A refund because I never got on any you guys never canceled it in the first place
They removed the cover off my checked bag and threw it away.
Your seats do not recline more than 2”. That’s a shame on a 5+ hours flight especially overnight flight. Garbage airline
It was delayed seven hours and we did not take it
It was a terrible flight! We were delayed 2 hours just sitting on the plane on the way from San Diego to Raleigh. Coming back, we were delayed again in Raleigh for about 40 minutes, when we got to San Francisco, we got delayed again due to no gate available. We missed our flight to Fresno due to all the delays!!! We had to wait in a long line to get compensated to stay in a hotel and this was about mid-night! The staff that talked to us did not even apologize for the inconvenience that happened! We were already tired from traveling and we had to deal with all the delays! The company has no consideration of their customer's time. We completely wasted one whole day just dealing with this delay and had to get another sitter for our dog because we couldn't get home that night. This experience was very bad and I would not want to fly Alaska airlines again and would not recommend it to anybody!
We got in the plane late we still got to our destination on time. I wished Airlines would make people that put their luggage above were smaller maybe they would all fit and get them out easier customers like myself pay for her luggage in the back when your in a hurry to go to another destination it’s very frustrating for everyone to take their time to get their luggage down and wait because they don’t want to pay.
My trip was delayed by more than two hours and missed my connecting flight to Fiji due to delayed they have to change my flight to United Airlines and stranded in San Francisco for 24 hours waiting for United next flight after almost 3 days I finally arrived in Brisbane airport but my luggage wasn’t here and now I still don’t have my luggage and still without my clothes and my needs. The first full day of my vacation is horrible because I don’t have any clothes and still trying to contact airline for luggage update and hopefully they will tell me the truth instead of misleading me and I end up waiting around without enjoying my vacation time here in Brisbane.
Flight crew was nice and exit row was comfy. Entertainment on flight was and I used the outlet. Also the new phone flip down thing is nice.
Poor transfer conditions at LAX almost missed flight. Long walk and delayed shuttle ..avoid at all costs
I was offered a selection of drinks and given a free snack. The flight was only a couple of hours, but we were trreated better than the transatlantic flight.
It was poor a four hour delay and no explanation for the delay. What’s a 35 dollars going to do. It also made me miss my car rental,
It was on time. Flight was comfortable. Staff was nice. It was the way a flight should always be.
The price was the only good thing about this flight. It was scary during takeoff when the plane tilted side to side. It made me feel very nervous as I have never had a take-off that unsmooth. There was no on-flight movie or music options and the only complimentary option was water. Other airlines offer trail mix or a caramel cookie and pop options as complimentary. This flight was a 2.5 hour flight. I understand for shorter flights not having options, but a flight 2 hours or longer should offer more complimentary options and in flight entertainment. Also the seats did not recline and for a longer flight reclining seats are a must for comfort.
A very pleasant flight but it would be greatly improved with wifi to help entertain kids
This is a no frills, get it done, efficient airline. The seat is a lawn chair. You better bring your own entertainment. If you want something other than water you need to pay for it. But they will get you to your destination quickly, on time, and then they will turn the flight around and go right back where they came from. Reliably. Couple times a week tops. If it fits into your schedule, you can’t get there cheaper or faster.
A three hour delay to board and then another hour on the tarmac because they couldn't get a tractor? Ugh.
Allegiant canceled the flight. The flight the next day was full. Allegiant did not provide any compensation besides a refund. Last time on Allegiant.
The flight was very delayed (in BOTH directions - outbound and returning). The flight was very very cramped. The plane taxi'd on the runway for a really long time, and I got claustrophobic being in such a tight seat. The pilot and crew both indicated that we were going to make up lost time due to the delay, but the plane arrived LATER than expected.
A foot rest for short legged people and a complimentary water would be nice.
The employees at the check-in counter said my disabled wife and I were going to be separated even though we picked seating together when we bought our tickets. They told us my wife would be seated in row 2 and I would be in row 8, because we bought our tickets from a third party. Fortunately the flight crew said: "No, you two need to be together, we'll fix this." Then they seated us together. We are 75 years old and flying is a challenge for us, so we appreciate all the help we can get. Your flight crew was awesome with us, and with the children on our flight as well. Thank You Allegent Air Lines! 🙂
