Pros: "I missed the flight because we were delayed out of NC. And I had to get a hotel since there were no more flights that night. I’m still stuck in Denver."

Pros: "Seats are small. Mans arm was touching me the whole flight."

Pros: "I especially like the agent at the United Lounge in Denver who changed my flight to one that left 3 hours before my original flight. Also, she arranged for my checked bag from Dayton, OH to be transferred to the new flight. I was concerned by happy to get it in Denver - actually, it was one of the first luggage to arrive."

Cons: "Entertainment system didn't work for a whole aisle. Crew didn't even acknowledge that it was not working."

Pros: "Bought a ticket through a discount site. Since I'm a senior I really didn't realize certain things. Didn't realize my TSA wasn't accepted with this ticket, also I'm was in group 5 & always in middle seat. First time I flew on United. I bought the same type of ticket for a flight in April very unhappy about my mistake. I used Skiplagged."

Cons: "Flight was super delayed scheduled to leave at 6:30 left at almost 9. Small updates with not much information. Entertainment system not functioning. Had to get a tow to the gate after landing??"

Pros: "The in-flight crew were very nice and no one got beat up. our flight was delayed but we got put on a later flight without issue."
Cons: "No entertainment and no free wifi and the seats hurt my beck and back. The girl who checked us in was abrasive to us and everyone in front of us in line, but maybe she wasn't trying to be, that was just her personality. Our flight got delayed which meant we missed out on seeing an old friend I hadn't seen in years, but at least we got there."

Cons: "The employees were verbally rude, borderline abusive. The airline was completely disorganized, changing our gate 3 times. Literally the worst airline experience I have had in years."

Cons: "Not only did we sit on the plan for almost two hours before they realized that the plane didn't have enough gas we sat there for a another 30 minutes circling the dam flight line only to realize that there is to much cargo in the plane that it's to heavy to fly they didn't let anyone use the bathroom and we proceeded back to the terminal only to get on a different plane to fly out"

Pros: "It was simple, straight forward, and easy. Encountered no problems, and the crew was great."

Cons: "Unexpected, unannounced delay put us into Chicago 30 minutes late. I was scheduled to have a 45 minute layover, now down to 15. I was given no support getting to my next gate, that plane was not held despite the fact that I ran across the terminal to catch it."

Cons: "Let's see my seat did not recline. The stewardess bumped into me every time she passed. The flight attendant was wearing way way way too much cologne. They had no room for my carry on. The beverages took way to long. I could not use the Internet. You changed my flight time over and over and over I was supposed to leave at 5 I didn't leave until 10. I could not sleep because the flight attendants was wearing Christmas lights and they would wake me up and she keep bumping in to be be is she did not know how to walk in the isles. The cookie were stale. There was something in my cup so I could not drink my free drink. There's more. It was the worst flight I have ever been on."

Cons: "I didn't like how the flight attendance wasn't so friendly, I felt as if I was a bother to them."

Pros: "United switched my seats and made me sit apart from the person I was flying with because they overbooked the flight."

Cons: "Flight was canceled"

Pros: "My mom is disabled and was flying alone. United was amazing. As soon as I pulled near the curb someone was there with a wheelchair. I parked the car and he waited for me. He already checked her in dropped her bag off and was waiting for me. He said that he was going to take my mom through security and bring her all the way to the gate. I was so relieved because I was not able to travel with her but felt she was in good hands."

Cons: "Didn't take the flight. I want a refund!! You cancelled my flight and I couldn't take later flight. I had to buy a new flight from AA for $255 to get home in time for work. Please refund me and call at 585-727-9282"

Cons: "Boarding process is better than some, but stinks compared to Southwest."

Cons: "I ordered a wheelchair for the Denver layover. Had to wait 20inutes for one to come, almost missed my flight"

Cons: "As the ground staff had trouble loading the luggage in to the booty...plane was stranded on the runway without AC... caused unnecessary delay. We missed the connection."

Cons: "Old equipment. Average service. Lumpy seat. Terrible food."

Pros: "The seating was very good. We "accidentally" were issued seats in bulkhead which gave us plenty of unexpected leg room. Thank you!"
Cons: "For such a long flight there should be complimentary tv/movie viewing but there was not. And the wifi was spotty."

Cons: "No free entertainment despite having a screen at each cramped seat. No nuts, pretzels or anything else offered with the beverage. Only food available was being sold. Had to pay for each checked bag. Website is one of the least user friendly of any of the airlines."

Pros: "Nice cozy seat, but seatbelt was about 6" shorter than most planes-wouldnt fit a medium-large person."
Cons: "Paid a lot for an upgrade, and our bathroom was out of order, the stewardess was snippy, and my expectations were less than met."

Pros: "The crew saw me running to board and helped me and my daughter board the plane fast even though we got there late."
Cons: "The food and seats weren't great. The food was nasty for $10. The seats were uncomfortable due to we had a bigger man next to us who didn't allow any arm space at all and was uncomfortable the entire flight home."

Cons: "I had seat 22f I think the next time I fly, since I haven't for awhile I will upgrade to something with more leg room because I am 6' tall and had a large person sitting next to me so I was a little bit cramped for space"

Pros: "I traveled with a 76 year old uncle who uses a walker. The ticket agents changed our seats to put us up closer to the front on every flight. They provided us with a wheelchair and someone to push it on our connections which made the transfer very nice. We got priority boarding. Finally the beer was cold, and I really appreciated that!"

Cons: "My gate kept changing even after I was already at the airport."

Cons: "Three of the four flights were delayed. It seems that this is business as usual for United."
