Delayed and missed connecting flight. But Emirates took care until next day flight. Thank you

Except for the uncleaned tray, and the delay in serving food for our section (which may have been due to the location of our row) everything else was good. The crew were very professional and responded to our requests promptly throughout the flight. We as a family were not disappointed by Emirates.
Good flight overall. Good options of food on NY-Dubai-Mumbai leg. Not that good reversing back. The flight crew is courteous and professional as always. The seating was much more comfortable going into Mumbai than coming back. Cheers!

Flight was on time. Seats (economy) were very comfortable and food was excellent. The bad thing was that after landing it took an hour to reach arrivals. We had to wait 15mins to get off the plane and then had to board a bus which moved very slowly and took almost 30 minutes.
We had to deboard using stairs. Why didnt you have the aero-bridge?

On the flight from Montreal to Calgary the flight attendant we had was excellent. Unfortunately I did not get her name but she made the flight very comfortable and enjoyable.
I did the online check-in as soon as it opened, including all the required info. When I got to the airport to drop off the luggage, Air Canada system wasn't finding my PR card info, which took a long time to resolve. Every time I fly with Air Canada, there is always some technical glitch.
The AC check-in counter closed early and caused us to miss our flight. Our connecting flight arrived late, at 1300, so we picked up our bags and ran to the AC check-in counter, only to find it closed already, although our flight to Montreal was at 1435. We had already checked in online, so the AC staff knew we were coming.
Great overall. Quick boarding, attentive staff - great experience in premium class.
Everything was OK, except one moment. After online check-in, Air Canada have sent me two same boarding passes. I asked to resend, but it comes the same again.
Ground personnel in better mood. Sounded agressive wrt carry on bagage sizing.

It was just ok, after a weather delay and had to take 3 planes in one day I asked for another cookie and she said no only one per passenger, found that a bit pity after spending my whole day in airports and planes
The onboard service was fantastic, really in a class of its own
Poor check in rude attitude by a lady staff being we both of us are senior citizen and diabetic we have asked for seats in centre particularly not Window seat but she allotted Window seat such a rude and inhuman behaviours Really we are very sorry
Changed flight terminals/gates twice. The staff and hospitality was good.
They oversold and down graded me from Premium economy to coach. 75-pound compensation is insufficient if you chose a particular class. I get dehydrated and severe Charley Horse cramps. I requested a bottle of water, even half even less… but no- “We are only allowed to give water by the glass. Nonsense. Lastly, their planes now have a fixed barrier between seats. So even if your entire row is empty, you are confined to just your space. Lastly, London now requires a transit visa for $30 for US citizens. Never travel through London again
They took my carry on and checked it in. Staff in general at Heathrow are not friendly or helpful
Missed food service or not enough food available to serve the passengers. Very poor leg room in economy. Uncomfortable and old seats with some of the seat covers coming off. Lights, entertainment system and call buttons not working for an entire section of the flight between Del-Lhr. Very poor experience overall.
1. Missed to deliver bags at Destination 2. no coordination at Layover for flight connection for wheel chair , could have missed flights 3. Customer service agents are not honest , talk with attitude and do not provide correct information about baggage policy
Everything worked well. But nothing really stood out. BA is a reliable work horse for international travel. Moderately priced, reliable but not outstanding in any aspect. I will definitely use them again. The morning flights out of India a definite blessing.
The flight was okay, but legroom was tight for me and I’m only average height, although at 30” legroom is comparable with most other airlines. Not much room in the aisle either making the trek to and from the toilet difficult with passengers standing in the aisle. On the whole, it’s probably on a par with budget airlines and the ticket process extremely competitive.
