Pros: How ferindly they where get on airplane and caring they where the hold time on the flight

Cons: They bathroom up front airplane should be first class and back airplane have there bathrooms

Pros: Flight was good and crew were good. Nothing very outstanding but by no means a terrible flight.

Cons: The in flight screens weren't working well.

Pros: I always have a consistently good experience on Delta. Everything was great.

Cons: we boarded on time and were on tarmac for over an hour and a half with no explanation, no beverages.

Cons: The experience was excellent.

Cons: The flight was delayed so I have to re-book my whole trip. I was being told first that I was going to make my connecting flight, and then rushed to the new gate due to terminal re-assigned, and then told that I won't make it to the connecting flight so I have to go to the re-booking counter. And then at the counter being told that I could have made it. Very confusing.

Cons: Main meal was mediocre, other food better

Cons: Our family of 7, with 5 kids aged 7-14 were spread over the plane. It has been awhile since I flew AA...No entertainment system like United Airlines.

Pros: I had to run to the gate and was really thirsty on the plane. I asked for a bottle of water or something, and the flight attendant that said "we don't have bottled water. Sit down and your drink will be with you shortly."

Cons: Be more responsive to customers. By being responsive you can help the flight become more enjoyable.

Cons: Three hour delay getting out of little rock when I paid $75 extra to take an earlier flight that then departed later than my original flight.

Pros: The attention and service provided by the aircraft

Cons: For one my bag happened to some how end up on another flight I arrived at 4 pm in denver and didnt get my bag till 11 pm yesterday evening

Pros: Nassau security line was quick. US Customs line was quick.

Cons: The Delta line to drop my bags was long and unorganized. The ticket agents were moving in slow motion. I waited over an hour to drop my bag. I thought I was going to miss my flight.

Cons: Seating is always crammed, uncomfortable, people packed in like sardines. But I guess that’s par for the course with all airlines nowadays.

Cons: This is my first time that I travel to US form dec 18 and have to pay for luggage. I can understand if that’s a company policie, but maybe I can flight in another airline that’s doesn’t have any variable fees.

Cons: Even though there were 4 seats across, the rows were too close together and there was absolutely no space at the back by the toilet. The last 3 overhead bins were non-existent for passengers (being taken up with flight equipment). Extremely uncomfortable plane!

Pros: Good seats. Crew was not very hospitable. They went by with water and didn’t give us any. We upgraded for the complementary cocktails and my husband didn’t even get a chance to get one.

Cons: More attention especially for the upgraded seats that offer complementary things. We got better service in our economy seats on the way to LA. I wouldn’t pay extra to upgrade again.

Cons: Not enough leg room. Flights are costly enough and it just seems wrong to upcharge passengers for more legroom. Legroom should be standard outside of first /business class.

Pros: the plane didn't crash.

Cons: honesty. 29 minute flight took 3 hours. first they blamed it on waiting for luggage, then they likely realized there were no connecting fllights, so that excuse didn't work, then they were 'closing the cargo doors' for 45 minutes, then they had to de-ice as the plane had now sat for 4 hours instead of 45 minutes, had it left on time.

Cons: Poor planning caused us to sit on the ramp an hour and a half for a gate to open up.

Pros: Cabin crew was great. Was told they don’t feel they can do a good job of serving 48 passengers in Premium Select with 2 crew.

Cons: Taking off on time. But they did get another plane. We arrived about 5 hours late.

Pros: The crew was awesome! The steward was engaging and made us all laugh and feel comfortable for a short flight when he didn’t have to. He had a great sense of humor and gave the kids cookies and wings. Something I haven’t seen in many years. He and the pilots were great!

Cons: Food was terrible. Paid for first class, expected something better than coach. Our food choice was a ham sandwich, there were better choices but the crew took them for themselves so nothing left for the 1st class passengers. Similar situation on our eastbound flight the week earlier. I doubt if Delta knows or cares that this occurs. After paying more than twice the coach fare, we expect something better than a ham sandwich on a coast to coast flight.

Cons: Everything could have been better. The terminal out of Charlotte looked like a bus terminal, unacceptable for AA since it is one of their hubs. I understand it was a busy holiday weekend, but the airline should have been better prepared for our arrival. While the pilot did an excellent job in getting us in NY on time after airport delays on departure, AA must have not had enough staff working when we arrived. Customers waited over 30 minutes for bags to arrive, which arrived at a different belt than what had been originally scheduled. There were no AA staff in sight when we arrived in NY either. I will do my best not to fly AA again.

Cons: The crew, the food, the tv capability, the amenities. Overall it was the worst international flight I have ever been on. They confiscated my unopened beer I purchased after security point. They had me assigned to a wrong seat, so I had to fight my way 20 rows up as people are filing into their seats. The hot towel to clean your hands was dry and cold. The roll was hard as a rock and cold. The crew was rude and unapproachable. It took almost 3 hours to get them to reset my tv and when she finally did it glitched the whole time I tried watching it. The croissant was literally cooked to the paper and had to rip apart Croissant to get the paper off. They didn't serve the cocktail as promised. It was a pretty poor performance on all levels, and if this survey truly means anything, I hope this gets remedied.
