The lady at the check in counter was super nice, I was a few kilos over and she didn’t charge me extra
The plane looked old and dirty
Flight was delayed by over 1 hr , with no explanation fm the ground staff or on board
Nothing about check-in and boarding.
Check-in was a zoo. The agents were more interested in gossiping and were constantly on the phone or running in and out of their stations. It took nearly an hour to get through the 10 people ahead of us. And then we were told that my 1 bag would cost $53 to check-in and that I would have to go to another counter in a far away part of the airport to pay...and we had 20 minutes before boarding. Afger running to the cashier, we were told that she had no time and that we should go back to the agent to pay! We ran back and paid, then went to look for our gate. It was finally listed as Gate 12. We got though security ok and got into the line for Gate 12. It was more like a scrum tan a line. Nobod seemed to be doing anything when all at once we saw people boarding. We went to the gate but were told that our flight was boarding at Gate 10!!! WTF??? Gate 12 listed our flight number and Gate 10 listed another flight, but we did as were told and boarded via Gate 10. None of other passengers knew what the hell was going on but we all made it to Rome along with our baggage. We will NEVER fly Alitalia again.
Got canceled and we were stuck in Rome. Had to spend $3k to get back to United States. Thank you Air Berlin for nothing
My flight cancelled. I waited 3hours in the flight. They said they provide the bus instead of flight. Now, I waiting 2 hours for they provide bus.
I like the general things on the plane. Smiling services by the crew members, the taste of the foods, contents on the device, icecream....
I didn't like the terrible service in Sheremetyevo International Airport. Personnel were so bossy.. It makes me think that Russian Airline is good but the country inside....
Seats were comfortable. Enjoyed the extra amenities in the pouch.
Food. Not enough international movies.
The boarding process was smooth, no hassle at luggage check in, the crew was very solicitous and eager to help,the seats had plenty of leg room, slippers were distributed, my veggie meal was tasty and there even was ice cream.
My TV screen was very slow to respond to touch and to remote control. There should have been a greater choice of current movies.

I got to Rio de Janeiro on time
cramped seats, minimal water offered by crew on 9.5 hour flight. I also found the extra charge to reserve a seat on this flight a serious affront to economic sensibility

Apart from the unorganized immigration and check-in process the service is very average. On both transatlantic flights the toilets did not work properly. Furthermore the business practice to charge you for any luggage $ 90 at airport without prior notice during the booking process is quite unpleasant and uncommon for transatlantic flights. Would be good that airline as well as internet travel agent would advice about this additional costs in a more transparent way before you purchase the ticket

Accommodating flight crew. Good food. Nice landing and take off.
I am a permanent resident of USA and have a Green Card and the portuguese boarding crew gave me a hard time about my paper work. I was very disappointed by the way they treated me.
Ability to see a bit of Lisbon on the way
Baggage charges that were not shown anywhere on the website. A nasty surprise when we checked luggage. Lost wallet on plane and customer service was unhelpful.
Had to wait forever to find out Gate Number.
