I think the family should have been removed and asked to take another flight so that my flight could leave on time. It made everyone very nervous because we didn't know to what extent this conflict would escalate, so we had to sit listening to 3 or 4 members of the family arguing and constantly removing passports from luggage and going back and forth in and out of the plane. One member of this family actually entered the cockpit, which unnerved me because of the risks with terrorists these days. The family appeared to be of muslim descent."

I asked for hot tea with honey, there wasn't any. So all in all my flight was okay, but that is solely because of the flight attendant and pilot. They did their jobs and they did an excellent job."

Flight delayed multiple hours after my ride departed and stranded at airport for fourteen hours with no food or beverage comps, or even kindness from the their agents. Was told "oh well, weather". I had left my remaining cash (and didn't bring my card) with my lady friend to get the kids some nice things (she is driving back on a seperate day and was already two hours away by the time we found out flight wasn't happening in time) and absolutely zero compassion given by United. Also, required to add an 80 dollar uber when I get home because there will be no ride as my orginal ride can't make it. May also have to call out of work. Not even an offer to bump my seat on next flight to close to the cabin or exit row. Two hours on phone with customer service with no offers of even slight compensation even when this entire situation is explained. I get it. Cons: "It was a complete cluster as if no one knew what was going on. Once we were finally able to board we sat on the plane for an additional 30 minutes or so because the air conditioning went out on the plan and we all had to sit there in the scalding heat while they fixed it."

I will not be flying Frontier unless it is last resort."
Cons: "My partner had a change of plans and cancelled her flight so Frontier could resell her seat. In the process the agent also erroneously cancelled my flight. I did not discover this until I arrived at the airport two hours from home. After an extremely frustrating 2+ hours on the phone with customer service I finally got to Edwin Watkins in the corporate office who made it right by paying for a flight on an alternate carrier. So a big shout-out to Mr. Watkins, but very poor grades for customer service prior to that who offered my non-solutions such as flying out the next day, or a full refund which would have then required me to pay astronomical last-minute airfares on a different carrier. Also frustrating was being told repeatedly that the agent would be back on the line in five minutes and then hearing nothing for 20 minutes or more. Like some other reviewers, I also was not aware of the fee for carry on baggage. I don't object to this approach to pricing, but I think it needs to be very explicit up front. Spirit Airlines uses a similar pricing model but they do a much better job making it all clear to the customer up front. Finally, I gather there are some seats that recline while most do not. I was right behind one of the reclining seats and felt pretty crowed. Presumably this would be less of an issue in rows with non-reclining seats in front."

Cons: "After landing in denver for what was supposed to be a short layover, found out flight was delayed for over 5 hours because crew were out of hours and they had to get a different crew there, landed in St Louis at 2 am to find reserved rental car kiosk was closed and they left everyone's luggage in Denver. Since they only have one flight a day to st louis, is going to take over 24 hours for my luggage to arrive. Frontier help desk said it happens all the time when there is a long layover in Denver. Apparently they know it's a problem and not a big deal to them. I'll never fly frontier again. With a 50 dollar cab fee that I should have never had to take and cost of clothing and toiletries I had to purchase due to bags being left in Denver it's well over cost for a better airline. It's not like they didn't have plenty of time to transfer luggage. Not to mention the two hours of sleep I was able to take before meeting one of our vendors the next morning with clothing I'd been wearing for 24 hours and completely unprepared with laptop and other tools lost somewhere in Denver frontier luggage carts."

Asked the attendant to let me sit in one of the Exit Row seats that were ALL available as no on wanted to pay the $50 upgrade charge. I made this request AFTER the seatbelt light was off to not be disruptive. The attendant finally came by and offer a free drink for my inconvenience which I obviously refused as that would not help the fact that I was having to either sit sideways or lean all the way forward for a 3.5 hour flight. I explained I was not looking for a free upgrade, just to be able to get what I paid for. I do not blame there person that was sitting next to me, but the crew for not making arrangements when the customer boarded the plane. Anyone could clearly see there would be an issue with this person in a full row. Instead they ignored it and expect someone else to pay for an upgrade to solve the problem. That was my first Frontier flight and will be my last."

Cons: "I waited in line to check in for 45 minutes or so. No-one was at the desk. A customer ended up finding a security guard and asking them to find a Frontier employee. They paged for one over the loud speaker. How embarrassing. A woman started checking customers in, with the attitude of the century. She was angry, rude, and just plain nasty. This should not be the face of Frontier. When friends and family ask, "How was your flight?" All I can picture is that woman and her pinched tight frown of a mouth, angry grimace of a face and condescending hateful tone. Good day."
Pros: "The flight attendants were very friendly on this flight, even offering to help me carry my son's car seat as I was traveling with 3 children under 8 by myself (this doesn't often happen with flight attendants on any carrier!)"
Cons: "- boarded early and then made announcement that they were closing the door and everyone needed to board (this was 30 mins. before scheduled departure); my children and I were running to this gate from another gate when we had to make a pit stop at the bathroom for my 2 year old to use the potty - we heard the announcement and sprinted to the gate in enough time, but 1 minute more and they would have had the door closed and not let us on."
Pros: "The new plane, seats are designed to reduce the need to recline. Nice position. I have never booked a flight based on food or snacks!! I was even warned about poor flight schedules...we were on time for both of my flights."
Cons: "I will have to agree with others about the carry-on charges. The "bait and switch" method in marketing leaves a bitter taste. Unfortunately, the crew gets the flack from the passengers regarding the charging process, BUT they handled like champs!!"
