Cons: "Delays, delays, delays... first class ticket from BOS to MSP got me a 6 hour delay and a middle seat in econ main cabin at the back of the plane. Delta you suck!"

Pros: "Got to London on-time (early, actually) and safely. The in flight meal was okay. The leg room in comfort plus was great, the mobile app was awesome, and the staff (check-in, gate, cabin and flight deck) were professional and friendly all around."
Cons: "The leg room was great, but as a broad-shouldered guy, the width of the seat was miserable. Unfortunately, the Delta 767 doesn't offer any upgrade for a wider seat beyond Delta One, and my employer won't spring for that. Too bad there isn't a premium economy option. Also, the entertainment unit in the seat next to mine malfunctioned, which you wouldn't think would impact me that much except that because it was "seeing" touches randomly throughout the flight, the screen would turn on, off, brighter, dimmer, play random stuff, and just generally be as annoying as possible to everyone nearby throughout an overnight flight."

Cons: "Someone unloaded a lot of crumbs on my tray table and they all got smooshed on the back of the seat between the tray table and chair. It was pretty nasty. (The tray table was clean, the back of the seat wasn't. Please be nasty.)"

Cons: "Tray table was broken, I was downgraded from Comfort plus to main cabin after a plane swap with no mention by anyone and no compensation. Flight was delayed 45 minutes because a flight attendant was running late and then to top it off, at the end of. The flight the attendants blocked anyone fromaim cabin from leaving until all of first class had departed, even when no one was coming they still Blocked it off. This is a practice I have never seen on delta and haven't seen in aviation in almost 20 years in the US"

I could've booked another airline for a similar price and picked the seat i wanted at booking. They ran out of food choices by the time they got to the last row, so we were given whatever was left. Delayed because one of the bathroom doors wasn't working, 30 min later still wasn't fixed and ultimately they decided to go without it."

We paid extra for the convenience of a direct flight Our flight was changed without notification to a connecting flight that was leaving 10 minutes earlier and arriving 2 hours later. Due to malfunction with the kiosk and not a sufficient amount of agents at check in, we missed our flight by 4 minutes. The gate agent seemed to enjoy telling us, with our 10 month old baby, that we were too late. Our baggage, including car seat, had been loaded on the plane. We were reassigned to a flight the following morning. We missed a full day with family, had to travel back home without a car seat and return to the airport the following day. I was shocked and disappointed that not single Delta agent was accommodating or remotely helpful while we were at the airport. I've never had a problem with Delta before. We travel on regularly and would like to continue using Delta. I would like a voucher for my next Delta trip."

Cons: "My wife was told she could not board our flight from Boston to Paris because her passport was expired, even though it was not expired. We were told that in Europe passports cannot expire within 3 months of your departure. However, Delta never let us know about this rule until we literally were boarding the plane. How they could not make us aware of this until we were boarding the airplane is unbelievable and unacceptable. This has ruined our vacation which has been in planning for the last six months."

The person on the phone said I had to talk to ticket agent to go standby on a flight to Munich and the ticket agent told me I had to call. I was caught in a loop and no one helped. Then when it became apparent I wasn't getting out that night I was informed that there were no hotel vouchers and I would have to find my own hotel! After searching for an hour for a hotel (all were sold out in Boston) I called a friend who lives outside of Boston. No one gave me a taxi voucher because it was not to a hotel. LUFTHANSA customer service is the WORST!!!!!!!!"

Cons: "i was promised the business lounge when i got to Riga because of the lengthy connecting time, i was refused entry and 2 out of the 3 staff were very rude and dismissive. my upgrade included the use of the lounge at both ends of the business class, i understand that it maybe should not of been promised but thats not what happened. i was very tired and ended having to walk round concourse A for 4 hrs with nowhere to go."

Pros: "The flight was fine. However, because of a potential snow storm in Boston for 3/21, the flight with Lufthansa was cancelled. We were switched to TAP Portugal for the 22nd. When we arrived at Logan airport, we were told by TAP the flight is overbooked, but there is a chance we will get seats. We did get seats at the last moment, always kept abreast by TAP representatives. The flight was a non-stop flight, leaving at 6 PM arriving by 6 AM, far better than the connections with changes the day before."

Cons: "This was a 747, but in economy they've configured it with newer 10 across rows like they do on the new Dreamliner, which I hate. These new seats are much narrower in width (not ideal, but fair enough, the airline wants to maximise capacity) and much harder to sit on for a long haul flight (much less ideal, after a couple hours, the seats were just plain uncomfortable, by the end of the flight really unbearable). The food (pasta) was not particularly good and not to the usual standard I expected for Lufthansa. Staff were efficient, but not particularly friendly. To be honest, I've had better flights in terms of comfort on the likes of Ryanair and Thomas Cook."

Cons: "As I checked in for the flight around 10 am on Saturday my ck in was "finished" because our pass ports were due to expire in April. We were not allowed to board our flight and the passport office is closed until Tuesday. As a result we lost $700 dollars to the hotel booked and Lufthansa may not reimburse us for the flights which were over $2000. Absolutely horrible service, no help. Negligent in informing us rapier when i chose seats for the flight. The flight was also delayed 2 and a half hours. We now have no vacation for which we paid $3000."

Cons: "The seats were uncomfortable and very stiff, neither the parents or staff made an effort to give guests a break from the constantly screaming babies. I had two small children kicking the back f my seat for the duration of our six and half hour flight. My largest complaint is that I was unable to sleep a wink on the overnight flight due to the excessive heat in the plane. In my experience decent airlines provide their guests with air conditioning so that they can breathe and rest easy. I was absolutely miserable thanks to the heat."

Food okish, coffee / tea were good, tomato juice not good, did not try the wines. Biggest disappointed was the breakfast in quality only carbs : muffin, granola bar and tiny fruit salad where most of the fruit was frozen. But these are small things, overall a very good flight, I will definitely fly again with them. I watched a couple of movies released this year that I wanted to see. Good job Lufthansa!"

I will never fly with Lufthansa internationally again.not because of the crew, because their head office insists on squeezing every inch out of their planes without regard for passenger comfort."

Cons: "Poor communication between delta, KLM and Air France meant that I couldn’t check in online and get a digital boarding pass. Furthermore I couldn’t use the check-in kiosks because my name was listed as Reidmr instead of Reid, which meant that my boarding pass did not match my passport. Overall this caused unnecessary delays that were compounded by the fact that I couldn’t use my TSA precheck. My main problem on the plane was that I had to struggle to get water served to me. It’s always so dry on planes and I would have liked to be able to get more than one tiny glass of water at a time. Also, would have loved a window at my window seat. Plus no WIFI!?"

Cons: "Plane was late leaving Helsinki due to broken latch, which made us late getting into Chicago. After landing we waited at least 45 minutes to get to a gate. It took at least 30 minutes to get off the plane and then getting through customs was a nightmare. Arrival board at O'Hare said plane was on time, but listed gate as 0, which of course doesn't exist so our ride home had no idea what was going on or what was taking so long and ended up waiting over three hours for us to get through everything to meet them."

Cons: "The boarding was kind of chaotic, but the crew was kind. The plane seemed comfortable but the seats sit too far back, so when the person in front of me sat his seat back, his head was almost in my lap. It made it hard for me to move or read or do anything. The food was super bland and the drink options were pretty limited. The entertainment selection was much more limited than most flights."

Cons: "Flight from dublin was delayed about an hour. Flight from Helsinki to Chicago was delayed almost 5 hours and all they gave us were 8 euro in vouchers which isn't even enough to eat at the airport. Communication on delays was poor and staff was not helpful."

Cons: "Let me start out by saying this was my first transcontinental, longer than 2hour flight...I am extremely upset that I paid the extra money to choose my seat and when booking I chose that I wanted a window seat, well I ended up smack in the middle of the plane with a person on each side of me so I wasn't even able to sleep the entire 7 hour 9p-9am flight. Also when I attempted to check in 24hours prior in order to make sure I got a seat id be happy with it said that it wasn't available for my flight so I couldn't check in and I couldn't chose a seat but regardless I still should've gotten the seat I wanted bc of my preferences at booking. Don't pay the extra to ensure your seat it's a total rip off"

Cons: "The e ticket info didn't accord with the real ticket info such as gates so if you don't check out the bulletin board properly , you may wait in wrong gates but not that crucial. It's always about the airport problem with crowded passengers or in size not aeroplane. Everything is about time control . ICN is quite large in scale so I couldn't use duty free shop due to so many passengers and the spacious hallways even though I had 2hours . perhaps you gotta presume it as 3hours for enough time . so I had to throw out my lotion or moisturizer at ICN .pfff I wasted my money :p"

Unlike basically every other airline (including airlines from the developing world) the plane did not have a personal entertainment system which is rather vexing considering the flight is so long. The decoration of the plane looked old and worn. The crew were more interested in getting the job done quickly than properly."

Pros: "Blueberry juice - nice change for sodas and so refreshing! The lady captain's announcements were very clear, light and fun...and perfect in three different languages...her enjoyment came across professionally...truly catering to her passengers. She flew that plane also so very smoothly!"

Cons: "Finnair "outsourced" the flight to a Portuguese HiFly. Boarding: flight delayed for more than 1 hour, with passengers sitting all this time in the plane and waiting for all connection flights to arrive. As a result we arrived late for our connection flight. The Finnair people that met the passengers on exit form the plain did not provide any information how we should proceed next. We were left to figure it out by ourselves. Crew: The impression was that all the flight attendants from HiFly were untrained. The did not know what to do an how to do. They seemed lost on the plane. Comfort: Plane seemed to be re-purchased from some Arab airline. Food: bad Entertainment: v system was broken. Information system was showing wrong current time."

Many people were still on their cell phones and laptops during the whole takeoff, despite multiple announcements. I would have kicked them off."

The crew didn't respond to any lights that were put on they put their head down and scooted past you. I have been flying to and from USA to UK for 15 years worse flight."

Their meals were endearingly Iceland-themed, were presented beautifully, and were delicious. The flight attendants were incredibly friendly. Wi-Fi is free for Saga class passengers."

We arrive about two hours before scheduled departure and they were making last call by the time we got there. Not sure what can be done about this, but it was annoying. Maybe the airline could have requested that security open earlier."

Cons: "No aircon, small seats and no snacks/food served on the flight. Also the entertainment offers were meager for moderately expensive tickets. The fun began in REK. We arrived on time but something at the gate was broken so instead of bringing stairs to the plane they kept us on the plane for an additional 45 min sitting at the gate. During the wait we asked the flight attendants multiple times to make sure our planes would be waiting and were told that Iceland air planes will wait. When we finally got off with stairs, most connecting flights, even from Iceland air, had already left and passengers were stuck in REK. We were then re-routed through Copenhagen after pressuring the gate attendants into making sure we would be arriving in Frankfurt the same day since we could not spend a day in REK as other passengers had to do. We spent an entire day in airports and planes finally making Frankfurt (including time changes) at 830pm, 9 hours later than planned. All in all I won't fly Iceland air again."

Pros: "The seats were comfortable and not as cramped as other airlines. I wasn't prepared for the exchange rate, the cost of food purchased on the plane showed up as dollars on my debit card account."

Cons: "Our seats were said to be together but were across the aisle from each other, the boarding process was quite delayed and rather chaotic, boarding passes could not be printed (the attendants were very kind and tried to help). My bags were also lost between this flight and the next."

Cons: "Poor communication at the gate when boarding leaving many people looking around lost and confused. No real boarding process - a real scrum once on board. Can't even provide a small bag of nuts or chips, very limited selection of beverages which are complimentary and the foods offered for sale did not have much option for people with dietary restrictions (and I didn't see a place to special order). Besides hard seats and outdated movies and screechy classical music, what can I say about the entertainment. Not all seats and entertainment equipment in working order."

Cons: "Icelandair lost my luggage and that of a number of co-travelers, failing to deliver the bags in Munich. This happens with all airlines now and then. However, whereas any self-respecting airline would have a baggage service contact who could access the baggage database and tell you where your bag was last scanned, and problem-solve to arrange delivery on the next flight, Icelandair has farmed lost luggage service out to a contractor with access to no info and no abilty to arrange anything. After hours of waiting, each customer was told to fill out a form and that no information could be supplied. They say if you don't hear from us in 6 days, visit our website."

Cons: "Everything just about!!! They were delayed by two hours twice, they took off an hour late as well, then baggage took over and hour to come out after arriving at my destination. The seats are supper in comfortable I couldn't fall asleep and my back hurt so bad. I was offered no food or drink my whole flight."

Cons: "This is the first and the last time that I fly to Europe with a budget airline. To save themselves a few bucks, they made the experience much less pleasant than it could have been. What they sold as food on the airplane was pathetic. And the prices for the awful food at the airport in Reykjavik were outrageous and they were not even posted, so until you went to pay you didn't know that those two pieces of stale bread with a thin slice of ham cost more than $12. Things like these leave one with a very bad aftertaste. Not worth it."

Pros: "Overall another great travel experience. The ground and air staff make you feel welcome. They provide bottled water when you board and go around again towards the end of the flight. One of those little things that keeps me feeling comfortable."
Cons: "Very few issues. However the the in-flight entertainment system always starts at full blast sound and no control to turn it down. When I've used headphones without their own volume control I've had to take the out until the on-screen controls finally appeared. It was really really crowded at the baggage claim in Reykjavik. Took much longer to get my luggage and get out than in previous visits. I also wish there were better food options. More protein and less carbs."

Cons: "The flight was late, so I missed my connection, despite assurances I wouldn't miss it. Moreover, they operate only one onward flight per day, so no later flight was available. Positive side was they rebooked my on another airline, but it made for a long travel day."

Pros: "I mostly slept on my way out to Keflavik, but stayed up on the way back to Boston. Boarding was better in Boston; they called for rows there. There's a USB port at the seats, making phone charging easy, and there was a good entertainment selection (I watched an 80's classic and a documentary on Icelandic foxes!). The cabin crew was very nice, all smiles, and came by frequently. My negative section will say that my luggage was lost, but they had it delivered back to my hotel about twelve hours later (that same night!), so it didn't affect my trip at all."
Cons: "Boarding at KEF was just a mass of people boarding the plane at once, making the cabin become a Lord of the Flies scenario with people blocking rows to get luggage in the overhead. My luggage was left behind in Boston (I've never lost luggage before!), but they were very helpful at the baggage counter. The seats recline quite a bit which I'm putting under negative because it's ludicrous that seats recline at all in airplanes. We're already packed in there so tight you can barely breath and people think it's fine to just take up more of your limited space."
