Other than Charlotte airport being crowded and a mush of people at the gate and even through the priority lane, the flight was great.
This time there was nothing to be better, really! Boarding on time, taking off on time and arriving earlier. The only complain is about way too long line at pre-check security point at DFW. But this is the airport’s problem, not American Airline.

The flight was delayed to Charlotte, but we made up some time in the air, so I do not have big complaints.

Sometimes, it is difficult to figure out which seats is window, middle and isle.
Terrible. I did not like the delay without recourses to help passengers to get to their destinations. AA used to offer coupons for food and overnight accommodation, but not this time. The flight planning was terrible despite of all the current technology available; AA could have informed passengers better that the replacement flight is impossible today, instead of stringing passengers along for 6 hours before cancellation, so that passengers can make earlier alternative arrangements to get home.
Our flight left on time and we arrived a few minutes early. Great service!
I was not given the option to get on a different flight even though I was going to miss my connection due to weather delays (I did). When I called early in the morning, they said it wasn't delayed long enough; though I knew it would be by the time it was time for the flight ... it was and by that time it was too late. I wasn't given the option to pre-board with my toddler, and the food service was less than normal due to delays .... at least that's what the crew said.
