Cons: Originally, they were putting me on a flight connecting through Atlanta. However, I was traveling with my brother and there was only one seat on it. After looking again, we were put on a much better route through Detroit. I did not have a seat on the second leg and was stressed that I could get bumped. I made the flight but was given a middle seat. Since I have clostrophobia I began to panic. My brother sacrificed his exit row seat for me. He had booked through Delta. I wondered if he got better treatment because of that

Cons: flights all on Delta - about one a week for 3 months straight - and yet when Delta cancelled my flight and re-booked they did not give me any upgrade or loyalty as I saw it - I had paid extra for Delta Comfort and they told me the flight they re-booked me on simply did not have any comfort available. However, I was not the one canceling the flight and re-booking - that is their problem and after so much loyalty for years I feel like I should have gotten some kind of upgrade for free...If I have to cancel - I have to pay fees - but if they cancel - I lose ...despite being a very loyal SkyMiles customer. I am quite disillusioned with Delta now and will have to look around to see what other airlines there are now - and my entire family - and what kind of loyalty they give to their loyal customers. It needs to be a two-way

Pros: The last time we flew Delta, we were underwhelmed. Our flight was delayed several hours and there was nothing exceptional about it when it did finally leave. That was 5 years ago, and there's been a lot of changes. There I'd now in-flight entertainment, reasonably comfortable seats, and everything was on time.

Pros: Although we ended up being stuck on the plane for 2 hours prior to take off due to high volume, weather and as the pilot put it, "possible military activity" the crew kept us informed every step of the way. There was one flight attendant in particular who was so full of energy and made the unfortunate circumstances not so bad. She entertained us and kept us in the loop the entire time as did the pilots. It made the 2 hours not feel so bad which was appreciated.

Pros: There were many delays and cancellations due to bad thunderstorms at LGA. Despite a few hours delayed (because the airport was closed due to the storm), the flight was still schedule to leave! I was very happy about that. They did issue waivers for those who could not make the later time. Once delta got the ok to fly.. The flight left the gate very fast and we arrived and exited the plane super fast too. The process was so efficient and quick, I did not feel the waiting period. The flight attendance were so happy and positive, they made he flight very enjoyable. Great job delta!

Cons: The flight left three hours late while the crew was waiting for an oxygen tank to arrive. We were boarded onto the plane after it was nearly an hour and a half late, then waited in out cramped seats for another hour and a half as we continued to wait for the same piece of equipment. At one point a Delta employee announced over the plane's PA system that we'd be getting vouchers to compensate us for this absurd delay, but there was no explanation of how to claim those vouchers.

Cons: The fight was delayed multiple times, starting at a 5:44 takeoff and finally taking off around 9:15. It was delayed in 30 min increments, which made it hard to do anything else around the airport since I was constantly in a state of "about to board." A frustrating experience. No posts of extra snacks while waiting, or compensation or explanation of what caused the delay.

Cons: Due to weather patterns, we sat on the runway for 3 hours waiting to take off. There was approx. 50+ planes ahead of us. I know this because I was sitting next to an off-duty pilot on his way home. About 2 hours in, there was 30 planes left to take off, and then us. They air traffic control people were only letting off one plane per minute which is what was holding us. THEN after the 3 hours on the runway, our crew timed out and the brought us back to gate saying we were not taking off. At the gate, they informed us the flight was not 'cancelled' but 'delayed' to the following morning. I/m not sure how a 16 hour difference is considered 'delayed', but I digress. All Delta reps had NO idea the time of the new flight the following morning and told us all to just 'keep checking the app'. Now, fortunately for me I live in Brooklyn and could just go home. But what about everyone who was at LGA as a layover? I heard from multiple passengers they had to spend the night in a hotel, that Delta did not pay for. We finally got notice the new flight was scheduled for 9:30AM, which they AGAIN delayed until 11:30AM. Many people did not get the second change, and were already at LGA for the 9:30AM flight. To say Delta's handling of this was poor is an understatement. We knew when we got on that plane the crew was going to time out. Again, I was sitting next to an off-duty pilot who told me to 'get comfy, we're gonna be here awhile' the minute I sat down. Delta should have given us a fresh crew, or had a backup one prepared. I understand the weather is out of there control, and I understand you can't have a tired crew piloting an airplane, but there are other ways to have us take off remotely on schedule.

Pros: For a short-haul flight on a small CRJ, it was the most pleasing and comfortable flight. No delays and everyone was pleasant from ground staff to flight crew.

Cons: Delta doesn't manage their flight schedules and personnel with backup or standby crew in order to assist whenever there are delays across domestic flights. The plane was late to arrive at the gate and we were also told that while the pilot was ready to take off, we couldn't leave because we were waiting for a flight attendant to land from Pittsburgh (we were in La Guardia airport in NYC). delta would rather I convenience the flyer instead of hiring more personnel or figuring out standby or backup plans for delayed flights.

Cons: Boarding process was ok (they bused us over to the plane and then had us walking out halfway to the plane's stairs before frantically sending us back on the bus because the plane wasn't cleaned yet). Not a big deal but we were traveling with a 10 month old so miscommunications like that cause a larger inconvenience than usual. The real downer on the flight was when we needed hot water quickly to warm our infant's bottle. The stewardess had begun beverage service and was about 8 rows away from us. My wife hit the call button, expecting the stewardness to come over somewhat quickly. Instead, she just continued beverage service and got to us about 15 mins later. By that point it was too late and the baby was wailing from hunger. When we asked why, knowing that we had a small child, the stewardness didn't just push the cart forward and attend to us more quickly, she said she didn't want to do that. No apology, not even a sense of remorse. At the end of the day, a customer's experience will always be tainted by poor service and that is what we received on our flight.

Pros: From curbside check-in to landing the plane, overall excellent service ! Very pleased to find out they offered a shuttle from checkin to the gate. I am having knee surgery soon and the walk from security to gate 34 LaGuardia would have put me over the top with pain! It was a very nice gentleman that gave me a ride to the gate and even stopped to let me use the bathroom. Thumbs up *****
Cons: The fact that I was charged $150 to check a small cosmetics bag is no loose change ! I would have carried it on but my hand is in a brace and I has to have extensive surgery. Then yoy get to the gate, and they repeatedly asked for volunteers to check their bags for free. I think this is a very unfair policy and try to explain it to the curbside attendant. I literally cannot carry more than five pounds in my left hand until I get bone replacement surgery. I'm also having knee surgery soon and this small additional weight would be caused me excruciating pain ! They didn't care and still charged me $150 for a bag thats no bigger than 12 inches and weighs less than ten pounds. Thats the way you treat your first class passengers? One other quick note: the sausage and egg sandwich? that was served for breakfast was absolutely horrible! Thumbs down !

Honestly, if the delay is due to 'maintenance' for an incoming plane that has not left its originating destination, why quote any time at all? The check in rep did provide an announcement at 8:15 that although the time of departure had moved to 9:05 , he did not see how that was possible since our plane was on the ground in Richmond undergoing maintenance. I was in LGA. When I heard that, I changed to another flight, so the outcome was not as bad as it could have been. I am aware of these other times since my email is packed with Delta's notifications, which I welcome usually.

Cons: The flight was canceled due to mechanical difficulties and British airways delayed helping us for 2 hours and then told us to use the phone 800 number to book a different flight. we needed to connect in London for the flight to Tel Aviv. The man on the phone barely spoke English and set us up with a flight that would not get us to our destination in time for our religious Sabbath Friday night. When we tried to explain the situation he hung up on us. We called back and tried to explain again we either spoke to the same man or another Indian man whom also spoke unintelligible English and he also hung up on us. In the mean time my wife spoke with the counter agents and they tried to find us another flight but by now other airline counters were closed. An hour later I tried the 800 number again and spoke again with the same Indian guy, when I asked to speak to a manager he gave me a hard time then finally said ok, put me on hold which I stayed for a while and realized he just put me on hold indefinitely. Finally after being in the airport for 9 hours we found a flight from United and a family member booked it online for us which we took to Tel Aviv and got us here only 2 hours later than our original flight which had a 12 hour layover in London and we were going to spend time touring but did not get to. As far as I am concerned British Airways has done a horrible job and no one should ever fly with them again. Unfortunately our flight home is with them I hope it goes smooth.

Cons: It is a very short connection time and it is the second time I've missed it. Now according to the schedule I should be arriving Tel Aviv at 11:30 pm instead of 3 pm. And the wait in London is very long.

Pros: the flight was very comfortable and we had a very pleasant flight. The food was very tasty, and all in all the flight was very high standard.
Cons: there was some air hosts strike so service was slower than expected, but all in all the crew was able to attend everybody's needs. landing was a bit rougher than usual.

Cons: Their own employees didn't know that the flight was delayed, though their app had sent out a notice, and they refused to let me go through security, having already given away my seat more than an hour before the flight actually left. Then they refused to admit responsibility and do anything to help except to continue to put us on standby on their own full flights, knowing we wouldn't be able to get on one of those flights for at least a few days. They did finally give us a hotel for just one night and that was only after we kept reminding them that this was all their fault.

Cons: We were at the back of the plane, which was pretty difficult for my 6'6" husband and his long legs. We were told every seat was full (because of the IT problem). However, after takeoff it became apparent that there were some empty seats, but they weren't offered to us. One man was asleep across three exit row seats, for example. We had two seats in a three seat row, which would have given us a bit more room, but a woman was moved to the window seat with us, to accommodate a religious man who didn't want to sit next to her. She was very nice, but the whole situation was annoying and distasteful. And, unfortunately, the food was just as bad as our last flight.

Cons: we order kosher food for the flights, on the first flight we recive only for 1 pessanger so on the way back we call few days before to the airlines company to confirm that is kosher food for both passengers and they confirm and again we didnt recive only 1 passanger recive for flight over 20 hours way to be with out food

Pros: British Airway's service is cordial and comfortable, which goes a long way to making the entire trip the same. Obviously they have no or little control over potholes in the air and wind turbulence.
Cons: The flight was scheduled to arrive 2 hours before our connecting BA flight departed Heathrow. Unfortunately because of loading delays on our original flight, we arrived in Heathrow 40 minutes late. The crew said that 60 minutes is the designated minimum but we used all of the 80 minutes plus, and it airport was NOT crowded. If BA is connecting to BA, then you have a responsibility ahead of time to address this problem and keep connecting passengers from getting overly distressed in a strange airport.

They let you sign in to their entertainment on the phone, but first of all the screen is small and it drains the battery of the phone and not comfortable. Cons: The American Airlines crew in Houston gave multiple people the wrong information regarding checked luggage for our connecting flight. Because the flight from NYC was over an hour delayed and the misinformation, several people missed the connecting flight. Hobby closes at a certain hour so I now have to wait until tomorrow morning to retrieve my carry on luggage the American Airlines MADE me check because of the group I was in. I called American Aurlines customer service line and they were not helpful. I will never fly American again.

Cons: AA cancel flights recurringly and has no ability to help their customers. Got I flight cancelled yesterday, and was move to another flight later (10:30pm) that supposed to leave ate (3:30pm). After several delays, they started boarding us at 1:00am, but the boarding process so messy and confuse, the plane couldn’t took off before 1:40 by 1 minute and they had to cancel the flight with 200 people inside the plane. An absurd! Flight was rescheduled to today at 10am and obviously took off 1h delayed because AA can't organize simple things to expedite the boarding process.

Pros: The boarding process was great and speedy. They had us all on the plane and we were pushing back prior to the take off time because they already had us all on board. The flight was smooth, and we landed in Charlotte early. Can’t beat that!

Cons: The gate agent made us starting in boarding group 6 out of 9 to check sizes of bags in the size box and she got into a verbal fight with another passenger. One guy told her she could board but the gate agent said no it didn't fit and she couldn't board. Then the agent claimed she had to gate check her bag and claimed there were no overhead spaces left. So everyone after that had to gate check. When I boarded there were at least 8 empty bins and I had not even gotten to my seat in row 22. The gate agent lied and slowed down the entire boarding process because she want to win a fight and show dominance over a passenger.

Cons: I was traveling with the exact same size suitcase I’ve probably traveled with as a carry on for at least 50 prior flights, and the boarding agent insisted it was too large. I am a very petite woman, and so when I carry a normal size bag, it can look large by comparison to my body. Further, the flight was 1/3 empty and had plenty of overhead space even once the plane was completely boarded. I am sorely offended based on the discrimination I suggested simply because I am short of stature.

Pros: Never again. I had a connecting flight with a one hour layover and almost missed it. The plane to charlotte was very late boarding. Once i land I rush to my gate because I only have 20 minutes before they start boarding ; I get to the gate and have to wait almost an hour. At this point I still havent eaten because I am waiting around by the gate and the attendants are not communicating any information. Then they finally tell us that the reason the fligt hasnt boarded was because the flight attendant misplaced her luggage in the previous flight and was waiting to arrive to the terminal. Now how is that my issue? American Airlines needs to do better!

Cons: I didn't like that American Airlines had not staffed our flight, so we waited for 4.5 hours for a flight attendant who would be able to complete the flight crew so we could leave. They kept delaying the flight, 5 minutes at a time, for 4.5 hours. It flew out of LGA, it was a 9pm flight. The airport food sources were closed, and AA kept us until 1am-- no food, no internet, and, because LGA has terrible cell reception, no phone service. Once we got on the plane, everyone was really hungry, and the plane had no snacks. No entertainment because the TV system was broken. It was just a miserable experience. I regret trying to save $20 by booking that flight. I have had nothing but terrile experiences on American Airlines-- NEVER AGAIN.

Due to the lack of options on the kiosk I had to wait in the customer service line for almost an hour. The flight was fine. Then my baggage turned out to be flying on a much later flight so it has to be shipped to me. I am very unsatisfied and disappointed with this airline.

Pros: Excellent aircraft. EJR190. Not big but very comfortable aircraft. AA has decided to give actual leg room. Nice experience even in the back of the aircraft.
Cons: AA needs to work on boarding logistics at LaGuardia. It's confusing to have to shuttle across the tarmac to another terminal. If the flight times had been closer I would not have arrived in time to board.

Cons: When the pilot took off at LGA he said "everyone here is trying to take off at the same time" so we'd be delayed by 30 min. Not once was there a mention of any other reason. By the time we got to DC I had JUST missed my connecting flight. It was listed nowhere on the departures screen and I realized I had to take an outdoor bus to the other half of the "c" terminal which was very confusing. I got there and had missed the connecting flight and stand in line for 20 min for someone to tell me that I would be stuck in DC overnight. At this point rain had started pouring and they told me that because my mishap was due to weather they would provide no meal or hotel voucher. Weather was not the issue and I was stuck in DC overnight by myself and not compensated for hotels or meals.

Pros: Friendly, attentive staff. Good service. My toddler, husband and I boarded first because of our child, so we had plenty of time to get comfy on the plane. The flight attendants served sufficient drinks and snacks for the 1 hour flight.

Pros: As a professional musician, flying with my viola is one of the most nerve wracking experiences, as if it is forced to be checked due to insufficient room for overhead baggage, it could be completely destroyed. As stated in Air Canada's online policy, passengers traveling with musical instruments that fit as carry on baggage are allowed to change to earlier boarding zones. After approaching a staff member with my viola, I wasn't simply assigned an earlier zone, but rather I was allowed to board first. On this principle alone I will be flying Air Canada again. Thank you!!!

Cons: Flights all evening were cancelled. I was just going for a weekend and they couldn't reschedule me until the following evening. I couldn't go on the trip because of these problems. I was in the airport for hours with two young children and they did not do much to help me reschedule quickly.

Cons: Terrible experience. I bought 2 tickets for my parents from New York to Shanghai a month ago. But on the day of flight, Air Canada refused their boarding, stating that they did not have Canada visas, the fight would transfer in Montreal which needs Canada visa. I had never heard about it and it was never mentioned when I booking the tickets. I called the first customer service who was rude and not helpful. Finally, I found out that my parents had to transfer to Toronto, which does not need a visa. But in order to make the change, I had to pay Air Canada extra $1180, which were more expensive than the tickets self. At that time, I had no other choice. I am really upset. I want to warm all Chinese who don't have green card or Canada visa that do not buy tickets from Air Canada. Their customer service told me that they did not have the obligation to list this kind of information on their website. So if you choose Air Canada, you lose your money and deal with all the hassles by yourself. I will never use Air Canada in my whole life again.

Cons: My flight from NYC to Montreal was delayed 4 hours due to a storm that had passed earlier in the day. That was understandable, however we then sat on the tarmac at the gate for an additional hour because Air Canada's entire computer system suddenly crashed. We finally got to the runway and in the middle of takeoff the pilot slammed on the brakes and aborted the takeoff because he did not reach high enough speed. It was very scary. I was supposed to land in Montreal at 10:20 pm but arrived there at 2:30 am the next morning.

Cons: We were told our flight was delayed due to weather, and then due to mechanics. The weather was fine in both new york and toronto those days, and other toronto flights left on time. we ended up being delayed 6 hours in the airport, and other flights still went out ahead of us. furthermore, because our flight was delayed, they didn't seem to prepare for the new departure time, and we were held up for almost an hour on the runway before being able to take off, and almost 30 minutes on the runway once we landed too. better planning and customer service needs to be required in these situations.

Cons: Delayed for more than two hours on both the trips to and from Canada. This is a common thing with Air Canada i heard. Flights always get delayed.

Cons: Our flight got delayed 7+ hours but we only found out one to two hours at a time. Our return flight was flat out canceled and so we were only able get a flight 4 hours after the original. They did nothing to compensate the passengers at all, claiming it was not their fault; it was due to construction. Construction which has been underway for several weeks and they were well aware. If you know there is going to be construction at the airport perhaps adjust your flight schedule accordingly and don't sell as many flights as when there is no construction?

Had to leave the airport back through a massive line in customs after my flight was ultimately cancelled. They are doing work on the runways, weather, whatever. Seems some flights could leave especially those that were not Canadian airlines. This has happened on more than one occasion and the airline handles it very poorly with little communication. But when your flight gets delayed over an hour due to their own computer system failing on the way to newyork and to not be compinsated at all its not acceptable. Even on my way home from newyork we were supose to board at 7:55pm and ended up boarding at 9:40pm. they decided to pick and choose people to be boarded on the earlier flight that was right before mine. Not at all fair. I used my whole 30 minutes free wifi (that cuts in and out constantly)before we found out about the delay then I was left with nothing. Not cool when you cant contact anyone. Also REALLY ANNOYING. and the staff are rude if you ask them anything. Then on the plane i wasted 5 bucks trying to buy wifi since you guys dont even have it on your planes for free like delta does. Even then you pay for the worst wifi on the planet where your messages take a half hour to go through and over my whole hour and 10 minute flight i had 3 messages because of your horrible gogo wifi. Pros: I love that I had a direct flight for my destination, from TLV to Pearson Int'l, at a decent price. This is usually hard to come by. The in flight entertainment options are very good. The online check-in process worked very well.
Cons: The service on my original TLV-Pearson Flight (Dec 23rd am) was not great. The staff sat in the back gossiping the entire time and looked offended every time I came to ask a question or ask for something - they would get silent and just sit there, like I was interrupting an important conversation and so I even offered to get my own stuff. Ridiculous! What happened to customer service? The food is HORRIBLE! Worst food I have ever had on a flight, and I flew to 8 countries this last year, so that says a lot. I'd recommend only eating food you bring, or just starving yourself.

Pros: Hi, even though i had online checked in, I had to wait 45 min in the queu just to leave my luggage. The reason for this increadable long queu was the insufficient crew. There were only three people were working on the desks for three different flights. It was really overwhelming!

Thankfully, we got on that flight however, we were in the airport for 8 hours from 8am to 4pm for a 1 1/2 hr flight. Our original flight was supposed to leave around 10am. No flight re-imbursement was issued to us, and we only received lunch vouchers after we asked for them.

I'm glad I went up to ask about my connecting flight to Athens; if I had waited and got on the flight, I would have missed my connection. The people at the AirCanada desk were nice, and were able to find us other seats. However, we were promised seats on the 7:30 flight, but instead were put on the 5:45 flight. We asked for the AirCanada person to call back and change our flight, but she said we would have time (at this point, 1 hour and 20 minutes before the flight left), even though I showed her that there was a lot of traffic between LGA and JFK and we probably would not make it. We had to leave LGA, find our bags and wait in a long taxi line to sit in traffic in a cab we had to pay for our of pocket, and could not make the 5:45 flight. I then had to call AirCanada and wait for 15 minutes for the lady to switch us to the 7:30 flight. In all, we also lost 2 full hours in Athens.

Cons: I booked a flight for 8pm on Friday 7/29. Night of 7/28, I found out my plans changed and wanted to try and find an earlier flight. I called the help line and waited on hold for 1hour and 45min. The man I spoke with was able to move my flight to 12:50p for $200 change flight fee and $207 ticket difference. I arrive at the airport for this flight only to learn that the man last night moved my flight to the next day, Saturday 7/30. After over an hour of waiting and pleading, the check in attendant was able to get me back on my original flight and return the monies I paid for the seat change. However I had to wait at the airport for 8 hours until my flight, after wasting 2 hours on the phone and another hour at the check-in desk... 11hours total. THEN, they cancelled my 1:30pm return flight and could only get me on an 8pm flight, so another 8 hrs of waiting around. Customer service was terrible throughout. Will never fly this airline again

Two of the last 3 flights you lost my luggage and both times I was told I would have it late in the day or early evening. 3 weeks ago I received it 36 hours later and yesterday I got it the next morning. 3 weeks ago the overhead lights did not work in almost the entire plan. Yesterday, my movie kept cutting out and the guy next to me and a few others too. I got so frustrated that I shut it off.

Cons: Although the flight to Canada was fine, the ordeal to try to get back was awful! So apparently Air Canada makes up whatever rules that they see fit but doesn't make you aware of them until too late. In Canada, the "International" terminal is not for every country, but for every country EXCEPT the US...I didn't realize that the "Air Canada English" is its own language. Also, they will resell your seat arbitrarily, without any previous warning and have no problem stranding you in a different country, forcing to pay exorbitant change fees. If you try to straighten the situation AFTER the entire fiasco, the only recourse is a random email. I would not only NOT recommend this airline, but I would stay far, far away from using Air Canada!

Pros: Our flight was delayed about an hour and a half because of earlier delays in the day and the ground crew and pilot kept us fully informed of the situations as they evolved. Because of the timely updates I did not hear one person complain in my earshot range. Apart from the delay the service was great, as always.

Pros: Alex and Marcus -- flight attendants -- were awesome. They thanked passengers directly and personally for flying United, and this was a very nice touch and I observed that passengers were touched by this gesture.

Pros: The staff was great, very helpful and courteous.
Cons: Theres no food whatsoever and no options for the tv unless you pay. The seats aren't spacious.

Cons: The flight attendant was late delaying boarding 20 minutes. Once they started, people were lining up to board. This is a normal behavior however, there employee decided to stop boarding because she said people were crowding. she stop boarding for another 20 minutes. Now, this was a large flight and there wasn't enough room for everyone to stand off to the side. She was rude and there was no reason for this especially when the flight attendant was already late. The plane was delayed 45 minutes due to this

Cons: Experiencing a delay in my flight and waited 4 hours in the airport.

Cons: My trip was poor because my flight got cancelled and I couldn't get on another flight until 24hours later and there were NO hotels available at all that night and this was an emergency flight I needed to be on. I will not be flying with you guys again because no one cared that I was basically stranded in NY with no where to go and I wasn't given any options to make my trip with you guys better.

Cons: My luggage lock was broken.

Cons: The default on the browser defaulted to April 9 when I was actually booking the ticket for April 2. So I had to forfeit the $317 ticket. I use kayak a lot - can anything be down ?

Cons: I was delayed and missed my connecting and then was not helped in Denver.

Cons: I did not like the seats. I was unable to recline and rest the way I wanted and did not like having to wait 45 minutes for baggage claim to drop my bags

Pros: We were upgraded to first class on our connecting flight and my husband and i sat together. That made up for the first flight, because our seating separated us three, which I didn't like.
Cons: Delayed flight to Denver and our seats were not together.

Pros: Pilot was great in keeping us informed. Flight was late getting in, then in line with a lot of planes waiting to take off. Then at O'Hare our gate wasn't ready and had to circle. And then we were at the gate farthest from baggage claim. At least the was relatively smooth.

Pros: The plane didn't crash
Cons: I was originally scheduled to fly to Cleveland from LGA at 8:30PM. At 12:30PM I got a text from United informing me that my flight had been cancelled. My only rebooking option on the same day was a 9:45PM flight out of Newark. Newark is significantly farther away from my apartment (2 hours vs. 30 minutes) but I took it because it was my only option. After a 2+ hour trip to Newark and going through a disastrous check-in process I found out my flight was delayed until 10:30, then 11, then 11:41. Hardly any real announcements were made until the end when the gate agent stopped hiding. No apologies were made and wasn't even offered water for the inconvenience.

Pros: Great crew. Good communication.
Cons: Lazy airline. Wouldn't tell me before hand whether or not flight was delayed or canceled. Waited until flight was invevitably delayed before were were told it was. Cost me a day. Lost work. Asked airline beforehand about conditions due to whether and was blown off like I was a dumb person who didn't matter.

Cons: Last row smelled like throw up and crew didnt care to resolve . Then someone else came aftr people complain. Still didnt get resolved. And they gave my 8 month pregnant wife a hard time walking in front and said she technically doesnt have a disability. Worse flying experience. Then my bag was ripped half open i carasel.

Pros: The staff was friendly and helpful. A young lady on my Houston to Austin flight helped me find my seat. A young man on my New York to Houston flight was very kind.

Cons: Flight was very late. Boarding is rediculous. They load from the front of the plane and people go to the back looking for overhead storage and then try to more forward again while the people with seats in the back are coming in.

Pros: I had a blood coat on my leg 2 months before my flight and the pain and swelling sometimes were unbearable, United was extremely accommodating, kind and courteous from the check in all the way to helping me retrieve my luggage in a wheel chair and that alone ease my pain, not having to do any extra effort was a huge relief on my legs. Definitely booking again with United and Kayak
Cons: TSA were less than basic, making me go up and down twice trough two different metal detectors and a body scan machine, then asking me to put both my hands above my head while standing up in the body scanner, a guy in a wheel chair who could only stand with a cane, these guys are barbaric but that's not the airlines fault.

Pros: they gave us the whole can to drink on the flight for drinks
Cons: the stupid old white man at baggage check in in New YOrk who was EXTREMELY rude and made me HATE flying with UNited

Pros: I arrived safe and sound. A United ticket clerk at Chicago O'Hare was super nice but didn't really help my situation. I appreciated her effort and warm demeanor.
Cons: After booking the flight I noticed that there was a 25 minute window between the time my flight was scheduled to land in my connecting city and the departure time of my connecting flight. Aware that most airline close the gate door and the flight 10 to 15 minutes before take off and the fact that it takes about 15 minutes to get off a flight after the aircraft door open, I was sure that this would be a problem. Also if I then had to change terminals that would be another 20 minutes. Long story short, I thought this was poor customer service on United's side. I called united the day before my flight and customer service rep assured me that it would be the same terminal and that these times are customary on the part of United. I then also mentioned this at the gate as well and talked to a very kind Flight Attendant. Everyone worked to put me at easy about this. My flight left 20 minutes late but made the time up while in the air. We landed I got off the flight in record time and asked a gate attendant to check my flight status. The flight and gate had been closed. They then had be go talk with a very kind woman at the customer service desk. She then moved me to a AA flight. She said "now the fate closes in 10 minutes so you probably won't make it but run". "You've got to be kidding me" i thought but she was so nice so I didn't question it... But I RAN!!! I didn't make it and AA customer service rep put me on the last flight out. I say in the airport for an extra 4 hours and ate lots of food I'm sure is slowly killing me as we speak. Happy to be safe and at home.
