Cons: "Crew wasn’t as attentive. While my first flight (I had a layover) seemed extra attention and care was put into the cleanliness and order due to Covid, second flight seemed to be a little overcrowded."

Cons: "There was an issue with a part on the plane so the flight was delayed so it could get fixed before takeoff. That is not a big deal, I'd rather it be safe than on time. But the way crew and staff handled it was pretty unprofessional. No one seemed to know what was going on or what to do."

Cons: "Online check in didn’t work. Called Delta 800# and rep said I needed to wait till I got to airport. Airport rep said I needed to use the KLM flight number, not the Delta number.W"
Unlike other airlines, did not allow for basic economy flexibility for new COVID spike. Disappointing.

We are now unable to get to Belize until Friday and the best they will offer is a coupon for like $30 off a crappy hotel. Next time I’ll lsy more for delta’s far superior service"

Cons: "Seats in coach are incredibly cramped, and blankets are comically small. The food was pretty terrible and the vegetarian option not particularly nutritious."

Cons: "They could have delivered on the most important aspect on-time arrival. I know that a mechanical issue delays such as tires however ongoing maintenance should prevent these delays. Your failure to deliver on your promise impacted my ability to deliver on mine."
The space between seats is too tight, the entertainment didn’t work, no complementary drinks or food is offered.

Cons: "I know the saying “you get what you pay for”, but good service from the flight attendants should be expected in the price. It was hard to get a greeting or a smile from them, far from prompt delivery of food or coffee ordered. We were traveling with two kids under 5, but there was no help offered. You are expected to pay for any and all food or drinks, including water. The airline could at least offer free water. The meal quality was mediocre for the price paid, and their stock ran out pretty fast."

Cons: "My airfare includes baggage with the receipt yet the agent at check in said I had to pay for luggage and I didn’t book with them directly. Low service level."
Pros: "Seats were comfortable, pleasant staff, good ent. good wifi and none of that loud chit chat through the flight like tha American companies."
Cons: "The only thing I was a bit disappointed was with the meal. I don’t eat red meat and requested it theough the website, but nithing special was arranged and I ended up eating pasta. Pasta is fine and I love it, but people that don’t eat meat need to have vegetables added to their meals, or at least an egg. And for breakfast the only option was a ham and cheese sandwich, so I didn’t eat."
Cons: "Arbitrarily the British Airways agents at the gate would decide what carry-on would have to be checked as cargo. It had nothing to do with the size as they explained, just they thought the flight was too full and needed to send some carry on to cargo. We had a tight train connection to Granada and didn’t want to miss it waiting for luggage. If it would have been returned at the jetway it wouldn’t have been a problem."

Cons: "Unless you paid you do not even get a seat assigned until you get to the airport. No food or even drink unless you pay."
Pros: "When I got off a previous flight, I had missed my connection. I was greeted with someone who had already booked my next flight. Also, the seat was fairly comfortable for a 2 hour flight."
Cons: "As great as it was that they booked my connecting flight, I wish I could have my luggage. It has been over a week and I believe that it is because I had such a short layover from my first flight to this one."
