In today's world your need priority boarding of some sort on AA or you risk not being able to store you bags in the overhead and may have to get it checked free to your final destination. Also, one of our checked bags had a painting in it that we purchased and the bag and painting arrived unharmed. Good job by AA baggage handlers."

In short, AA left me stranded in a strange city at midnight with no accommodation and no luggage. It was 18 degrees and I was in t-shirt and shorts. What a memory."

When booking a flight out of the country it would be nice if Air .com could of mention that to me. We were trying to get to a cruise we had already paid for that was going out of Spain. They would not work with me at all and cx my whole booking. When I tried to talk to them on the phone the man could not speak very good English and was not making any since at all. I let him talk to the British Airlines counter manager and the manager tried to explain that he would have to rebook us that he could not. Air.com was horrible and never helped us out at all. They should not be in business . I paid them of course months ago and I was just out the 1400.00 dollars. British Airlines was amazed that they did nothing to help us out."

( I specifically flew into lax for the game that I spent $100 on tickets for) well I arrived to LAS at 5am by 515am I received my first notification that my flight wouldn't be leaving until 1030am.... I was a little annoyed but hey I'm still going to make it to my game, ( I just needed to let my ride know who's lives 3 hours away from LA that my flight was going to be 3 hours late not to rush) well about an hour later I got another notification that my flight was now being pushed back to 230pm.... at this point I have no choice but to look for another flight.... I found another flight on Southwest leaving Las at 1210pm arriving in lax at 120pm... perfect I can still make my game... That flight was boarding on time... ran into some hiccups on the runway... arrive to lax at 130pm... not a problem can still make my game... sat on the runway at lax until 335.... needless to say I missed the game... while in the air I received another text that my American airline flights was now pushed back to 530pm... mind you my day started at 5am on Las Vegas to catch a flight out at 720am.... Now had I not found that other flight I would have been sitting around Vegas airport for over 12 hours.... I was not a happy flier today, specially because the actual flight is normally no more than 45 minutes start to finish... I could have rented a car and drove... would have been cheaper and I would have made it to my game ...."

The wheel chair attendant who initially took me to my gate in Las Vegas was very friendly, and helpful, and she did everything she could possibly have done, short of leaving another passenger to come take care of me, which wouldn't have been right. I was there when she called her supervisor and advised him/her of my location and of my needs and she received confirmation. Was not her fault."

My wheel chair needed charged and I was two hours early, so the attendant sat me at the charging station because there were no outlets in the gate area. She contacted her supervisor to advise of my location and that I would need assistance. Nobody came for me. I gathered my things the best I could and struggled to get to the gate to get attitude from the gate agent, telling me the wheel chair attendant was there looking for me. What ever happen to using a paging system when you know the passenger who is disabled checked in two hours earlier? Had someone paged, maybe I could have flagged their attention, or maybe they could have called the company in charge of handling their wheel chair attendance and would have known where I could be located. Either way, the attitude is uncalled for, especially when I apologized and stated that the wheel chair attendant was expected to help me."

I was forced to stand in a line that took 18min for a customer service representative. I was then told I couldn't board my flight. I was then put on standby for a flight that would leave two hours later. I went through security it only took 10min because it was 8am on a Saturday morning in LAS VEGAS. I was through security and my original flight still hadn't left. If the kiosk had just printed my ticket I would have made my flight with plenty of time."

Then get an e-mail at 1:45 am the day of my flight which was scheduled for 7 am that the pricing value was incorrect and my booking was canceled. I flew from New York to California where I was going to get a connecting flight the next day but my connecting flight purchase was terminated. I have never experienced this and I was left stranded and unable to get to my destination. I had transportation waiting for me and I had to find out the morning of my flight. All I got was an e-mail stating they tried to reach me but that was a LIE because I did not receive any phone calls. The flight I booked was booked right away so no time elapsed for the price to go up. When I called to complain to the company they were unable to help me and no supervisor or manager was available. I was told to call back in 3 hours for someone to assist me but that I was not going to be able to get on my flight because now, the morning of my flight the price was $200 more then what was advertised when booking. This is unacceptable and unprofessional."

Once plane did leave the crew was extremely childish having full blown personal conversations loudly during the flight. During the emergency briefing crew was laughing at eachothers jokes. Cons: "For starters, when I checked in I was charged for a damn carry on!?!? Super unexpected expense, and in my opinion wrongfully executed. I was told that I had to pay for my carry on or else I could not board the plane. When I asked why, he said it was over the limit, I weighed it and then he said, u have to add the other small bag too. — THE OTHER SMALL BAG WAS A BAG FILLED WITH SOUVENIR ITEMS PURCHASED AT THEIR AIRPORT PRIOR TO ME CHECKING IN! I explained that and of course nothing happened. The viva aerobús person that ran the register is called Jose A. Carrizo #21 badge. 31/12/2021. - The problem is not the amount that I paid, but the fact that customers before me were not asked to pay, even though I could clearly read the numbers on the scale as they weighed it. My bag weighed 10 kg exactly. i weighed it when I packed it. And the other bag was a bag used to carry around souvenirs from the airport. I think this was a bad way to do business and I’m simply not happy about it."

Pros: "I didn’t get chance to flight . They changed departure time . At the first time when I showed up at my gate 17A , 50 minutes before the departure there was a lot of people waiting for flight to Hermosillo , not the Cancun. ( wasn’t any information about Cancun flight on information display) When I asked crew from desk about my flight to Cancun they told that I need to wait for announcement . I left for 20 minutes , when back 20 minutes before my departure time on my gate crew told me that my flight it’s gone. I didn’t hear any announcement about it. They didn’t change me for another flight , only the told me that they can change my ticket for the flight which is 18 hours later."

Not only my seat wouldn’t lean, it was also less than 90 degrees. I was terribly uncomfortable the whole flight!!!"

Cons: "When sitting at the back of the plane there were some girls with 3 beer cans each playing loud music and it woke up my child. I asked the flight attendant to tell the women to turn down there music and she said no she couldn’t do that if I didn’t like it to tell them myself."

They first said it was about 30-45 minutes late, then an hour, later, another hour and so on. They didn’t offer anything on board, not even a cup of water. I understand they want to make profit and sell snacks and drinks, but come on, charge you for water!? Seriously?!"

I rather pay $100 more in an airline that has great CUSTOMER SERVICE and that in addition for not giving me a straight answer about how delayed is my damn flight AND taking one fu****ng hour to put the luggage in the carousel for the passengers! Pros: "We got to the airport and the lady that helped us add an extra bag was amazing trying her hardest to make it the cheesesteak possible. She weighed and re weighed our bags until we had the cheapest option. We ended up having to pay for 1bag upgrade (2-55lbs) that was 75$ Then the flight it’s self the flight attendants were every nice and tried to wander any questions I had. Chips were stale. Comfort of the flight was no worse than any other flight I’ve been on."
Cons: "I will not book with kiwi.com EVER again because they messed up my baggage. I originally wanted 3-55lb bags but bought 5-33lb bags when I enquirer about upgrading to 3-55lb bags they ended up miss understanding my wishes and took away 2bags and I still only had 33lbs per bag... by then it was to close to the date we were leaving so they couldn’t fix it and I was told I wasn’t going to get a refund... and that I would have to buy my baggage upgrade at the airport. I could try but it wasn’t likely."
