Cons: "It was a short 2.5 hr flight. Jet blue provided packaged snacks and a soft drink at no additional charge. Other airlines charge for everything. A carry on and a handbag were also allowed which others don't. The seats are leather and have more room. Seems Jet Blue is the last one of those traditional airlines giving more for your money. Thank you Jet Blue ! I am sold."

We were there before the departure time but the staff gave us a hard time saying they were going to lock the doors on us. It wasn't until the flight crew ran up behind us that they finally didn't have an attitude and said we were fine. Online entertainment didn't work, no shows, the map doesn't have a time or useful info. My row was skipped by the crew for snacks. The guy came from behind first, which I didn't see and then one the way back, he didn't even look at my row or the row in front of me."

Cons: "First off the TSA line was changed right in the middle of waiting in it. They combined two lines into one giant line, putting the other line in front of my line. I know part of this is TSA, but JetBlue has some pull/say in how their terminal works. This doubled my TSA wait time resulting in a 1hr 15 min wait for security. Second, the flight was 20 minutes delayed. Not the best JetBlue day."

This was NOT a last minute delay. This was the second Sun country flight in a row that was late. The first was a ramp gate hold for weather at the destination. Not sure why this one was late."

The staff not pleasant, as in zero smiling, no welcoming on board and they were short with other passengers. It’s unbelievable that snacks are extra when every other airline offers complimentary peanuts/pretzels/cookies. I had to spend $30 extra for my fiancée to sit next to each other, even though we purchased tickets together. As a Minnesota born resident, who now lives out east, this was such a disappointment. I will not fly with again."

Attendants were very nice when I wanted more than 1 cup of coffee. Boarding let you sit right there before you got on the flight / seats were right next to the gate. Also booked totally last minute and had a window on first leg, and an aisle on second."
Cons: "The flight was delayed because of SC operational impotence and I was missing my connection. SC said they will refund the fare but refused to compensate $200 in fare difference on an alternative flight. I could not afford the alternative ticket and missed my appointment that I have scheduled 3 months in advance. SC customer service manager named Cole enjoyed torturing me on the phone for 30 min saying he was not going to approve the difference in fares blaming on weather. While an agent at the gate indicated the delay had nothing to do with the weather!!! Most horrific experience ever! And I fly all the time"

Cons: "the flight was delayed so the boarding that was to start at 8:15 started at 9:00. We were all called to board within a few minutes, only to hurry up and wait in another line outside the plane for like 10-15 minutes before the crew actually let us board. The plane left the gate and then sat on the tarmac in another line where over 30 plus planes were also waiting to take off. WE SAT THERE ON THE TARMAC FOR OVER 2 HOURS. Not that Sun Country was at fault, but we should have never been able to board, knowing that the airport was that backed up. JFK is notorious for doing this to customers."

Instead of delaying it all at once, they pushed it back gradually, a total of 7 or so times, until 16 hours later we finally took off. On top of that, they blamed the weather, yet flights were taking off and landing all around us. The fault was clearly with our particualr aircraft or Sun Country management - or both. As compensation, we received a $200 voicher to fly with Sun Country again. I will likely not even use it."

I relayed this experience to the check-in guy at the airport where I had to be in line for a few minutes, and he apologized for my experience and asked if I wanted a seat more at the front of than what was designated for me. I appreciated that offer."

Cons: "1. I booked my parent's seat through Kayak, for 2 person, same flight, same time but their seats were apart and they had to seat separately 2. My dad asked the crew to put their seat next to each other at check-in but the crew ignored 3. My dad took a seat as given, then flight attendant came and told my dad that he had to move to another, more uncomfortable seat because there is someone on wheelchair has to take my dad's seat! In that case, don't they have to save a seat for wheelchair person in advance? Without asking properly, they just said my dad has to move. Very rude and poor customer service!"

I went into the flight nervous it was going to be an issue. Fortunately it want but the added areas was unfortunate."

The AA system was down in Charlotte which effected everything. The attendant at the gate was very, very short with several passengers. There was not enough AA ground crew at our destination to allow us to embark. They couldn’t move the jetway and unload bags at the same time so we just had to sit there for 30 minutes. At 12:30am."

Cons: "American isn’t my preferred airline for obvious reasons (delays, notoriously bad service, old planes, and a lack of amenities like WiFi and tv’s), but now I’ll never spend my money with them again. They took me off an already delayed flight after I’d already boarded to examine my smart bag. I know that lithium batteries can’t be taken in the underbelly of the plane and I knew my bag would likely be checked at the gate (why I removed the battery and left it at home in the first place). When they asked me if I had a lithium battery in my bag I said “no.” They then gate checked the bag and allowed me on the plane. After everyone had been boarded (half an hour after we’d been scheduled to take off) they then called my name out on the speaker. I had to then de-board the plane and re-explain to staff that there was no lithium battery in my bag. The staff didn’t believe me citing the infallible logic: “there are ports so there’s a battery.” I told them again and again that the battery had been removed and the charging ports—while there—were inert as they weren’t attached to the battery. STILL, I had to remove all of my clothes from the bag, and open every single compartment (of which there were many) for them to allow me to get back onto the plane. They were telling me that they might have to “rebook the flight” if my bag couldn’t get on. I don’t think I need to explain how agitated/terrified that made me."

Pros: "The flight itself was about as average as any other flight. At least all our luggage made it from the incoming flight from Key West to join us in Charlotte. That was our final destination but most of the passengers were making additional connections."
Cons: "The boarding went like the plane was ready to leave on time, except it didn't. There was a delay because the flight crew came from another arriving flight, so they had to go through the full pre-flight checklist. Then there was a "minor maintenance issue" that couldn't be fixed right away because it was "shift change" for the maintenance crews. Eventually they arrived and fixed whatever, while everyone was getting texts and alerts that kept delaying the departure by 15-minute intervals. Over an hour (while sitting in a warm plane) after the original scheduled departure, we left the gate, sat on the taxiway a while, then took off. Cabin crew only had cookies and drinks, no other snacks or food. All anyone got was an apology for the extended delay."

Cons: "In 2 weeks, my husband and I had 4 flights with American and none of them went as planned. We endured flight cancellation, incomplete rebooking with another airline, rude customer service agents, multiple flight delays as well as multiple day lost luggage. Finally, it cost $2K more to get to my destination. Obviously not flying American again."

Cons: "AA is now trying to save money (presumably) by doing like Delta: forcing half of us to connect in Charlotte. Unfortunately, the Charlotte airport is not ready to accommodate so many people. The airport looks like it is being renovated, which is fine, but there is no tape/cones to mark off the renovated areas from the walkways. You literally walk through dirt and construction sites. I didn't even think that was legal in the US?! Anyway, maybe it will be worth it once the renovations are complete, especially if AA is going to use it as a hub."

Cons: "We were forced to check our Uppababy Vista stroller at EWR departures that we hoped to check at the gate. Needless to say this made it difficult to get our toddler through security. At baggage claim only half our stroller was there - they had disconnected the seat from the wheels. Luckily we spotted what looked like a similar frame to ours at the gate when we landed. It then took another forty minutes for the baggage claim office person to go through security, to the arrival gate and back to baggage claim."

Cons: "Flight delayed but the airline "autorouted" off my flight without informing me. I ran across the airport in Charlotte with my 2 small kids to find my original flight still there and I was kicked off of it. Irate and beyond bothered I got nothing but I'm sorry and you can get another flight in over an hour. So my small children and I will not arrive beyond dinner and bedtime. Unacceptable."

It was almost always and grunt and what do you want? The personal device entertainment was very buggy. the movie I tried to watch kept skipping, like on old scratched CD."

I don't know what was going on but we were trapped there and it caused me to miss my flight. There were no other flight out and I ended up having to book an entirely new ticket. I believe that LGA or American Airlines should refund my expenses, because otherwise it makes me not want to ever go through either again."

Got to the airport & our seats were split up by desk clerk & she didn't even inform us of seat assignment change. She also put 2 of us in the Exit row without informing us. Did not know we were assigned to Exit row until we boarded. Our overhead bins were full with other passengers carryons. This should not be. Why can't passengers use their own overhead bins. Stewardess would not help us, she said find a spot up front, if not you'll have to check carryons. Terrible."

There were no plugs for computers in the back of the plane and I got stuck between a fat person to my left and a fat person in front of me who leaned their seat back as far as possible. It was hideous."

Cons: "The temperature in the cabin was way too cold and the excuse of a blanket is really insulting to be warm enough to sleep. The video screen was tiny and grainy. Every time the PA system was used it buzzed so whatever was being said wasn't comprehend-able. The biggest complaint was the seating room. I understand that you want to get people into more legroom seats but honestly there should be a regulation for the inhumane way you treated those of us that did not ante up more! I thought I alone have these opinions but once you get me back home, you loose my business forever. I will take my Transatlantic flights every six weeks elsewhere."

I told him that wasn't true. He would not look at me and repeated to go down the jet way or I would miss the flight. Meanwhile more passengers were running for the gate. The message board message displayed "preboarding". I was sitting in the gate area for 40 minutes."

One blanket wasn't cleaned well enough."

In spite of the 4 hour wait they didn't even bother serving food or made any announcement to handle passenger anxiety and concerns. Delays are sometimes unavoidable and I have had experiences in the past but none that was handled this unprofessionally"
