels and let me sit in the back so i didn't have to go back and forth. The other flight attendant had aroma therapy that helped a lot but i was just too freaked out. Those two made the flight as nice as possible."

They canceled my return flight last minute, and scheduled a new one over 24 hours later. Thus causing me to have to book a hotel last minute, as well as now being AWOL, since my Leave paperwork only lasted until my return date. Had to explain to the chief why I won't be at formation. I'm saving myself the trouble and never flying united again, even if I have to spend more money. United isn't even reimbursing me for the hotel. They basically told me to go f**k myself and file a complaint. They can eat a d**k."

Outside of being foreign most of the United employees seem like complete morons. Also there was that same bag in front of me. So my legroom was restricted."

At the very least she could have used commonly acceptable language such as "please, thank you and excuse me" but rather chose to use "wait". As some of us where desperate to make a tight connection in SF, focusing on getting people on board and the plane off the ground should have been the crew focus."

Pros: "We got to the airport and the lady that helped us add an extra bag was amazing trying her hardest to make it the cheesesteak possible. She weighed and re weighed our bags until we had the cheapest option. We ended up having to pay for 1bag upgrade (2-55lbs) that was 75$ Then the flight it’s self the flight attendants were every nice and tried to wander any questions I had. Chips were stale. Comfort of the flight was no worse than any other flight I’ve been on."
Cons: "I will not book with kiwi.com EVER again because they messed up my baggage. I originally wanted 3-55lb bags but bought 5-33lb bags when I enquirer about upgrading to 3-55lb bags they ended up miss understanding my wishes and took away 2bags and I still only had 33lbs per bag... by then it was to close to the date we were leaving so they couldn’t fix it and I was told I wasn’t going to get a refund... and that I would have to buy my baggage upgrade at the airport. I could try but it wasn’t likely."

Cons: "Due to heavy traffic we arrived 35 minutes prior to our departure and were not allowed to board the flight. The website clearly states that they reserve that right within 30 minutes. Their website also did not allow us to check-in online which would have also saved time. They simply told us no and said it was a lost ticket. When I questioned a credit, refund or an additional flight they said no and offered no assistance. Finally, they called security when I asked to speak to someone else."
Cons: "The flight was maybe a third full. I got a window seat The middle seat and isle seat next to me became occupied by 2 extremely obese passengers. We are in a pandemic! The person next to me was partially in my seat. So much for following the COVID 19 guidelines"

My tray table was broken on the one flight that had them, it was freezing on the flight and the cabin pressure fluctuated uncomfortably more than once."

Cons: "I don't mind the bare fare, a-la-carte pricing. Its different but once I understood it, I could manage. On my flight to Ft. Lauderdale from Denver, I witnessed a male flight attendant being exceptionally rude to every person passing him while entering the plane. He then proceeded to belittle and talk down to each customer he talked to about moving jackets and correct placement of personal vs. carry on items. There was plenty of room in overhead bins once the plane was loaded. This flight attendant, talked to people as if we knew have rule he did and if they didn't he became aggressive and rude. At one point an older gentleman in his late 60's questioned what the rude flight attendant was saying and the attendant snapped. He screamed at the man and then threatened to have him removed for challenging what he said. I was afraid to ask for water or to even stand up because of how your flight attendant responded to an honest question. I have been flying for 30years and have never experienced such vile behavior on an airplane. The male flight attendant had brown hair was around 6ft tall, not big but not in good shape and wore glasses. I hope that he never is able to threaten people in flight again. The atrocious behavior i witnessed, has me never wanting to fly with spirit again. On the way home from Mexico, our flights were timed 1hr apart but yet it took 2+ hrs to go through customs. Do to this poor planning on behalf of spirit, we missed our flight and had to spend another unexpected night in Florida. I incurred charges for taxis, hotels, expensive food and missing work. When I spoke with spirit staff members they refused to help. One suggested I should pay money for a new flight. Its took me 5 employees to finally find someone who offered to fix the flights for the next day for no extra cost. I was offered no compensation for my inconvenience and time."

Cons: "At the Gate they told me that ,y small carry on bag was to big and that i had to pay $100 extra for it or i would have to leave the luggage. I didnt have the money to pay the fee. I asked if i left the bag could someone get pick it up for me they told me no. They couldnt use the card i paid the flight with. They said i could get a big trash bag to put my stuff in and leave the luggage and they would let me board. It was a complete and utter mess. I will never fly with Spirit again."

I purchased the flight specifically for the inexpensive price only to be told there will be a charge of $100.00 for my carry on bag. The rude male attendant advised that it is written in fine print, which I did not see because I purchased from a third party company. I travel frequently and I have never heard of such rules. Then again, I have never traveled with Spirit nor will I ever again!!! You get what you pay for."
Cons: "I lost my Bible on the flight into Baltimore. It was left in the seat back pocket in front of me. I called to see if it was found, but no luck. I was very disappointed in the help I received from baggage and lost and found in Baltimore airport. If the plane is cleaned, then my Bible should have been found. I am not sure if I will use Spirit again."

They sounded like they are prison wardens barking out orders. Sitting up from talking loudly in a most boorish manner. All in all very boorish experience that convinced me to drive next week instead of flying."

If you bring anything but a book bag the cost is so steep that the it may be just as cost beneficial to fly other airlines. the beverage service for a cup of coffee is $2. The baggage claim was an hour wait and I spoke to someone who traveled to Vegas on spirit. They waited over 1 hour in Vegas and an hour when they returned home. So this must be the normal wait time. THE WEBSITE IS HORRIBLE and 800 client care w was not helpful."

Cons: "Everything else. $110 for baggage fees for one little checked bag and two carry ons? Paying for snacks and drinks? I won't be back."
