Food and entertainment were not available, so my rating on those items isn't actually correct. There should be a "Not relevant" or "Didn't use it" option.

Waiting outside for a long time is not really necessary

Guide passenger if fhey board from front or back door cause it was a total mess

Great flight just took some time to board even when lining up early for the flight, even taking off took longer then expected.

The plane had only a few passengers, we got lucky. The crew was visibly inexperienced

Buy-on-board through the app is a great feature!

The flight boarded nice and early and this meant there was no sudden rush at the gate. The only down side was the cabin was very cold 🥶

Nothing unexpected considering it is a Ryanair flight. It does the job. Nothing above, at all.

I had heard horror stories about Ryan air and was a little worried about my flights with them but I had 3 flights with them in Italy, Puglia and Sicily and it was a painless and smooth process. I was very happy.
