Pros: The entertainment system was good.

Cons: We have a 4 month old and we were the first ones to check in but all bassinet seats were booked. No one was even using them for bassinets. Not sure if they paid extra for those seats to have leg room but we had to hold the baby for 15 hours. They couldn’t do anything for us.

Pros: The crew was very professional and the flight was on time

Cons: The check in counter opened at 6am but my flight was at 7:30am. So it was very rush. Hope they can start check in earlier.

Cons: FA’s distributed food but never came back. Also didn’t collect used containers until flight was in decent stage. They were generally unavailable unless you rang the FA button(which I never do)

Cons: The food was really bad, with no good choices. And the staff were not friendly - most didn't speak English, but that wasn't a big deal for us

Cons: The plane was not the same plane I booked travel on. They changed it, so if it’s the 777 then it is basically widebody short haul seating in business, with a lay flat price! The seats are old and don’t work well. This has been an issue on all the flights I’ve taken between Tokyo and HKG.

Pros: CX759 - Attitude of the flight attendants is very good, it's worthy of appreciation.

Cons: CX650 - I hope that the flight attendant can have a little more smile and patience. Thank you.

Pros: Great and attentive crew. Solid in-flight entertainment. Pilots got us to destination 20 mins early!

Cons: 1) It's pretty standard to offer a small toiletries pack (eg. Eyecover, toothbrush/paste, etc) on long-haul flights for other airlines. 2) Felt ripped off paying $50 for "preferred economy" seats that looked/felt identical to standard economy seats. Should be marketed as just priority boarding.

Pros: I cannot say enough good things especially about the Air New Zealand staff on this flight, they were truly amazing, went above and beyond to help me and others. They were personable & caring! The seat was comfortable and the dinner was the best tasting airline food I have eaten in years. Happy!

Pros: Since I was upgraded to business class for free due to overbooking, there really is nothing I didn’t like! It was a once-in-a-lifetime experience!

Cons: The dual headphone jack at my seat designed for use with the provided headsets outputted only a constant clicking noise on the right channel, so I ended up using my own earbuds.

Pros: The crew was very kind and the staff made sure I had an isle seat as well as an exit row because I am quite tall. The check-in process and support was excellent. I would highly recommend this flight line to anyone needing to travel through China.

Cons: The individual seats did not have any way to charge devices. This made it impossible to do any offline work on my phone for fear that it would run out of charge on the extended flight.

Pros: Missed flight due to incompetence in rechecking bag. Check in kiosks do not work. Whole operation totally understaffed. I did not like anything

Cons: My 2 checked suitcases had tsa locks, both of which were taken off and not returned and I have a couple items missing. Not much you can do about it but very frustrating.

Cons: Allow the passenger to watch the video and listen the audio as long as the entertainment system is on. I was asked to take the ear piece out before landing so I couldn’t hear the audio of the end of the movie.

Cons: I would have liked knowing the seat I upgraded to had solid unmoveable arm rests. Also the exit rows were not boarded first, and since I had no seats in front of me my items were not close at hand bc the overhead storage was already taken.

Pros: Extra legroom (economy x) was well worth it as I had knee surgery the day prior. Ground staff and crew very helpful assisting me as I was on crutches. Excellent service.
