Overall good. Plenty of legroom and fairly comfortable seats. No issues with capacity and the overhead been even though most people brought several carry-ons on. I don’t think Breeze really enforces the pay for a carry-on rule.
Surprised at how much I enjoyed Breeze. Paid for the Nicer upgrade which made it closer in price to a flag ship carrier but with more comfortable seats and much more leg room. Crew was polite and since we brought our food no loss there. Would make the point that the ‘have to pay for a carry-on is BS’. Most people did not and had several. Still was plenty of room in the overheads.
Comfortable seating, adequate space available, nice to have USB port, polite crew.
My experience is typically great with Breeze. This trip wasn’t any different.
This was my first experience with Breeze. The plane was cleaner and more comfortable than any other I've experienced. The process of boarding was streamlined. We boarded early and arrived at our destination 45 minutes early. The only hiccup was my ticket was rejected by TSA PreCheck and I got sent to the back of a very long line at Fort Myers. I entered my information when I bought my ticket, but it apparently didn't connect to my permanent profile. I'll correct that for next time. I was expecting an Allegiant experience, but Breeze was much more upscale. I really, really enjoyed it.
Great experience. Non stop is great in and of itself.
Lady at check in counter helped me get a seat in the cut row all to myself.
It was great except the other passengers who didnt have children complaining and not giving grace to the mommas with tiny babies who were trying to comfort their little ones during the decent. They were clearly trying and every child travels different.
It was pretty good. Only thing that makes our boarding uncomfortable was, that we had to pass TSA at terminal 1 and after that walk 15 minutes to terminal B, because bus was insufficient to take so many people and waiting time for the bus was more then 1 hour.
Something about the chair was uncomfortable, Maine the curvature of the back.
Clean, friendly, roomy. But check-in from the phone link was terrible. Repeated attempts wouldn’t save at the final step. Just kept spinning! It was very frustrating. Finally, I used the app (vs website link) to check-in which worked very smoothly on the first attempt.
Check in on the web portal was cumbersome! After several attempts I finally got the boarding pass.
Excellent flight and even arrived 23 min early. No entertainment , or wi fi on board, but I downloaded a couple of movies beforehand which kept me entertained. Really like flying Allegiant airlines.
WE were delayed about an hour and never any communications from the employees working the gate. We also were moved to a total of three gates.
I love how they show love to their customers and care about them too.
I liked how when I got on board how fast we ended up taking off but what I truly disliked was how uncomfortable the seats were. There was truly never a time that I could ever get comfortable during both of my flights. The seats could get away during shorter flights but flights 3 hour plus makes it hard to enjoy.
The crew was great and the flight was very smooth. Can’t really judge food since I did not get any because it costs money. The seat was comfortable for what we bought. Thanks!

It was canceled. The flight wasn’t rescheduled, everyone had to figure out their own new arrangements. They said we would get refunded our original fare and receive an additional $150. We received links for $100 only and they expired before we could activate them.
The plane had originated in Las Vegas at 6:30 in the morning and flew to Moline where we boarded. The flight left around 12:30 PM and there were no boxed snacks available and many of the alcoholic beverages were unavailable. I would find it hard to believe that that many of the passengers coming from Las Vegas at 6:30 in the morning, drank and ate that much of the items. I can only come to the conclusion that someone failed to stock the plane for the round-trip. This is a huge revenue failure for the airline and disappointment for the passengers. The flight crew did not seem happy to be there and did not engage with passengers. Allegiant you can do better.
I didn't eat, so I can't rate the food. Delayed set off was beyond
Very positive in both directions. Safe travels, nice staff, lost and found in fact found my phone under my chair! I was out of cash after my NYC trip otherwise I would've offered a reward for helping my day out immensly! Thanks you so much Spirit staff!
Like: seats that don't move; fast boarding; engaging crew; low-prices; individual gate at LGA; access to restrooms at the gate Dislike: no water on the flight
The flight was cancelled at the last minute. Will never fly Spirit again. Without a doubt the worst airline around.
My flight was delayed several times and eventually cancelled. Then the re-booked flight for 8pm was delayed multiple times over, and eventually it would have forced me to be at the airport for 9 hours. I accepted a rebook for the following day, fortunately I was able to stay with my friend again in New York, but if I didn’t have him as a resource it would have been much more upsetting.
Great experience for my first time on Spirit. Wey clean plane, great staff, very smooth. Gave food and entertainment “poor” simply because there was no option for NA….i did not get food nor did I order WiFi….so not a fair assessment but neither would giving top marks without experiencing. Overall, great experience.
Everything was fine. I'm average height and I pack light. I'm ready for my Spirit flight.
After 2 hrs the flight was canceled. The next flight wasn’t until 4 days away! They wouldn’t book us with other airlines. We ended up driving 15 hrs to get home
The flight was on time, boarding was efficient, staff was nice. Seats seem to have been upgraded on this model and were clean and tidy. I did not purchase in flight snacks.
The seat belt was lengthy enough that I did not need an extender. Courteous and helpful flight attendants.
