My son’s suitcase was left behind at SFO and did not make the flight.
Delta is always a wonderful experience. A clean plane and the crew is really friendly.
Air travel sucks. It continues to be awful for all airlines. No shame on delta alone.
Everything went well and was good. Nothing exceptional, but no complaints either. Cheap seats are pretty comfortable.
De planning was an absolute mess. We were never told that we weren’t at the gate and that we had to go down unstable stairs and then hop on a bus. People were falling, we couldn’t tell who was in charge. Overall terrible communication that ended up leaving a bad impression at the very end of the experience.
Long line to check bags. Curbside check-in was closed. Seat back monitor was not working.

AC barely worked on a 50 minute flight. It was very warm the whole flight. Flight was very bumpy and hard landing.
Everything was very good other than I had selected a specific seat when I booked the flight and they changed it once I checked-in the day before my flight. I was still in first class but lost my aisle seat for a window seat. Being tall, the aisle offers more comfort so I always select an aisle seat.
My flight was very clean and the location was comfortable. The service was great. A satisfying flight!

We got delayed getting out of DFW for broken overhead bins. Once the flight got underway the captain kept the seatbelt sign lit the entire flight despite little perceptible turbulence, preventing use of the rest rooms and any sort of refreshment service in the main cabin.
I didn't go from Reno to Phoenix I ended up going from Reno to Dallas to Tucson because my flight rebooked because my Amtrak was late I tried notifying you guys I also don't know what you ask me about my flight because you guys didn't book my flight
It's very confusing because Kayak has it as American Airlines, but it was Hawaiian Airlines, but operated by Alaska Airlines. I had to go to the airport for my boarding pass because American said I didn't have any trips.
My flight got rerouted due to crew rest. I was sent to Dallas customer service was not very polite. Was given a $40 room voucher for Motel 6 and $12 to eat with. It delayed me by a day. Where if I would have just stuck with my original flight Arizona was delayed to Cleveland and I could have made it home. They put me on a 9:00 flight out of Dallas to Cleveland without my knowledge or consent. When originally I was told it would be 8:45 a.m. on February 1st. I told them I could not take the 9:00 flight because I did not have anybody to pick me up from the airport at that time. I'm extremely disappointed in how I was treated. And I will not fly American Airlines again.
The boarding was pretty easy. However, the first class seats are not lay flat as other airlines (like JetBlue) has and therefore sleeping was a challenge.
Between Las Vegas and Dallas was okay But, once in the Dallas airport, notice, I have disability and ask for a wheelchair, they leave in a middle of nowhere, the personal in charge try to push me on a cart where I couldn't sit because was to high. Then they don't care about me, they bulling, till I start to yelling and crying, ask to everyone around, who can help me. The man in charge make a despective movements and said you are to loosing the fly. The last name in his batch started with an H, I did not have the full name. A nightmare. After all, a woman in charge was walking very slowly and asking me for a tip cause she was helping me to reach the fly. For years, AA has been the preferred airline. The personal in charge of the disabled people are discriminate me. Thank you Kayak.
Customer service in first class does not exist on American Airlines
I wasn’t happy with the hour delay from Dallas to McAllen, but that is the nature of travel. I don’t like to fly in general because of all of the problems all the time.
American airlines put us on a connecting flight that only had 20 min layover. I made it by running down the concorce in Phoenix and was last one on the flight. Not acceptable!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
