I hate it when I was forced to check my carry on and there were over 12 spots for bags in the overhead compartments even after everyone was on. So idiotic. It would be so simple for the crew to report lack of space directly instead of an arbitrary number or whatever you smart upper level people make up.
Flight delayed no communication. The gate was changed so many times.
It departed an hour and a half late because the crew got in late the previous night due to weather related problems. So we got into LA later than anticipated and traffic was much worse.
Good. I didn’t order food and there was no entertainment available.
It is a hassle to not have entertainment screens on the backs of the seats.
I had to cancel this trip due to medical reasons. I took out flight insurance but I was unable to cancel my reservation on either Kayak or Alaska. I need proof that I did not take this flight to get my refund. I have tried for a week and a half together that information from either Kayak or Alaska but so far I have gotten no response. I am very disappointed!
Attentive and kind staff. Decent boarding for wheelchair bound partner, off boarding is a little lengthy due to waiting for everyone to deplane before aisle chair can arrive. Not sure if there’s a better option.
I had to change my flight last minute due to a medical emergency. Their agent was compassionate and extremely helpful. This airlines really cares about making travel, for fun, work, or an emergency a customer-focused experience. Thank you!

No healthy food choices. There was no in flight entertainment .

Allegiant actually impressed me, original inbound flight from PBG was so late they gave us a bird inbound from Des Moines and only left 1h late and gained 40 minutes back in the air. Comfortable flight with no frills but no complaints.

No food is available without purchasing it and there is no in-flight entertainment. Both of these are OK because we got an inexpensive flight from Allegiant and, otherwise, our experience was excellent.
just had water and there was plenty of leg & seat room. But then i don't weight 220#s!!

It was cold on the flight. The crew was very pleasant. I didn't order any food. We were delayed due to Captain waiting on maintenance log. He kept us informed though. The flight itself was smooth. I would definitely fly with Allegiant again!
I had a fantastic experience with Allegiant. I had wheelchair assistance and they helped me find my luggage and brought me to my car. Even loaded my luggage. Wonderful service!! Thank you Allegiant!
