Cons: "The airline "randomly" selected me for extra security. Even though I have TSA pre-check I was jostled around, sent to multiple security lines without any reasoning and the local Chicago TSA and airport staff didn't seem to know what to do. Once it was figured out I was subjected to what was essentially a cavity search. Again I HAVE TSA-pre-check but apparently that means nothing if an airline flags you. It was an extremely upsetting experience but you were in a situation of either agree to the invasive search or get stranded over 1000 miles from home. I will NEVER fly Iberia again after a cancelled flight and being stranded in the wrong country on the way to my vacation and the horrible security experience on the way back. I seriously may never go to Chicago either after seeing the complete lack of organization and traumatizing personal invasion. I fly a lot for work and have never had such a horrible experience. I would really like to know how many terrorists are caught with these invasive searches and would love to know the justification for sticking your hands inside someone's pants and grabbing their privates after they have already gone through a metal detector AND the body scanner. Especially for someone who has already passed a federal background check to obtain pre-check status. Absolutely ridiculous."

Crew tried to reset it multiple times, but it didn't help. So flight was longer due to delay and I was looking at the BLACK SCREEN entire time. 3) I attempted to read my book. Since it was a night flight and overhead lights were off to prevent disturbance, I needed to use reading light. Well, the reading light was not working. I called a flight attendant to assist me. She tried to help me, but confirmed that it was out of order. 4) There was not information regarding terminal for my connecting flight. Captain kindly referred us to look up this information on our individual screens. Mine was not working, neither was the screen of the passengers next to me. Not helpful at all."

Cons: "Without any explanation...American Airlines cancelled my reservation! I needed to be sent back to poor quality hotel for a night and take a different flight out the next morning. American Airlines was supposed to provide transportation back and forth from the hotel however a car never showed up at the hotel to pick us up and I needed to get my own taxi at the last minute (American did however reimburse me for the taxi fare at the airport). I never received an explanation as to why my reservation was cancelled and was never offered any type of compensation for such a major inconvenience. They dd ultimately waive my 25 bag fee but it wasn't very easy to even get that from them. I felt that they should have been more empathetic towards my inconvenience and offered me any type of compensation to make up for such a horrible experience. When I asked about possibly being upgraded to first class they told me absolutely not! A little graciousness can go a long way, American Airlines showed that they could not care less about my inconvenience (other than Rodrigo at the counter the next morning who actually showed he was truly sorry for the situation and at least ended up moving me to a row with more legroom). Other than this, I was extremely disappointed with this experience and how it was handled."

United deliberately wasted my time and never fulfilled their obligations to get me to my destination. (Additionally, wifi and entertainment was not functional the entire 11 hour flight)"

My connecting flight in Chicago was way too tight because of a LONG delay waiting to unboard. Had to run, yes run through ORD to get to terminal 2 from 1 within minutes to catch my flight. It was too stressfu and expensive."

She died a hour before I got there. And now I'm fighting with them for a refund."

Pros: "Boarding went fairly quick and the flight was a quick one. Friendly and efficient staff!"
Cons: "This plane was even smaller than the previous one, it's hard to fly in comfort when you're over 6'."

Cons: "The check in/bag drop process is terrible. Took 45 min. No explanation. No help."

Cons: "First time on Frontier, not a bad experience even though some of the comforts are not there. But the price is good if you need no frills"

Cons: "Great flight, boarding in Newark on Saturday, a nightmare getting through long security line."

Cons: "Most uncomfortable seats I’ve experienced. Booo Frontier. Additionally no one from Frontier present an hour before boarding 2/3 of flight were waiting in line. Unless flight an hour or less - No frontier for me - seats were torture."

Pros: "Nothing. Maybe the leg room."
Cons: "Everything. Delayed due to frontier poor logistics. Bad updates by staff (ie none), rude gate attendants and rude flight attendants throughout. We did make it an hour late and bags arrived but this felt like a banana republic airline."

Cons: "Out of the four frontier flights I’ve taken in the past six months each one has been delayed for some reason. First one was over an hour late and caused a majority to miss connecting flights. Today’s experience was not a whole lot different. First leg of the trip was behind schedule, second was delayed at the terminal for the “cleaning” of the aircraft. I will walk to my destination before ever flying with frontier again"

Cons: "Everything that could go wrong, seemed to go wrong- except for no crash, and I am thankful for that."

Pros: "Arrived 1/2 hr early"
Cons: "TSA backed up 45 min"

Cons: "My first time flying with Frontier. It is definitely a no frills airline - and with every little thing that they charge you for, it was no deal! I didn't end up with any kind of deal at all. I could have flown with a much nicer airline, and just quickly dropped off my bag outside (without waiting in a very long line, just to drop off a bag - even though I was completely checked in) I would have been given some free drinks and snacks, and watched a movie etc . . . For what I ended up paying to fly with a no frills airline, like Frontier."

Pros: "Overall I liked the price. Never had any problems with Feontier before so that is why I booked it."
Cons: "Leaving Denver it was confusing when boarding because the boarding agent was talking on the loud speaker and was saying that it was going to be a fast turnaround and some other stuff but more like rambling something about we were going to be late to Dallas. We wound up being right on time when we landed in Dallas. Wasn't really sure the purpose of the confusion."

Pros: "I liked how quick and easy it was to check in and board"
Cons: "Terrible seats, you have to pay an extra fee for EVERYTHING with this ariline!!! Not even the little screen to tell you how much longer until your destination."

Cons: "No available gate on arrival to Cincinnati."

Cons: "Small seats! The luggage prices are absurd."

Cons: "My flight was delayed 8 times. I missed a whole day of work and had to pay for another night in the hotel because of their delay. This is the second time in a row this has happened with this airline. Horrible."

Pros: "The baggage claim girl in Atlanta was Wonderful she was very pleasant to me and my boyfriend and expressed a genuine concern about my unfortunate circumstance. Mariah (Frontire baggage claim girl) did everything she could to make sure I got my Bag back and called as soon as it arrived Thanks Mariah !!!!"
Cons: "They lost my bags I was flying to Atlanta from Phoenix and my bag ended up in St Louis ... i would assume that if your going to make me pay for my checked bag it would atleast make it to the correct destination. The crew wasn't as pleasant and friendly as I'd like them to be but did there jobs (I guess) then we had to sit and wait for a gate .... the only reason why a gate finally opened up was because people started asking for snacks. Overall there was nothing special about this flight I was upset that I didn't have my luggage from the beggening of my trip but the day before I left my bag was recovered . The ticket was inexpensive but I'm not sure if it was worth the hasstle Then I had to pay for my bags coming back as well. Suggestion maybe have a 50% voucher ad a courtesy from sending a bag to the wrong destination."

Pros: "Friendliness of crew. Captains' explanation (on the return leg of our flight) of why it took sooo long to know why our flight was repeatedly delayed. Extra leg room seats for purchase."
Cons: "Having to purchase my seat, paying to have a carry on and for EVERYTHING else- a la carte style!"

Pros: "I'll give a thumbs up to a pleasant crew each flight, however, tho both flights were nonstop, both were very late to leave and tho the pilot said he'd make up time going east, that didn't happen and no apologies/explanations. To exacerbate the length of time traveling, both flights baggage retrieval were an hour. Add to that the really ridiculous hour long wait on the runway after landing because a gate wasn't available! Overall Frontier is pretty bad-they obviously do not employ enough people nor implement plans for staying on time or at least working to minimize delays due to weather issues. I have always left late on frontier but succumbed for the last time for a cheaper priced nonstop; it was definitely not worth it. To be clear about judging the length of time: flight out was scheduled to leave 1030 mountain and arrive 400 eastern. It was 630 eastern before we had our bags. Return flight was scheduled 500 eastern departure and 600 arrival mountain. It was 1000 mountain by the time we got our bags. One last comment-there were hundreds of unclaimed bags surrounding the frontier carousel...wonder where they were actually supposed to be???"

Cons: "Everything it sucked. Heard they had 20 pilots walk off the job today. Flights cancelled people really upset. What the F... is management doing and at Christmas time too. So many disappointments!!"

Pros: "These were not good flights."
Cons: "They delayed our flights 3x then cancelled them. Then they couldn't rebook us for 4 days put. They made no offer to reroute, or work with another airline or offer hotel vouchers. HORRIBLE TREATMENT."

Cons: "Sitting on the runway for an hour before take off thus delaying out "on time" status but an hour"

Cons: "The price was good, before you realized the price was a lie and they scam you by charging $45 to carry on or $40 to check a bag! That meant the overhead space was unused and they were just charging more just to be inconvenient. The plane was stripped barebones. The crew were rude, did not smile, and gave me attitude for hitting my elbow with the drink cart. They charge for even getting a soft drink. Nothing about the experience said "we're serving you." It's worse flying a more expensive airline because the rediculous bag fees make it just as expensive and even things that should be free like pleasant staff were lacking."

Cons: "The thing i didn't like it, it's they don't give anything on the fly, if you want water or a Coca Cola they charge you. They don't give you nothing. At least put some fee water. And the other thing it's they charge you for any bag that you take whit you. Come on guys, at least give one whit the passenger. Don't be so cheap."

Pros: "Crew is always fairly competent and this crew seemed professional, quick, and courteous."

Cons: "I didnt like that you had to pay for everything and that they were really trying to shove the credit card down your throat"

Cons: "Flight was delayed over 2 hours. Was forced to pay for an upgraded seat, even though I had already checked in. I will not fly with frontier airlines again. Customer service was neither friendly or helpful with answering any of the questions regarding the flight delays."

Cons: "The sit was very uncomfortable, no reclining chair at all. No drinks, could not have a free middle bag carry on, the stuff at the bording were so rude. I felt like bording a restrict bus with unhappy crew!!"

Pros: "All processes were smooth. This was my first Frontier flight in years, so I was a bit surprised at having to pay for coffee, but so be it."
