Cons: "The flight was late boarding and late arriving in Munich. I had a connecting flight to make and that was a harrowing experience. I had no precedence offers the other passengers in deplaning. I was given no help in making my connecting flight. I had to queue up for border control. I had to go up and down numerous escalators. I was stopped by a policeman asking for papers which I had already given to border control. I had to take a train and change terminals. My connecting flight was departing from the farthest gate possible in the terminal. I was running the entire time, and I barely made it. Had I not been running, I would have missed my connection."
Cons: "The ticketing when purchasing a ticket from NEW YORK is very unclear and even though we wanted a JFK ticket, the NEW YORK search showed a ticket for NEWARK NJ so my step dad ended up going to the JFK airport - An elderly man who has trouble with English and no one was willing to help him to rebook his ticket. Not only that - the Lufthansa people VOIDED his entire ticket including the second leg because the agency wasn't picking up for a rebooking so the entire ticket cost was lost - $1200 - GONE! We couldn't even get him a one way ticket so he could use the return part of the one he bought. This is an absolute customer service disaster. This man lost all his money, he saves up all year to go see his family. That's an ugly way to take advantage of people."

The plane should've been checked and ready on time,and certainly not after some passengers boarded it. The new plane they switched it with was not properly cleaned, plus we had no earphones. The tickets issued at Newark had no gate assigned for our connecting flight and with the delay and everything, more time was wasted with finding that. The boy who rebooked us for the next flight did not assist with anything, did not tell us about vouchers. after finding out about that, I was disappointed for receiving 12€ for 12h=one sandwich and one 0.5lt of mineral water. Seriously? It was not my fault that this happened. I expected better from Lufthansa."

Unfortunately because of loading delays on our original flight, we arrived in Heathrow 40 minutes late. The crew said that 60 minutes is the designated minimum but we used all of the 80 minutes plus, and it airport was NOT crowded. If BA is connecting to BA, then you have a responsibility ahead of time to address this problem and keep connecting passengers from getting overly distressed in a strange airport."

All 4 pieces of luggage missed the flight and in NYC we had to ask for robes to sleep in and tooth brushes. we felt horrible flying the next day. Three pieces of luggage came 2 days later that we had to go back to airport to get. The fourth was delivered one week later with only 3 wheels!"

Pros: "This trip would have been another good experience for me flying with Iberia if it wasn't for the man that was sitting behind me. He didn't want me to recline my seat because he wanted to cross his legs... I told him that the guy in front of me had his seat reclined all the way and I wanted (sort of needed) to do the same, then he got aggressive with verbal abuse, called me names and he punched my seat. So I called the flight attendant and told her about the incident. She was nice and calm and told the man in a very respectful way that I wasn't doing anything wrong and he should not behave in an aggressive manner, etc. The man kept mumbling insults addressed to me while talking to his wife and making sure I was hearing it.... And he kept kicking my seat every now and then, and made a fuss every time he went to the toilet. He really ruined my flight experience to New York."

Pros: "I liked the Crew they were very patient with all the passengers. They were bunch of really annoying kids in front of me and handled them very professionally."
Cons: "I didn't like that I could not control the air in business class. I spent good money to sit up there and I would expect to have control of the air because I had a 11 hr flight in a 90 degree plane. It was really a uncomfortable. Also I didn't like that their was no sporting events or cooking channels to watch on my flight and the movie selection were horrible."
Pros: "Entertainment was great, great food! You can't beat the price of the ticket."
Cons: "When I arrived I was greeted by a "what up." Instead of a professional "Hello." The man who helped me at MIA was rude and threw my passport in my face when he told me I needed a return ticket. After I booked another ticket for return.. I presented myself to another counter staff."

Cons: "Not enough discipline in the boarding process. No enforcement of the carry-on luggage policy. People were bringing on 3-4 small bags and taking all of the overhead space."
Cons: "Seats are extremely uncomfortable for a long flight. The food was not good. I tried to upgrade and was told I needed to buy a new ticket. The were plenty of seats available for an upgrade. Will not be flying Iberia again!!!"

Cons: "I didn't like that when I was boarding I was told I had no seat and was standby, this was very stressful, though it was eventually taken care of. I wish I'd been told earlier, they said that when you use a machine to check in, you don't find this out until boarding."
Pros: "The crew was very nice. Madrid is always a great airport and Iberia is it's top airline."
Cons: "Entertainment opitions weren't great. Crew service with beverages didn't come around nearly as much as a company like Lufthansa or United, etc."

Cons: "The aircraft has air condition problem and they whole flight was extremely HOT!!!! Cabin crew paid very little attention to this until we were 4 hours into the flight and basically said there is nothing I can do. I call for the head of the cabin crew and she took 2 hours to come talk to me. I had to wait for here to come out from her flight nap in the crew quarters."
Cons: "I have to say with all sincerity that my pre travel experience was horrible. Two day before my flight I got an email saying my flight had changed. Over the next 2 days I spend 7 hours on the phone with Vamaya, Iberia and Finnair and no one could seem to help me. The story always changed and I was given crazy false information. I was even told my flight was changed to 8pm on departure date when it actually was leaving at 4:40 pm. I am glad I got to the airport early. I had to to deal with all my problems. In 30 years of travel I have never had an experience so frustration. I would love to speak to someone at Kayak."

Cons: "Missed flight. Was difficult to find a new flight to NYC. They were finally able to get me on an Air France flight from CDG many hours later. I had to pay the bus fare from Orly to CDG out of my own pocket, and took over an hour to get there. They refused to compensate me in any other way."

Cons: "I am 180cm. I had almost no legroom. Sitting upright my knees were touching the seat in front of me. There was no water nor anything else offered during the flight."

Iberia allows two back, since American Airlines was ha delving the flight, they did not respect I arias policies and charged me for the second bag. the new fly was many hours later than what I was expecting. I had pay for preferable seats and in new fly the assigned me whatever was available and when I asked for original seat they told me I had to pay again."
