Late lights, lost baggage and cramped seats. Did not feel that lost baggage was a priority. Communication was slow and often unclear.

Boarding was seamless, crew were great. Less disruptions on the night flight would have improved the experience and turning off lights earlier.

My bags were lost. I waited in a line for 5 hours after I landed and got no resolution to the issue.

Easily one of the best flights I’ve ever taken. Worth it to upgrade slightly. Crew was phenomenal. Just wish the man sat next to me kept his shoes on. There should be a rule about that. But I wish I could take every flight with BA.

A/C temp. was way too cold during the flight.

I understand and don't want food on a short trip, but tea and coffe (at least 1 cup) should be free. Nevertheless there was water available and the crew was nice.

3 hr delay. No water given while on the plane for 3hrs.

Flight OK but they only loaded half of the checked bags on. This they only told us on arrival

Flight was 4.5 hours late leaving New Orleans. Food wasted. Couldn't serve dinner. Missed our connection

I was called up at the gate not knowing why and then handed over my passport and was told I was being upgraded from Premier economy to Business class and it was wonderful. I've never been upgraded before and it was such a pleasant experience.
