The check in rep did provide an announcement at 8:15 that although the time of departure had moved to 9:05 , he did not see how that was possible since our plane was on the ground in Richmond undergoing maintenance. I was in LGA. When I heard that, I changed to another flight, so the outcome was not as bad as it could have been. I am aware of these other times since my email is packed with Delta's notifications, which I welcome usually."

The crew at Logan and the airline ground crew could see us struggling to put it back together and then to fix it but offered absolutely no help until the very end, when we had already gotten the chair to a workable state and help was no longer needed. The crew in Mexico was not helpful upon boarding either, I had to take my husband down the ramp because there was no one to help us. We had no such problems in our outgoing flights so were surprised at the lack of care and utter disinterest on the way back."

Cons: "I booked a flight from LAX to Madrid with a transfer through Mexico City. There was an hour and a half layover which I assumed would be enough time, otherwise why would this even be an option? First my flight arrived in Mexico City late. I run off the plane and proceed to go through immigration and customs which really makes no sense since I am not even in the country for more than an hour at the airport, but I understand this is protocol. What made no sense was there was no separate line to allow people who were trying to make connections to at least skip the gigantic line, nor was there global entry. I ended up missing my flight, even though I arrived at the gate 5 minutes prior to departure. They would not let me on, and then gave me three options for future departures, none which were direct, all which left at least 6 hours later, and I would arrive in Madrid at 11 pm at night and miss an entire first day of my vacation. I was a solo female traveler, which made this even less ideal, as I do not like to wander around alone at night in a foreign city without getting my bearings first during the day. The guy was extremely unhelpful at the desk, and also proceeded the luggage tag of another solo traveler who was in my same predicament. Once I finally arrived in Madrid they told me my luggage was missing, icing on the cake. So now I am stuck in Spain with no luggage, and they still cannot find where it is. Will never take this airline again. They also refused to at least compensate me for a hotel since it was my fault that I booked through another company rather than directly through their website. Worst experience ever."

I was shocked that I as dumped in a seat at the Volaris gate from the wheel chair by the attendant; and, who never returned to help me board the plane. I made the mistake of tipping him well. No ramp was available and I had to beg for help with my carryon as I have to hold on with both hands to go up the stairs. Cancun’s attendant for handicapped was much better and truly helped me and stayed with me until my transfer was found. Tijuana’s airport service was horrible."

Also, I found it kind of funny that after take off the flight attendants were selling the empty seats in the front which didn't had more leg room (not first class) but were just closer to the cabin. Once plane did leave the crew was extremely childish having full blown personal conversations loudly during the flight. During the emergency briefing crew was laughing at eachothers jokes. And apparently they were over widget but the website said I was okay. I even called and tripped check since this was our first time flying with them. They told us to get there at least 3 hour before our flight and they didn’t start checking us in until 3:50 ! I felt rushed after because we didn’t have time to grab a coffee or eat. The workers are rude and disrespectful not helpful at all !"

And both carryon and luggage have to weight 10 kg - AND IF YPU GET ANYTHING ELSE AT THE DUTY FREE THEEY REWEIGHT YOUR BAGS AND MAKE YOUPAY IF IT GOES OVER!!! They always change the boarding gate and don’t have anyone telling you to go to the new gate! You have to walk and look out to the screens for the stupid sign!"

They first said it was about 30-45 minutes late, then an hour, later, another hour and so on. They didn’t offer anything on board, not even a cup of water. I understand they want to make profit and sell snacks and drinks, but come on, charge you for water!? Seriously?!"

Pros: "We got to the airport and the lady that helped us add an extra bag was amazing trying her hardest to make it the cheesesteak possible. She weighed and re weighed our bags until we had the cheapest option. We ended up having to pay for 1bag upgrade (2-55lbs) that was 75$ Then the flight it’s self the flight attendants were every nice and tried to wander any questions I had. Chips were stale. Comfort of the flight was no worse than any other flight I’ve been on."
Cons: "I will not book with kiwi.com EVER again because they messed up my baggage. I originally wanted 3-55lb bags but bought 5-33lb bags when I enquirer about upgrading to 3-55lb bags they ended up miss understanding my wishes and took away 2bags and I still only had 33lbs per bag... by then it was to close to the date we were leaving so they couldn’t fix it and I was told I wasn’t going to get a refund... and that I would have to buy my baggage upgrade at the airport. I could try but it wasn’t likely."
