She said she was going to start at the front of the plane and let him leave his seat back making it difficult to see my tv monitor. I thought that she should’ve said that it was time to put your seat up. It was frustrating that she didn’t support me and the request of the captain. Your seats are very uncomfortable upright when the person in front of you has their seat back."

The salad was literally iceberg lettuce and a slice of cucumber. Overall, the meal was one of the lowest quality I've ever had in am airline. The outdated onboard entertainment system was annoying to operate and it was impossible to even see the screen when the person ahead leaned back."

Even if my scheduled flight from boston wasn't canceled (I have no idea) they were incredibly unhelpful about the fact that I physically could not get to logan in time for my flight. (Mass DOT was asking everyone to stay off ALL roads). THEN on the way home, they would NOT let me fly back to Montreal where my car was!! WAY TOO RIGID RULES. Screw the customer!"

The flights between Zurich and Brindisi were more comfortable than the long haul flights. The long haul flights are abominable and should be outlawed by governments as they are currently configured. The boy next to me literally could not fit his legs/thigh bones in the space provided by his seat. I did okay as I am not tall, until the woman in front of me decided to lean back. It is not her fault, however, though I thought nasty things about her and periodically tried to dig my knees into her back to get her to lift up her seat. The fault belongs entirely to Swiss Air, which chooses to treat human customers as steerage. The only thing that made the experience worse was the impossibility of choosing my seat online for my return because I had only a smart phone with not-great wifi available. Choosing one's seat should not be dependent on having good wifi and a computer, however. It is bad practice to "sell" seat choices. The families around me were not able to sit together because of this shoddy, greedy practice on the part of the airline. It is also not fair, subsequently, that other passengers are faced with giving up the seats they've chosen, or been given, to assist families in sitting together. Honestly, the extent of the greed on the part of airlines nowadays is astonishing. What used to be a thoroughly enjoyable way of traveling has become an ordeal at best."

The other inconvenience (one I have not experienced in over 5-6 years) was the the headphone jacks were the old fashioned kind...meaning you could not use your own, and the buds given by the airline were very uncomfortable."

The flight the attendants blocked anyone fromaim cabin from leaving until all of first class had departed, even when no one was coming they still Blocked it off. This is a practice I have never seen on delta and haven't seen in aviation in almost 20 years in the US"

Negligent in informing us rapier when i chose seats for the flight. The flight was also delayed 2 and a half hours. We now have no vacation for which we paid $3000."

They were prompt, efficient and very helpful and although my flight was quite full, we left on time and had no issues in the air. I was very pleased with their service and especially as I paid such a low fare through Finn Air, I can't complain. This was a great option to utilise, rather than paying BA's more expensive fares. I would definitely go through this way again."

Pros: "Maybe they should call these flights "Byzantine Airways". Finnair doesn't fly Boston to London, so my Finnair flight was on British Airways, but I did it that way because BA wanted more money that day. As a flight, it was OK. I don't think I have much to say about Finnair."
Pros: "Flight attendants were grumpy, food was horrible (even for airplane standards), entertainment selection subpar and boarding was confusing (i.e. they was a group "b" and a group "2"- both different? ) received no nice comforts such as eye mask, etc"

Cons: "Flight was operated by IBERIA. I had to seat separately from my husband as IBERIA charges $45 for selecting the seat."

Cons: "The rolls were ice cold, and the butter was not real butter. My husband found the seats cramped, and little foot room. I'm 5'2" and they were ok for me. The child behind me screamed and then projectile vomited for the last half hour of the flight, which can't be laid at BS's door. Many people were still on their cell phones and laptops during the whole takeoff, despite multiple announcements. I would have kicked them off."

Cons: "They rebooked us all at the gate and split people up. So boarding was a nightmare without anyone being friendly. The plane was the oldest plane I have seen they had one tv for the plane and the whole section I was sat in didn't have volume that worked and they basically said too bad. The crew didn't respond to any lights that were put on they put their head down and scooted past you. I have been flying to and from USA to UK for 15 years worse flight."
Cons: "This survey is broken and keeps sending you back to step 1. Icelandair staff were full of misinformation. Chicken sandwich was full of shrimp, which is a major allergen."
Pros: "Crew was great. Loved having the layflat seat instead of regular Saga seat. It’s a leased plane due to the grounding of the 737-max so we got layflat seats instead of WI-FI (which is way better in my opinion)"
Cons: "O M G! It was about 150F while we were waiting to take off and for some reason, business class doesn’t have overhead vents. I had rivulets of sweat dripping down my face and almost felt woozy. The plane was also a bit worn and dirty compared to the last time I flew Icelandair in 2016."

Pros: "They provided a pillow and blanket which was very nice, and the crew were helpful in finding space for items during take-off and landing. The boarding and exiting were fairly quick."
Cons: "Everything on board costs extra, including basic drinks and snacks, but that's to be expected on cheaper flights. I assumed that the inflight movies cost money as well, although I didn't watch any because I didn't have headphones."

Cons: "Boarding was very confusing and the customers reacted by plowing Willynilly down the ramp nano seconds after the physically challenged were wheeled on to the plane ignoring the airline staff at the gate. I went with the flow praying I would not get arrested. We boarded a total of 40min late . Second if I am paying for my baggage I should not have to wait 30-40 min for them to come out at baggage claim."

Cons: "The scheduled one-hour layover was ridiculously short. By the time the plane lands a few minutes late, then you actually get off the plane, you still need to take a shuttle bus to the terminal, where you wait in line for Customs/Immigration. I took a few minutes to use the bathroom and buy something to eat, then arrived at my gate to find they were on the final boarding call. Since the entire flight was full of promo videos for Iceland, it would have been nice to have at least a few minutes to look around the airport, and maybe even shop a little."

Pros: "I booked Economy Comfort, but the plane's configuration was such that I had effectively a Saga (business) class seat. It was overall very comfortable. Service was excellent, with free meals and beverages (champagne excepted). The seatback video was large, clear, and had a lot of content, including lots of tourism-promotion videos. Economy Comfort gets you access to the Saga lounge in KEF, which was very nice."
Cons: "The tray in the armrest, when opened, was too close for comfort. It did swing away, but then was at an angle. The seat of the passenger in front of me was somewhat broken in that it leaned back at an angle."

The decision to board the plane then tow it to a place to work on repairs with everybody onboard for 4 hours, when we're sitting on all this jet fuel seems poor."
