The tray was dirty! Co-passengers in the row behind me were also complaining The audio lead of my headphone would not go into the outlet in the seat armrest! So I had to use audio from neighboring (empty) seat and sync it with video from screen for my seat. What a pain!"

We missed all remaining connecting flights and were forced to buy New tickets. Now we have to work with kayak/priceline to get all my money back due to their error. It caused A HUGE INCONVENIENCE for us since we are in Zambia for 6 weeks without our gear to paddle one of the most challenging rivers in the world... the Zambezi. Now we are constantly trying to acquire the proper equipment with very little success. We run a nonprofit called the Montana Kayak Academy which provides free whitewater instruction to youth between 8 &18 yrs old and we will be sure to tell everyone we know to NOT TRAVEL WITH EITHER VIRGIN ATLANTIC OR BRITISH AIRWAYS.... EVER!!! VERY DISAPPOINTED! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

Maybe some steamed red potatoes and a piece of steak. An organic green apple for dessert. Forget the gluten, dairy, sugar or sauces that ruin a perfectly good ham or chicken and lettuce, tomato wrap! Or a salad swimming in dressing. We need to eat protein, not gluten for breakfast. Why not a hard boiled head!"

It would have been very helpful if the gate staff at LAX had advised me to not bother to try to make my connection, or called the next gate to tell them we were running over there. RUNNING. Or at least done something to act like they cared. I am disappointed by the lack of initiative. I understand flights cannot wait, and I would have greatly appreciated being saved the trouble of running to a different terminal and instead taking that time to change my travel plans. They may see travelers struggling like this daily, but to each traveler, a hiccup in travel plans trip is stressful and urgent. I ask Delta staff to please consider that when they come to work. Thank you."

Cons: "the correspondence between the staff. On my way to New York, I was brought to the lounge to wait until my boarding will start but nobody picked me up as promised, so I had to walk the way. I needed a wheel chair as well on my way back, extra ordered it at the check in, they said it is noted in the system. But nobody was there to pick me up. When I finally found someone, I was brought to a place, being asked to sit down and wait where I still had to pass stairs to come to the passport controll. From there noone picked me up, so I had to go my way alone with pain in my leg. I don't want to argue, I managed it even with pain but I wonder what happens with people if they cannot walk anymore at all. My advice would be that you work on to improve this service. We extra booked business class but this service was not worth being called business class."

Guess I'll see if she can settle for sea world or the damn beach instead of Egypt like she wanted to. Thanks for nothing. For absolutely nothing."

Although, the flight we took from Atlanta to Instanbul was one of the best flights I've ever have taken. Mixed emotions.."

Cons: "The arrival into Istanbul was marked by a major inconvenience unnecessary anxiety, extra expense and frustration. On deplaning from a flight from Barcelona, a Turkish Airlines employee was checking boarding cards the connectivity flight and directed people to the appropriate exits for domestic and international connection. We had a connection to JFK and tried to enter the exit for international connections. She insisted that we go to the domestic exit despite my telling her we had an international connection. This led to passport control which had never occurred to me anywhere in the world when making an international connection. Next problem - I was told I needed a visa! My travel partner did not need a visa and was already through passport immigration control. The officer did not speak English and pointed in the direction I needed to go to get a via. I told him I did not want or need a visa but that was it! I started to look for the visa application area and there was no staff or anyone to help. Finally I found 4 kiosks for e-visas - only one worked. 20 plus dollars later I had the visa and immigrated. We quickly reverse the process and went though security and passport control to get back inside the international terminal. It was nuts! The boarding in Istanbul was crowded and chaotic."

Cons: "I booked through Kiwi.com and they couldn't handle my special food request (kosher meal). Somehow it didn't reach Lufthanza at all. As a result I had nothing to eat during the entire transatlantic flight."

Pros: "Almost nothing was enjoyable about the overseas Lufthansa flights I took. This particular flight, however, did not make me sick like the initial Lufthansa flight to Europe. I also appreciated that the crew asked the passengers in front of me to put their seats up during meals."
Cons: "The overseas Lufthansa flights have the least space of all the flights and trains I took throughout my trip, including other Lufthansa flights within Europe. The bathrooms were more cramped and fewer in number for an overbooked flight, boarding was disorganized and delayed, the passengers in front of me put their seats all the way back for most of the flight, and seriously, just a few more inches of space would make these long flights 104% better. I think everyone would be happier to fly on less awful planes, including the poor crew who has to deal with miserable passengers."

Pros: "I missed my flight in FCO , Italy, while the Lufthansa staff at the checking desk calling and checking about my booking they told me I don't have a booking . I had all the booking doc and every thing they need on my hand and on my phone from the e-mail. but they kept telling me they don't see it in the system and kept me waiting in FCO airport in Italy for an hour and then they told me "now you can't board on this flight. it's departing in 5 min." I asked so what shall I do now did you solve the mystery ? They told me my booking is cancelled and I have to buy another ticket. When I asked why my booking cancelled and who cancelled it. They don't know. My blood pressure was raising. I felt like they were telling me go away we don't want you to flight with us. I wish I had an option to fly with another airline with in the next 3 hrs coz I had to fly with in that period of time. Otherwise all my plans on the other end was about to get messed up. Unfortunately it was only Lufthansa airline flying with in the next 3 hrs. So I was forced to buy another ticket and fly. My original ticket was a round trip from Oslo to room via Frankfurt stop over in Room and then go to Frankfurt stop over in Frankfurt and then back to Oslo. But they make me buy extra $400 ticket and it was non of my fault. I had a terrible expirance flying from Room, Italy (FCO) to Frankfurt they made me buy another ticket. Extra $400. I complained at the Lufthansa headquarter in Frankfurt airport after waiting for two hrs in line , they refunded me only $200.And they charged me €25 for processing the refund. It's ridiculous. The good service and name Lufthansa use to have is now becoming only a history."

And I tried throughout the flight to see if it was just because they were too busy or simply did not hear or notice me. It's not a big deal now, but it can be if the whole staff were to become silent and non-interactive."

Pros: "Flight was comfortable and efficient, as expected. The connection was thankfully in the same terminal as the incoming flight. Luckily the passport control area was pretty quiet or we never would have made it in time. I had a backpack only so could go fast."

Got in late on the connecting flight and literally had to run through the terminal to get to the gate, Then after all of the stress we got on the plane from another bus. That's the bad thing about connecting through German hubs on Liftansa: they make very tight connections and you don't know if they will wait at the second flight to not. I have missed by minutes in the past in similar situations. And no other flight to Dublin from Munich until hours later"
