Cons: "Flight attendant Christina (New York crew) did not like that I changed my mind about voluntarily checking my suitcase as there was plenty of room in the overhead compartment when I boarded. She said that the only reason I found room was because, by volunteering to check my bag, I was allowed early boarding. I corrected her by telling her that, no, I boarded early because I paid US$45 for an Extra Space seat. She made a face gesture and rolled her eyes. Very childish and unprofessional. She also seemed to have trouble reading the instructions clearly."

Pros: "Just two members of the crew in my entire trip were very responsive and attentive with people during the flight Angel and Roberto."
Cons: "Aside Angel and Roberto from the crew, everything else was a disaster with this flight to New York and specifically with JetBlue. Always on delays with every single flight that I had take before, crew personal with a bad attitude and a non effective communication with other passangers. We even lost our first flight returning to our destination because of a misunderstanding with a passanger and one crew member, they made all the passanger to get out of the airplane, after being inside for an hour, then they told us that we lost the flight and they will accommodate us in other flights. We were left there without no hotels, and returning flights with absurd hours of flight and stop, instead of one as before direct to our destination. They report the incident as if it was a weather issue and JetBlue didn’t gave accommodation to all the passanger because of the supposedly reason of weather conditions, and in that manner they don’t provide hotels. By phone I changed my flight to next day and a direct flight back home, but at the counter at the airport they were very mean and with no ways to attend passangers."

Cons: "Flight was crowded. Some senior citizens were making "funny" jokes about the wing that was repaired. These jokes were not only not funny, they were making them at the top of their lungs as if they shouting to someone miles away. There were some passengers travelling with pre-teen children also speaking so loudly, it was more like shouting."
Cons: "Almost all JetBlue employees I encountered were rude - yes I know they were frustrated with flight delays because of system failure, but at least y’all are paid. The terminal was dirty, crowded, and everything was shutting down even though people we still looking for food, beverages, Etc (so passengers make sure you are fed / prepared if you’re flying late out of Newark). There was miscommunication from almost every step and even on the play, delays were not conveyed. I’ll definitely avoid booking this flight with the airline & airport moving forward."

I get pretty motion sick on flights, especially on an empty stomach, so the snacks and meals at mealtimes have always made this my favorite airline. There was none of that this time around. It feels like JetBlue is letting itself turn into just another commercial airline - over priced flights and amenities for overrated service and a lack of care for the consumer. Not to mention we were late"

The boarding crew in the terminal was rude and very short with everyone. i had to go up multiple times to ask about my seating assignment and was ignored and then waved away multiple times. And then as boarding began I was given a seat saying they "thought i was on standby" but i never was. i was given a seat in the last row with two other people who had infants on their laps so it was a very tight fit."

Cons: "I didn't like that because I was in Class D, I boarded the plane after many people and there was zero space for my carry on- which contains medical equipment, and I was forced to put it below. The overhead compartments are teeny tiny, and when other people shove all their bags in there, there's no room for other people's single carry ons."

Cons: "The flight was delayed, boarding was slow, you could not here the representative over the loudspeaker. Chairs were tight, very little room. They did not even give anything complimentary for the delay."
Cons: "The delays is just a hassle due that I am sick person. On August 5th my flight was suppose to leave at 2:30 am didn't leave until 6:41 am that's 4 hours and ten minutes waiting in a wheel chair with no food to eat. August 19th the same situation suppose to leave at 10:45 pm didn't leave until 1 am. The crew members were terrific them trying to keep us calm."

The best was the timeliness from JFK to SJU, and the comfortless of the Business Class seats. The worse is their poor choices of meals and beverages (Plate of Quinoa or a plate of Charcuterie). The should put more attention to those details, maybe even give something more generic that most people will love.

Cons: "The charging for checked luggage has created a situation that was unfair for all travellers and ultimately made the plane’s departure late. This policy drives people to bring too much luggage into the cabin, putting at risk the safety of others and delays."

I tapped her elbow to show that I had trash, she looked at me but didn’t take it. She returned and still refused until I exclaimed. She rolled her eyes."

Cons: "Everything. No instructions, no pens or pencils, ignorant staff. Got to Cancun and waited 2 hours with no directions to just go they immagration. The forms were in Spanish and the staff could not translate. I’ll never fly Delta again."

We were stuck behind 14 other planes in line to take off and I understand delays happen but the AC wasn't working for some reason and it was extremely hot. The passengers were all super uncomfortable. I wish if they knew we were going to be delayed that they would let us just wait at the gate vs. suffer in the sauna plane."

Cons: "I purchased a first class ticket in hopes that I would have a lot more comfort during the flight. It took me quite some time to get comfortable. The seat was ok, but I found the pillows to be very small and flat. I needed multiple pillows. The head rest was not adjustable, so I also found this to be uncomfortable. Usually when I fly AA, the headrest is adjustable. My final dislike was that the beverage selection was limited. I'm quite sure there was plenty of alcohol, but what about those customers who do not drink alcoholic beverages? I asked for hot chocolate, there was none. I asked for hot tea with honey, there wasn't any. So all in all my flight was okay, but that is solely because of the flight attendant and pilot. They did their jobs and they did an excellent job."
Cons: "Most everything was excellent, however my 2 year old daughter's in seat entertainment screen wasn't working. It was a full flight and there was no option to change seats. I brought it to the flight attendants attention however she wasn't able to reset it. A 7-hour flight from NY to Zurich travelling with small children without the movies was not as pleasant as it could have been."

He alerted the driver, called the boarding gate and led me to it."

I was never able to get the WiFi to work. There were no power outlets, and we were never offered headphones, eye masks or ear plugs. I expected more from American since our 2hr flight from Orlando to JFK had working WiFi, power outlets and in-seat video monitors."

One worker seemed interested in helping, but another rudely butted in and said there "were no seats together, the flight was full." Come to find out the flight was not full, there were whole rows not full. The groups near our seats rearranged ourselves so we could be by our family members, so it worked out. No thanks to the person at the terminal. Really long walk from the gate to the plane. No food on a cross country flight. Only a few cups of water/soda and a cookie. which unfortunately is typical now days. The lights were off the whole trip. The captain kept turning on the seat belt sign for the turbulence. Which there was a lot of. But then he would announce for everyone to go back to their seats. It wasn't huge bumps, just a little rough. and it woke everyone up by announcing it multiple times."

This needs to change when the average seat is $800-900 and the flight holds 35 seats. AA is raking in WAY to much money to be this cheap. No WiFi and having to look up to the middle isle to watch a child's movie on repeat " Guardians of the Galaxy." My neck and back were in extreme discomfort from the 8 hr flight back to NYC. If AA had headrest monitors and WiFi this could be avoided. Its 2017 stop being cheap!"

Cons: "Initial flight was cancelled after 2 hours delay. My next flight was scheduled the earliest possible by AA which was 24 hours later. No transportation,hotel or miles compensation for this. I had work and responsabilities the next day. TThe scheduled trip was supposed to take off at 7:45. Boarding started late and was very slow. My bag fit the meassurements and still was forced to check it (which I did not want to do as I did not want to be waiting an hour for my bag at my arrival as I had work early the next day. In addition there was airplaine traffic as it was "rush hour" instead of flying at 7:45 we departed almost at 9pm!!!! Have to pay for food Quality of tv monitors very poor And in an uncomfortable position No movie options No wifi although stated the aircraft has Non functioning electrical plug"

The FA was rather slow in serving and clearing trays. She was not interested in going around and asking for refills - when I inquired about it at dessert time, she didn't come back for 15 minutes and I had to ring the call button - she informed me they didn't have my drink of choice, so it was OK for her not to come back and tell me that. Service was terrible in First Class. American should seriously do something about that."

Cons: "When checking in the staff was so incredibly rude, nonexistent during the whole check in process that it led to several people missing their flights or almost missing it. I had to run around asking for someone to help the long line of people including me who were all in danger of missing their flight because no one was around to help. And then when I finally do get checked in using the now kiosk only option for the plebeian class while anyone above economy gets to talk to real people (way to highlight the class divide guys) I missed my check in time by 5 minutes and was told by the kiosk to find an agent. Then I go running around looking for an agent. I find one and she says you missed your flight. I told her I still have 45 minutes to make it, and she rudely just tells me to get in another line to pay for a new ticket. LUCKILY someone in the priority line saw I was having a problem, a customer not an agent, and she told me to try to talk to someone on her side. After 3 agents told me no one finally told me yes. I made my flight but just by a hair. If the agents would have been around to help or been willing to help me from the moment I spoke to them this would not have been a problem. Thanks for almost ruining Christmas for me. When I spoke to others everyone told me they always have issues with AA. Will never fly AA again."

We had no overhead storage, which was already small, so we had to put our carry-ons multiple rows behind us -- which made exiting the plane a pain. There wasn't any personal entertainment systems, just one tv per section. The food was sub par. The crew was nice enough, but I'll NEVER take American Airlines internationally again."

It took forever to figure out when the next flight would be, everyone was mad, I had to stay the night at the airport. Then when we finally did leave the next day, it was the most uncomfortable flight I've ever had. NEVER flying frontier again."
