I explained how my holiday would be starting pretty much as soon as I got off the flight and I wouldn’t have time to wait for a bag to come off the flight. He then replied how that wasn’t his problem. I said I would put the bag under my seat and he said if he saw it under my seat he would take it. He didn’t help me try to find room or do anything helpful at all. I took my bag and found plenty of space to store it. I was very displeased and shocked how I was treated. Also the Dunkin’ Donuts coffee was undrinkable. No where near what actual Dunkin’ coffee taste like. I also didn’t like that they tried to charge me money for the headphones."

Cons: "I had a late evening flight and my neighbors chatted very loudly the entire flight. The gentleman’s seat was one row ahead but decided since there was an empty seat in our row he would sit with his girlfriend. The couple smelled of alcohol, not sure if they were served with more than one alcoholic beverage but it made the flight very uncomfortable. Even with my earphones on at a higher level I could still hear them."

I lost a couple of hours that I could have been working. * One of the flight attendants was actually rather rude. Without any warning, she waved her hand in front of my face to get my attention during beverage service. I could understand this, maybe, if I had not responded to a question (I was typing on my computer), but she hadn't even tried to ask me what I wanted, she just went for this very abrupt and aggressive attention-getting technique. She startled me, and I told her she had. She did not apologize."

I booked a full fair, business class ticket for international flight, and I can tell you, Jet Blue had no business in this itinerary!!!! I completely understand the value of Jet Blue as a cost conscious airline, but on the flights I was on, they only had ONE CLASS OF TICKET! They may tell you differently, but after being on international flights for over 10 hours, I was stuck in a middle seat! And it took me a lot of talking to even get them to admit i deserved anything other than the last row in the plane."

Wasted money on my hotel room and activities I had paid for for the first day. Even though I had spoken extensively to the lady helping me about my luggage, it took my bag 5 days to get to me. So instead of enjoying my vacation I was having to spend time in the mall in a foreign country trying to find clothes for each occasion. It also cost a lot of money to repurchase all of these items. I will never support this airline again."

Now my only complaint regarding the small airplane from MTY to NYC is that the entertainment is provided via a mobile device, yet there's no ports for charging it, and there's no way a device will last that long, which made the whole excercise totally useless."

I also found it very rude that I asked a crew member for a pillow and he said they didn't have any without even checking. Which I don't believe. Overall it was an awful experience and I will never fly Aeromexico again. I am going to tell all my friends and family to never fly this airline."

Pros: "I got a seat by the emergency exit "for free" otherwise i had to pay extra for my seat. We pay a lot of money to fly,and i feel airlines nowadays give you less,and demand more money from us.its ridiculous..if i pay for my plane ticket,i shouldn't pay extra for a freaking seat."
Pros: "When I called spirit on the phone they told me that I could take up a small suit case and they gave me the diemention so I talk 2 small suitcases When u got to the airport they told me that each suitcase will cost me $50.00 So told the staff I could have brought 1 suitcase and payed only 1 time $50.00 they said that they can't help me By paying all thease xtra charges and paying for snacks and drinks it does not pay to fly with them rather take any airline for a couple off dollars more and fly like a normal person with out all these extras"

Cons: "The lga terminal is terrible, a.c was extremely poor, not enough seating, food options are terrible, and communication from the actual gate was worse. It's tucked away in the corner and there wasn't enough seating so I had to sit in another section therefore I could never hear any announcements, even though I gather there weren't many made even with an hour plus delay. Also, I am 6 months pregnant and travel quit a bit for work. It amazes me how flight attendants do not offer to assist with putting up my luggage. I never willingly chose spirit as my airline, I will do anything in my power to fly another but it just so happens this week was drastically cheaper so I had to select your airline and I am definitely not willing to do so again"

The woman behind me was choking and they wouldn't give her a glass of water, but they would sell her one. Her daughter in a different section of the plane had to pay for water since her mother didn't have a credit card."

Disorganized gate, disorganized check in, we left 5 hours late and then we were told the staff needed to be changed for this domestic flight, they did not have a sticker on the plane registered so they had to fill out paperwork for an hour after we were delayed and sitting on the plane, there were only two hosts working the beverage service and they only came around one time until the end of the flight to collect trash. It was very crammed and I would never take a Spirit flight again!"

Cons: "I understand if the flight is cancelled due to weather conditions, but we were able to get on another flight at the exact same time to the exact same destination, just through another airline. In addition, prior to my cancelled flight I barely received any emails letting me know of the status change and received NO phone text message. Spirit should text every person if a flight is cancelled. Lastly, it has now been 6 full days and no one has reached out about my refund. I requested it at the airport but have not received anything in the mail or via phone call. Disappointing customer service and horrible management."

Never did I have to pay on any other airlines!!! So those are three main things spirit airlines should work on quickly!!!!!"
