Didn't eat...and no entertainment...so can't rate

We arrived very late due to the airline being run so poorly. Something about paperwork according to the pilot. Now the rental car company is closed so I have to sleep at the airport and wait till the budget opens again in the morning. Frontier should put me up in a hotel as their mismanagement caused the delay not the weather. But they just said too bad because the flight was less than 4hours late. Frontier - never again!!!- plus the seats are painful

Seats were really tight on this flight and I felt like I was either in the way of the isle or into the seat next to me. Plus the person next to me was listening to their music so loud I could pretty much clearly make out each annoying song.

Cramped. Older plane missing USB plugs. Entertainment requires an app. Bathroom door still has ashtray. Should have been cheaper for what I got which was a regular ticket for a 5'8" 160lb person.

Unexpected extra charge for checked bag. We only had one each but paid $100! We booked 6 of us and 4 didn’t pay but my husband and I did. Don’t understand!

It got us to London. My bags were quickly available.

The seats were SO. UNCOMFORTABLE. I didn't sleep at all and have a headache because of them. Absolutely atrocious. The food was meh. One of the flight attendants was so rude I dreaded every time she headed over. I'll be flying with Delta in the future.

Bed was "sleep-able"

Going the food was so ordinary and right after dinner crew kinda disappeared, got to get everything for yourself, even remove glasses with liquid during turbulence. Booked with BA but it was operated by AA. Never again, Coming back the food was better but was told they were out of fish, my husband on the other side of me was told they were out of chicken. when questioned, got a dumb answer. ran out of wine (red&White) Spain & France on a day flight & told us they have no control. Service sucks, except 1 nice fellow, who apologized. 6 bottles for 36 passengers. 1 crew had cold towel around his neck sitting, 1 doing crossword so we had to help ourselves. 1 crew saw something in the plane & screamed so hard woke up a sleeping pilot. 1 crew slept for 2 hrs and 1 watch TV for 1 hrs. NEVER VERY, IF I CAN AVOID IT, WILL I TRAVEL WITH AA. They own a lot of us more than an apology.

Leaving MKE was organized and orderly. No problems noted. Once in PHL, flight was delayed due to no crew. After an hour or so, boarded the plane. Was on the plane for 45 minutes with no explaination from the crew. It was an electrical problem. Had to inboard and wait 45 more minutes. Allow weld to rehoard again. Waited another 20 ministrations before leaving. I am all for safety, but communications need to improve.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Planes were clean and food excellent in first class.

Need vegetarian meal in first class

The stewards were not at all helpful or as friendly as most of the delta staff! I was so disappointed with their service. We had TWO delays making us arrive in SAT AT almost 2 am. Hence there were a lot of empty seats. We asked if we or even one of us could move into the …at least three empty rows…and they would not let us as they were they comfort plus section and it cost more…NO ONE WAS USING THESE SEATS!! So they let the passengers be crammed together in the rest of the plane and left numerous empty seats that could have been used! It’s was just rude. They also served drinks and never checked back to pick up the garbage. Didn’t tell us to raise our seats or put up our table trays before landing. So, as I exited the plane I handed them my garbage! I wasn’t going to be rude and leave it in the seat pocket or my seat …where I found crumbs of food on when I boarded the plane. Was just very dissatisfied with this crew!! I have been flying a lot lately using delta. I’ve had some delays but they’ve always been accommodating, this crew was not! What a shame!

I thought the planes were nice and clean. Also, I thought this was a very smooth flight. Very nice crew.

Seats seemed a little tight.

Flight crew was excellent. Had a delay and Capt was very apologetic and personable. Made the best of a problem. Cabin crew were very good. Delay let me get some breakfast.

1 hour delay because ground crew missed performing safety check. Had to deplane and then reboard.

The plane was small and cramped. I could barely bend down to get my bag from under the seat in front of me and I'm tiny. I can just imagine how bigger people felt.

Efficient and respectful staff. Treat to have wine with the pasta dish that was served.

I am only 5'2...a short woman so the seat does not fit me . My feet can not rest on the floor and the headrest does not adjust for me. It makes for a most uncomfortable 18 hours from Lima.

Rushing from gate to gate after sitting on the tarmac for 30 minutes after not having anything to eat on the four hour flight from PHL. Not being able to get anything healthy because the layover was reduced from 40 minutes to 5. GIVE US SOME FOOD DAMMIT!
