Pros: 👍
Cons: 👍

Pros: Service is good
Cons: If 5 pounds is over to figure it out and go thru and next time will doit Wright

Cons: Everything was great, service was awesome! Thanks to everyone!

Pros: Everything
Cons: Nothing

Pros: The airplane was brand new and the service was very good.
Cons: The ground handling team was very rude and they refused to help me and they acted very aggressive for no reason

Pros: Boarding that’s all.
Cons: Food, crew, entertainment they should upgrade the TV very important it’s very outdated but Istanbul airport is awesome.

Pros: The food was awful. Cold sandwiches all the way. Frozen drinks. No hot drinks at all.
Cons: Change the variety of the food same as other airlines do

Pros: The crew was very helpful even though English is not their first language.
Cons: Maybe the food expections.

Pros: Awesome food. Comfortable seats. Nice crew

Pros: i like the food and movie choices.
Cons: Crew was little bit rude. They didn’t help me to find the spot for my carry on luggage.

Pros: The staff member who checked me in was very friendly
Cons: the inflight staff needs to improve their behaviour in dealing with passengers. Some were quite rude. The aircraft seats were extremely cramped. The food selection was quite poor.

Cons: New aircraft and better management

Cons: The business class seats on Turkish fully recline which is my top criteria. The window seats don't have direct aisle access though. The food was good as always on the flight. The weakest part of their offering is in the entertainment area where the movies are out of date and the TV series haphazard.

Pros: Everything

Pros: Excellent service. Very tasty food.
Cons: Too many voice announcements, interfering with the entertainments system.

Pros: Food and service in business class were splendid.
Cons: Absolutely nothing!

Pros: Food on flight was good, captain was good pilot
Cons: Flight from NY to Thessaloniki had a medical emergency. Plane was diverted to Manchester Airport in England to help patient on flight. This caused over 3.5 hour late arrival into Istanbul. This caused me to miss onnnection flight. There was very poor information or guidance by staff once we arrived into airport. I had to walk long long distances from the gate without assistance. I had requested wheelchair assistance considering I just had spinal cord surgery and In need of assistance. I was forced to stay over night in Istanbul and waited over 12 hours next day in airport for next available flight to Thessaloniki. I missed my brothers wedding night and could not be his best man for wedding from ordeal which was not fair! I also payed a premium price close to 1000k USA dollars for flight I could of booked many tickets with such a long layover and extra expenses buying a visa and food for half the fare I payed. This was not fair especially when a plane is diverted for medical emergency! To top it all off being a medical doctor I loaned and assisted staff with passenger and offered my consultation. services to emergency medical physician whom was called by crew for help and finally which reccomended to divert flight to Manchester to assist the passenger In crisis! Your welcome Turkish Airlbes Kindly Dr Tamir Kharouba MD

Pros: Fare good. Food good. Staff generally pleasant but will not go the extra step to when needed.
Cons: Repeatedly announce overhead during rest time. Asked for help from crew when one of the kids threw up, but they did help. Otherwise, generally good airline

Pros: The food, comfort and wine on Turkish Airlines was wonderful.
Cons: Turkish Airline’s needs to improve their online experience. Please just pay someone to fix it - you don’t have the city of Los Angeles as a option for home address. In case TA’s web developers are reading this, Los Angeles is the city with LAX in it. I guess you don’t have to know every city, but maybe download a complete list of cities and use that? There are lots of open source options and I can help you, if it gets confusing. Or, alternatively, allow users to type their city with a keyboard. Scrolling through every city in the state of California is not easier than typing Los Angeles. Especially when arriving at Los Gatos and thinking “wait... did I miss it?” That’s not the only thing wrong with your website, but start here. Look Turkish airlines is wonderful, I’m just saying that it was hell actually buying a ticket and signing up for your rewards program.

Pros: We loved everything about our flight, plane was so quiet and service was amazing

Pros: Excellent service from ticket agents, cabin stewards, etc.
Cons: Because we were late, my baggage didn't get transferred. I had to ask around to find out who handles Turkish air baggage issues in Tel Aviv. I found out within a out half an hour what would happen -- you had them delivered to where I was staying the next day. It all went smoothly and fortunately I had allowed extra time after I arrived ... no problems. And the people who handled your baggage claims were professional.

Cons: I missed my connection. Which caused me to lose a critical day of work.

Pros: Cleanliness of lavatories throughout the flight. Friendly staff. Great gluten free food.
Cons: Lack of room between rows and the narrowness of aisles

Pros: Everything went smoothly and comfortably. Enjoyed every moment

Cons: Awful service and no one know what’s going on. Connection flight could have waited 10 minutes to accept one passenger. It was not my fault we are delayed.

Cons: Screaming babies

Pros: All the staff was polit

Pros: Perfect.

Cons: We r a family of 5 and we did not seat together this Waht bothers the most of the trip that they couldn't put us together

Pros: All
Cons: All

Pros: Turkish airlines is the only airlines I fly with for many reasons. Their quaility is a lot better than most of the airlines out there. ( I've flown with many) Although it does tend to be a little bit more expensive it's deffinetly worth it in my opinion.
Cons: However, unfortunately I have noticed a decline in their service. The food was not as great as it usually is. I had salmon and it was very dry. With the amount of money given to the flight they could have paid attention to it more. It also happened to be my birthday on the flight and my friend who was flying with me called the airlines to ask if there was anything special that can be done. Happily they said that they did do celebrate birthdays and anniversarys. Sadly though nothing was done. Overall was it horrible I would say no but they are starting to loose quality

Pros: I have to say that I flew with different companies in my life, Turkish surprised me with the extra luggage and the quantity of food ( I am vegan and they gave me 2 yummy vegan meals). Also the sear were more comfortable than I expected
Cons: First of all the staff needs to work on their customers service. The flight was 1 hour and 45 min late and I had another flight to get in Istanbul to get to my final destination. I almost did not make it. The staff never gave us an explanation about what happened at the JFK I flew for 10 hours scared and stressed out. I asked the staff if it was possible at the time of landing to get out with the business class or somehow to get out before everybody else, but they were completely useless. Also in the middle of the flight a woman started feeling very bad. She had an intense migraine because of the high pressure, clearly the woman was not used to fly very often. The poor woman was ill and the entire crew was surrounding her. 7 ppl standing in the way of customers, a male attendant touched my shoulder with his private parts at least 5 times. Also every time they passed by the would hurt my shoulder or my arm with out even apologize. What kind of customer service is this? Forgetting about all the other passengers? Creating a situation of panick just because of how unprofessional they are? You can be the most comfortable or cheapest airline company and add all the luggage and food you want but if your crew doesn't know anything in customer service the customer will fly with a different company next time!

Pros: Ozan was a perfect attendant. Always asked us how we were and helped us when we needed anything.

Pros: It was my first time flying with Turkish airlines. I was surprised that economy class was treated like first class in other airlines. I felt like a queen! The food was just unbelievably good (usually I'm not excited about food on planes). I can't imagine what experience you get in actual first class then. Great job! Please, never change it!
Cons: The boarding starts an hour before departure. It's overkill. But if it makes you do your job the way you do, that's awesome.

Cons: I t would have been much better to have a faster check in process

Pros: Almost everything but the checkin process at JFK with Turkish Air agent speaking poor English and casting doubt that everything is going to be fine with my trip. Instead she was reacting "the rules are changing every day" and didn't not weather I should need visa for my native country (?!) although I have showed I was born in that country (Macedonia) and the holders of US passports (which I am) -- do not need entry visa to that country. Everything else was good or excellent -- especially food and airplane crew.
Cons: The checkin process at JFK with Turkish Air agent at JFK (New York) on May 24 - 2017.

Cons: My bag did not make it to final destination & there was no excuse for it as there was enough time during layover AND I arrived to airport by required time before flight.

Pros: Price, Price, Price
Cons: Keep going KAyak

Pros: Nothing
Cons: I have had flight from New York to Tel Aviv with connection through Istanbul. The flight from JFK got delayed and for unknown reason when arriving to the gate in Istanbul my seat was given to other passengers - though I came to the gate before the boarding was closed. I have never in my life received such a poor service. I was lied/misled/attacked by Turkish airline employees in the gate and in the transfer desk. I would never recommend taking Turkish airlines to anyone

Pros: Food and beverages, both choices and generosity of portions and quality, excellent. Entertainment made long trip very endurable.
Cons: Rediculous chaotic check in at JFK. Standing in line an hour for a 40 minute delayed departure with virtually no communication from staff. As I had connection to make, was very unnerving.

Pros: The crew on the flight were very nice
Cons: As our first flight got delayed, me and 28 other pallengers flying to israel told the airline agents that we would miss our connection flightfrom turkey to israel. The supervisor assured us that we have nothing to worry about, as the second plane would wait as we are many passengers.however when we landed in turkey the connection flight had already left without us. When trying to speak to turkish airline representatives about getting a new flight, they were super UNhelpful, we waited in very long lines and were required so go to a few different parts of the airport to get a new ticket, a process that was not friendly at all and very frustrating. After about 2 hours of waiting on lines, i got a flight that required me to wait 7 hours in the airport and measley voucher for a very small fast food meal. When i asked to be admitted to the lounge (as i waited 7 hours in the airport due to the airlines mistake), they did not agree to grant me access. When i asked to at least get the wifi code from the lounge so i can tell my familly that i am stuck on turkey, this was also rejected. While waiting in the airport, i spoke to many other people on other flights who had been stuck in the airport under very simillar circumstances, some even worse than mine. I also have many friends who have experiences simillar experiences with turkish airlines. If you are looking for a reliable flight, that will get you to your destination on time and will help you out when a problem occurs, Turkish airlines is deffinetelly NOT the flight for you. I personally will never fly with them again after the way i was treated.

Cons: I've flown Turkish Airlines for years, and in the recent months I've noticed the thing I really loved about them- their service, food and beverages, have gone down. The quality and availability isn't what it was 3 or 4 years ago.

Pros: Definitely would recommend Turkish airline Great experience overall

Pros: There's nothing to like when the Federal Aviation administration bans direct flights from US to Istanbul, Turkey
Cons: I hate that KAYAK sells me this package and after collecting their commission the only customer support is to direct me to subcontractors which in turn direct me to the airline which in turn NEVER PICKS THEIR F*CKING PHONES UP!!! BAD BAD BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE #NEVEREVERKAYAK

Pros: They fed you well, great entertainment for 11 hrs (didn't feel like it at all).

Cons: Because of delay they left me to sleep on the airport in Istanbul. I am pregnant and nobody didn't wanted to help me at transfer desk. Last time in my life with Turkish Airlines.

Pros: Amazing service ! Great food! Great amenities ! Very clean!!
Cons: Nothing

Pros: Entertainment on long haul flights is top notch. Selection is incredible just bring your own headphones if you wanna be able to hear anything. Food is the best out of any other carrier. I've seriously been to full service restaurants with less tasty and well prepared foods.
Cons: Seats are hilariously small. I know you're thinking "they're all like that." They're NOTHING like any other airlines. I've flown the following for reference: Lufthansa Air Swiss Delta Air France Air Arabia Saudi Airlines Egypt Air and a couple more I can't think of right now. I'm a very medium sized build and really short (5' 6") and I was so uncomfortable I wanted to (and probably will) cancel my return flight with them. My wife's back is still hurting from that flight. The staff are just plain awful save for 2 flight attendants. Out of 2 flights so far. I was told afterwards that this is commonplace when flying Turkish Airlines. For fairness sake I should mention that both Egypt Air and Saudi Airlines were worse. Whatever money you think you're saving by flying this atrocity you're gonna be spending on fixing your neck and back. Spend the extra and go with Swiss or even Delta. Avoid this rubbish

Pros: Turkish airlines is the best European airline I ever flew on . Great service, very friendly flight attendants , up to date technology with the tv. Great price!!! Turkish impressed me, I heard they were good but didn't expect this good

Pros: Amazing crew, fast boarding.
Cons: Uninspired food. I was served the same meals 30 years ago.

Pros: I really enjoyed the ease of boarding and how smooth the flight went. The airline crew was friendly and the food was great.
Cons: I wish that I was informed ahead of time that SAS GO LITE flights do not include check-in baggage. I ended up paying $109 instead of $60 because I was unaware that the fees change the day of departure. This upset me.

Pros: Crew on EWR to ARN was so-so. They lock restrooms at the back because they don't people hanging around the kitchen in the back. Also, the one cabin crew does not say Excuse Me when he needs to pass- he just touches you and pushes you aside Also, the one cabin crew

Pros: The onboarding process was awesome! The rest was mediocre at best. The cabin was friendly but not helpful. They had weird policies which we have never heard or seen elswhere. The flight had huge screens that won't turn off, it was freezing cold and the crew had no idea how to help.
Cons: More knowledgeable crew and maybe more crew members, as there were too few and the service took more than 2 hours to complete. Never seen that happen on a 7 hour flight.

Pros: Crew was business only.
Cons: More engaged crew. The

Pros: All good.
Cons: Gluten free meal was selected and paid for before the flight, but for some reason the crew didn't have the option available for me once on board. Nevertheless, they tried to be their best. More drink's without extra charge. Follow Lufthansa service and all will be grand.

Pros: Great food, typically on time and very prompt. entertainment was good. It was an older plane so the actual screens and monitors or outdated.
Cons: There were several babies crying for at least 2/3 hours and of course it is not the fault of the crew or airline. But that definitely left a lot of people dissatisfied with an overnight flight in which we are hoping to rest before arriving in Copenhagen. Seats are getting smaller and smaller. Spaces are very tight but that seems to be the norm with all airlines

Cons: Missed connecting flight from Copenhagen to Geneva since flight from Newark left over an hour late.. They booked me on a flight to Zurich and then to Geneva. Had a connection to France booked separately that I had to move.

Pros: Efficient and on-time service.
Cons: Tiny seats that are inappropriate for international travel.

Cons: We had three hour delay due to thunderstorms.

Cons: Upon landing in EWR on United, per my reservation on this site my connection was on SAS to Copenhagen. Upon arrival in EWR, I received an email from this site saying my SAS flight "may be canceled". I immediately headed to the terminal where SAS was and went into the lounge to speak to an agent. The women I spoke to could not have been more rude. She told me my flight was canceled and that she did not have access to any details because that was United's responsibility. I told her that could not be the case because my flight was on SAS so if they canceled the flight, I would like to understand what my options are given that I had a tight window upon arrival into my final destination into Dubrovnik so I could not be too late in landing outside of my original reservation. She told me that I had to talk to United and did not even acknowledge why there was a cancellation or anything other than the SAS flight I was on was cancelled. She barely even helped me to understand where my luggage was which I was very concerned would be lost given the issue with the flight cancellation. As a result of all of this, it turns out I was put onto a United flight that now had MORE connections. I had to now go to Frankfurt to Vienna to Dubrovnik, all with really tight connections AND now I no longer was on the same flight as my friend who I was traveling with. SAS did not help with any of this or care to assist in ANY way. They told me it was out of their hands and I had to talk to United. AWFUL service when SAS had cancelled the flight! I had no choice but to take the re-routed flights. I ended up running to my gates and barely catching all of my connections which made for a very stressful travel experience to start my long awaited vacation. After paying the high cost I did for my flight, I am extremely frustrated with my experience as I ended up having more connections, tight connections, awful customer service and a really stressful trip. This is NOT would I would expect for how much I paid and out of the quality of an airline. I would like to receive some type of compensation for the extreme inconvenience of landing 3+ hours after my original arrival time, being broken up with my friend who I was traveling with, not being given any options for my travel, terrible customer service assistance, and no acknowledgement from SAS to help me in any way.

Pros: On time and clean airline.
Cons: Not helpful with stroller. Wanted us to sign off that they were not responsible for if stroller broke while handling it. Insane. They said it “might “ to big even though they didn’t know what measurements would be too big. We’ve flown for the last 3 years with this stroller but different airlines and never heard of such thing. (Since it’s the smallest city mini double stroller there is and folds flat- super small!) first time we flew SAS all. We didn’t sign anything and gate checked it and all was fine but some incompetent crew at check in. Not very helpful finding seats with all four of us. Put us in different rows. Could work on their customer service for sure.

Pros: Very friendly crew. Complimentary bottles of water. Comfortable blankets.

Cons: We arrived late in Copenhagen and I had 20 minutes to catch my connecting flight. Even though I was checked-in for the Copenhagen to Athens flight it left without me. I was then transferred through Prague to get to Athens and again missed my connecting flight through there. Now I am stuck in Prague looking for a flight to Athens and most likely will miss my next flight from Athens to Karpathos and will again be stuck in Athens because there are no flights out to Karpathos until 19 of May, 3days from now. I was physically in the Copenhagen airport and could have made that flight, I feel that since I was already checked in they should have waited for me and allowed me to board. Now I will Be missing work!

Pros: The crew was great and the food as well
Cons: Boarding chaotic and Newark airport is very inconvenient. No signs to terminal B and the sky train with the compartment system is not very functional. I am tall person and sitting in the middle of the middle row was very inconvenient wilh not enough leg space.

Cons: late. support afterwards was awful.

Pros: Timely & helpful
Cons: Nothing

Cons: The flight from EWR to Oslo was delayed by over 2 hours which meant I would miss my next connection... and I understand that happens sometimes. But, it was after hours on the airline number phone number and the fly.com customer service could not help with finding an alternate connection from Oslo to FRA. It was frustrating to then have to wait at Oslo airport for another 4 hours before the new connecting flight.

Pros: Really appreciated how helpful everyone was, from check-in at Newark to arrival. The entertainment system worked well, too. Aside from the two issues I describe below, SAS seems to be extremely efficient and well-run.
Cons: There was some mix-up - not sure where - but I did requested a vegetarian meal and it wasn't in the system. I'd also requested an aisle seat due to a hip issue and was told I'd have one - but when I went to check in, I'd been put in a center seat in a bulkhead. I was able to change but it was the last row of the plane. We the gate they were able to move me up at the last minute - but this all could've been much easier.

Pros: Again, the flight was fine, and cabin crew was friendly
Cons: When I went to the SAS counter to print my boarding pass, the counter lady couldn't find my information. She left me at the counter and went inside to find out more info. Then when she came out, she started interrogating me forcefully, about why I got United involved with my check in for my first leg of the trip, because I am causing her to have all this extra work and etc. How dare she!!! First of all. I didn't want to involve United, the service counter at SAS was closed the entire time, and the flight on my first leg was operated by United, so i had no choice but to go to United. In fact I should be the one asking why I had to involve United in the first place. Where was SAS when I needed their help and guidance???? Why was their counter closed the entire time??? Such a poorly organized airline, I'll be wary to fly with SAS again.

Pros: Food, staff and video access was excellent.
Cons: The seating was very uncomfortable and cramped!!

Pros: Upgraded to business class
Cons: Flight delayed an hour & half

Pros: Nice TV's. Good selection
Cons: Flight attendants were rude to English speakers.

Cons: I didn't get any veg options for my dinner at all

Pros: I was running late for the flight due to bad traffic en route to the airport. Nonetheless, the staff was very understanding, and called me to the gate once I finally arrived to assign me a seat since I wasn't given one when I checked in online. They upgraded me without my asking... to an economy plus exit row, so I had lots of room during the 8 hour flight to Copenhagen. The plane was new - an Airbus A330 - and the flight crew was friendly and helpful.

Pros: Entire crew very attentive!! We ate like Kings!
Cons: Long layover in Newark! My fault for not noticing when I booked it!

Pros: I chose SAS since I have used this airline on most of my travels to Norway. It has been without any problems and I highly recommend it. The staff all try to make you comfortable and do not hesitate to get whatever you ask for. I have no plan to change plane. Thank you.
Cons: I do not like the way they conduct their business from the office. I know they are very busy like any other airlines but please return our calls and answer questions as we are fully entitled to their attention using their airline. . Thank you.

Pros: Because of bad weather at the Faroe Islands, the aircraft made a missed approach (go-around) on the first attempt to land. The weather had improved sufficiently to make it in on the second attempt. The pilot and the cabin crew were excellent in keeping everyone informed, and telling us the status of the weather and the likelihood of getting in. The pilot was outstanding in his communication with the passengers and the cabin crew were great in re-assuring passengers after the missed approach. The flight crew handled the difficult weather conditions very well.

Pros: Made it safely to destination
Cons: Series of unfortunate events: 1. No air vents in seats. Plane was very warm the entire flight. My husband and I spent 6+ hours sweating in our seats. 2. Dinner was not served until 9:30/10PM. By the time we received our food in the back, it was cold. 3. For guests who wanted to sleep during the red eye, the lights were not turned off until after dinner and cleanup, which meant only 2 or so hours of sleep in dark.

Pros: Great movies. Lcd Screen is awesome
Cons: Somewhat unfriendly crew

Pros: The airline is very professional and the crew were very courteous.
Cons: During my layover, the airline did not post the gate for my flight to Athens until an hour before, which caused me to have to run across the terminal to another set of gates.

Cons: The flight arrived an hour late.

Pros: I was able to sleep most of the flight.
Cons: Plane left Newark an hour late and I missed my connecting flight in Oslo. Once I did get on a flight from Oslo to Copenhagen, there was no room for my carry on luggage. The stewardess took it and said it would be put in cargo, but now they can't find it! Two bad experiences with SAS in a row. Don't want to use them again.

Pros: I felt valued. The plane was clean and in good condition. The flight crew and attendants were very professional and took good care of the passengers. It was a quiet and stress-free travel experience.
Cons: Can't think of a single thing.

Pros: Very good service with excellent entertainment. Nice smooth flight. An excellent value.
Cons: Passport control in Copenhagen is too slow to allow for a 35 minute layover. We missed our flight to Stuttgart and had to go to the transfers counter. The service at the transfers counter was outstanding and they put us onto a Lufhansa flight. In the end we got to Stuttgart 5 hours later than planned.

Cons: 1) on the plane, they announced a choice of two meals and I enquired why did I get one without choice and they told me the second choice was an option only for 'economy plus' !! That was a rude situation....I felt cheated and then insulted . 2) CPH - Nice : The breakfast or the included orange drink gave me an upset stomach and bad case of Hemorroides. 3) I accepted a glass of tomatoe juice and when I asked for a coke with my lunch , the stewardess said I had only right to one drink and would have to pay the rest....really ? - wine used to be free and now a glass costs $4...really ?? 4) I arrived at CPH airport for my transfer .. the flight was yet not on the screen but no one gave any instruction and no officials of any kind were around to enquire....a cleaning crew finally directed me correctly. 5) the security line in New York to board was ridiculously long...someone shouted to take off our smelly shoes...really ?? 6) most were directed to the right with four snaking unending lines to one security check . From time to time others were directly directed ed to the left where there was no line and option of two security checks. Half way through my wait , most were directed to the left and all who were 'late', were let out first to their gate. The whole experience before, on the plane and after was not worth the money...least of all a pleasant one.

Pros: Even though I did not get the seat I paid extra for, it was a great flight.

Pros: The flight from Newark to Stockholm was late, so I was late for the flight to Vilnius, had to recheck-in and wait for 6 hours.

Pros: We got to sit in the emergency aisle so I can't complain about comfort. The staff was really friendly (although they were really rude on the way over 10 days earlier, so I guess we just got lucky with a nice crew for this one).
Cons: You only get one free non-alcoholic drink on this flight and that's really stingy for a 7+ hour a long haul. Drinks should be free on a long haul, especially non-alcoholic ones. There aren't any free small snacks like chips or peanuts. You have to pay for everything and the menu is exorbitantly over priced. It's a cheap and insulting customer strategy. They can save a few bucks in overhead on each customer this way, but they are losing money in the long run because I'll never book with them again due to their tawdry actions. I doubt I am alone.

Pros: The food, the comfortable seats, boarding.
Cons: The entertainment options, very few movies, limited kinds of music

Pros: The thoughtfulness and competency of the personnel. I needed wheelchair assistance and found that every was very attentive to my needs and very competent, especially the ones assigned to get me from place to place. Even in Rome, where we had to deplane on the tarmac, I had a young woman and a young man to assist me and they helped me in every way possible.
Cons: I needed a gluten free meal and found it rather dry and unappetizing.

Pros: Easy boarding
Cons: No food option, Drinks are not free(international flight), no toilet paper

Pros: The food and movies were good.
Cons: Didn't have enough money to sit in a seat with leg room.

Pros: Passengers nice
Cons: Food options not everyone eats chicken

Pros: No delays, early landing which made my 50 minute layover seamless.
Cons: I have no complaints

Pros: Amazing service.

Pros: We were within a reasonable range of on time arriving, although we were delayed 30 minutes at the start due to fueling issues. Crew was average: no problems, no extraordinary acts of kindness. Great selection of movies to watch onboard.
Cons: Tight seats, lousy food, even for airplane food.

Pros: Flight is on time. Adequate amount of time to transfer. Boarding was smooth. On line check in site was simple and user friendly.
Cons: Few selections of movies, and some have no subtitles. In order to select sests, I had to call.

Pros: Really pleasant flight. Excellent pilot, good crew.
Cons: Nothing! This was one of my best flights ever.

Pros: Excellent communication through email the few days before departures eg confirmation of flight, gate numbers ect. It was my first time with Kayak and will definitely not be my last.
Cons: nothing !
