Pros: The JetBlue crew today was the friendly bunch I’ve come across during my years of traveling. If you ask for a second packet of complimentary snack they don’t hesitate to give it. We departed late (say about 15mins) but still arrived at our destination about a whole 20 mins earlier.

Cons: Really wish Airlines would start offering meals again which ofcourse, would be included in the airfare.

Pros: Seat fine. Crew fine. Good communication

Cons: I don’t like fees piled up fees. I’d rather pay once.

Pros: This time within the last couple months the trip a lot better.

Pros: Economy cabin had plenty of leg room. Very friendly and courteous stewards. Two thumbs up!

Cons: Respect passenger seat selection - we were downgraded from economy plus to economy with non reclining seats! Flight crew rude - referring to passengers as “bodies”!!! Entertainment system not working. Internet does not work on most of the flight!!

Cons: The crew, could have paid attention to their guest. It was terrible, this flight reminds me how much I enjoy flying Southwest, instead of American Airlines. The only reason that I flew this airline, was because It was free with Points

Cons: The seats on both aircraft were small, and the 777 seats are ridiculously small. Hundreds of flights and this was the worst. Keep your small seats for short local flights, not long international ones!!!

Pros: A 6+ hour flight is always tedious but jet Blue is always the best option, with live tv and a good supply of movies and snacks.

Cons: Quicker departure, 20 minutes on the tarmac, but that’s not the airline fault...FAA Boston

Cons: Everything else- the flight was delayed 6 hours to my trip and 3 hours from my trip.

Pros: Kept us waiting at gate for 5 hours, the boarded us, then canceled flight and asked us to deplane. Only gave one meal voucher for two days.

Cons: After 2 hours of delay, cancel the flight and allow people to get sleep and give vouchers for 3 square meals as appropriate.

Cons: I'm a frequent flyer with AA; it's very dissapointing that I have missed my connections with AA about 60% of the time this year. I don't know what's going on with the airline, but it seems they are falling behind the curve in terms of punctuality. Seriously thinking about changing airlines.

Pros: We were allowed to board early with my father, who is disabled.

Cons: Denver airport was a nightmare with my disabled father. We were given a “wheelchair” but no escort through a nightmarish security scene. Airport is terribly designed, lacking clear signage and navigation. TSA was a disaster and no one seemed remotely concerned about my father’s comfort or needs.

Cons: Flight pushed back on time, but then we sat on the tarmac for well over an hour. I'm sure they did that to fudge their on-time record. Totally lame.

Pros: Arrived early! Smooth takeoff and landing no unnecessary cabin announcements (it was a red eye)

Pros: did not take this flight - had to rebook straight to boston because of delays

Cons: Missed my connecting flight. Ended up being ticketed with a different itenerary with 11 hrs layover in Dulles washington. Had to spend my own money to hotel and taxi. And just few hrs when I finally arrived to my final destination, i had to work since I didnt have anymore sick time or vacation time. Very exhausted. Its was a night shift 12 hrs duty.

Cons: Just hate the super smaller seats and the reduced spaces everywhere

Cons: Plane was cramped and in disrepair: broken seat arm and headrest, very limited recline. It was a 767 and felt more uncomfortable than a 30 seat regional jet. Very dated entertainment system with limited media options. Exceedingly long delay (1 hour) which the pilot attributed to the ground crew.

Cons: It was so cold! People all over were asking for blankets and commenting on the coldness

Pros: Seats were the most uncomfortable seats. There was no give in the seats and they didn't move at all. The armrests went up but jutted out like daggers. So, if you tried to stretch out it was impossible. I felt like a homeless person who wasn't supposed to lay on a bench.
