They put my husband and I in an exit row and my daughter at the back of the plane with strangers. I was not comfortable with strangers being responsible for my child. I assumed they would seat children with at least one parent. We did ask to move at the gate and the accommodated us with the last row on the plane. No recline, no window, and right next to the bathrooms. We took it to be with our kid but this policy needs to be revised. Kids should always be seated with the adult responsible for them... who knows what kind of person might end up next to my child. Not to mention if she had needed something is the stranger gonna take care of it? It’s just a bad practice imo."

I called the agency to find out if I needed a Visa for my visit to Australia and the told me no. So when I showed up to the airport I didn’t have the right documents and I MISSED MY FLIGHT. Also the wouldn’t just change my flight and charge me the change flight fee. They cancelled my flight entirely and made me buy a whole new ticket!!! Worst flight experience I’ve ever had and this is not my first time flying to Australia or out of country."

Pros: "The flight was nearly full, but I lucked out. One person in my row did not show up, so myself and the other lady in my row had the benefit of having an open seat in between us. The crew was cheerful and accommodating. They did the normal beverage service, but also brought complimentary water and coffee 3x during the rest of the flight. This was greatly appreciated, especially after 5 days of drinking and partying. My buddies and I spent two and a half days in Las Vegas for a bachelor party followed by two days in the LA area for a wedding (yes we did it Hangover style) :) Thank you Delta!"

This caused many passengers to miss their connecting flight in Atlanta. When we arrived after midnight, one gate person was attempting to help 50 people with morning connecting flights and room accommodations. The airline knew 3 hours prior that they would have tired, hungry, frustrated passengers. To then have to wait more than an hour in a line to get a bed and or a meal was too much for most people. There were other smaller examples of how Delta's staff or procedures were not customer centric. I will avoid Delta for travel in the future, and I am getting out of their stock."

After debating with customer servinge several times and being forced to wait in line after being told things were fixed several time we had to threaten to record conversations and had someone call American Airlines headquarters and finally was able to get in the flight the same night. We at work be point were laughed at by an American Airlines customer service professional. I had purchased upgraded seats since I’m over 6 feet tall and they were not able to accommodate on the new flight, the flight was horrible and I had ton stand up every hour to make I the whole 12 hours."

That policy should be made very visible and clear to anyone buying tickets on Allegiance as no other airline does that to passengers. We lost 4 tickets and had to buy tickets for a flight the following day. Horrible experience!"

Well, 2 weeks before the flight, my friend said, don’t get a rental car, I will have my car. So I cancelled and only then did I find out that once I booked it through their site I could not get a refund for the car and I could only get a voucher for use on one of their flights! And only after they take out any fees and costs that was accrued! So angry!"

They have 3 different economy packages and the economy basic doesn't get refunds and you can't change the flights if needed. It feels like they are banking on increasing there ROI with this basic economy ticket which is 40 -60 dollars cheaper than the next economy package. Intuitively they know people will pick that, but if something comes up the customer is screwed."

If the actual airplane had had it'w seats spaced apart as in the movie, the plane would have been fully loaded with some 35 passengers. I forgot what airline it was, maybe yours?"

I am 25 weeks preg so my running time is slower then normal. Then they rebooked me on a flight that had an additional connect and arrived 4 hours later then expected. By the time I got to my new flight gate- it was delayed so would miss my next connecting flight. Long story short it's 3 hours past when I was suppose to leave and settled for s flight to PDX tonight getting in at midnight. My friend From eugue is picking me up in Portland tomorrow. It has been an unsuccessful flight. Almost cancelled and wMechanical delay in fargo caused me to miss my connecting flight to Eugene by 5 minutes. Got to Denver airport asked the gate guy to call my connecting flight to see if they could hold the door for me, he said you got 10 mins go. I run 30 gates and the door just closed. I am 25 weeks preg so my running time is slower then normal. Then they rebooked me on a flight that had an additional connect and arrived 4 hours later then expected. By the time I got to my new flight gate- it was delayed so would miss my next connecting flight. Long story short it's 3 hours past when I was suppose to leave and settled for s flight to PDX tonight getting in at midnight. My friend From eugue is picking me up in Portland tomorrow. It has been an unsuccessful flight. Almost cancelled and went home......ent home......"

Cons: "No one could get their story straight and actually lied! I was sent a text (I was already at the airport) that the flight would be delayed due to "aircraft maintenance". Not true in the least bit. Then when we finally landed in Denver (nearly every person on that flight missed their connecting flights) we were told the system said the delay was "due to weather". Another lie. Then they announced there would be gate agents to meet us when we got off the plane to assist with connecting flights. First gate agent said "I have no information you have to go to gate 56". The person at gate 56 said "I don't open for another 15 minutes so you have to go to gate 39"! The real story? They made us change gates 5 times in Fargo! The gate attendant was using the "F-bomb"! It wasn't aircraft maintenance or the weather. They couldn't get the walkway to work! In the end, we still left from the original gate and had to walk outside on the tarmac to board the plane. Why didn't they just opt for that to begin with and avoid all the missed flights? My measly voucher isn't nearly enough compensation and if United ever expects me to fly with them again I am expecting a full refund (as other passengers received- I witnessed the manager in Denver authorize a full refund for another passenger but only offered me $50)"

Cons: "Flight was delayed for 40 minutes because of "paperwork" according to the pilot. We boarded the plane on time however had to sit on it during the delay. We were not informed of what was going on until we had already been waiting for 30 minutes. When they informed us of the delay they offered everyone free direct TV in flight to make up for the delay. Once we finally took off they announced that the direct TV was not actually working. The flight attendant making the announcements was not sincere and rather unprofessional. Luckily the pilot flew fast so we ended up arriving only 10 minutes late."
Cons: "The flight was delayed by over 4 hours, there was no clarity on what was going on. They made us change aircrafts, the ground staff was mean at best. In spite of the 4 hour wait they didn't even bother serving food or made any announcement to handle passenger anxiety and concerns. Delays are sometimes unavoidable and I have had experiences in the past but none that was handled this unprofessionally"

Cons: "It was a complete cluster as if no one knew what was going on. Once we were finally able to board we sat on the plane for an additional 30 minutes or so because the air conditioning went out on the plan and we all had to sit there in the scalding heat while they fixed it."

Cons: "About 6 hours before my flight, I started getting text alerts about flight delays. First delay was one hour. As I was getting ready to leave for the airport, I received another alert that moved the time up 45 minutes. I panicked and I called Frontier. While on the phone, I received another text alert with flight delay of 2 hours. As I was getting ready to leave for the airport again, text alert 3 hour delay. This went on ALLLLLLL NIGHT! I didn’t know when to leave for the airport. Or if my flight was going to be cancelled. THIS GAVE ME SO MUCH ANXIETY! Uber to the airport was going to be $65 so I wanted to be sure I actually HAD a flight! I called and Frontier had no answers. One agent said there was a maintenance issue in Denver. I was flying out of SFO. If the flight was going to be cancelled, I would have to be at the airport to be booked on another flight with a different airline. And I would only be booked on another airline if it was a maintenance issue. If it was “environmental” I would get put on the next Frontier flight, which was the NEXT DAY! I called Frontier again. The agent said the reason changed from maintenance issue to environmental. He could put me on next flight tomorrow which was 22 HOURS OVERNIGHT IN DENVER. And no, they don’t pay for your hotel. This is just the flight. What?!?!? Unacceptable! He offered a “Frontier credit.” Absolutely not. Then he offered a full refund. At this point, I had had enough so I accepted. Now I was burdened with finding another flight on a different airline at the LAST MINUTE! While I was explaining this to the Frontier agent, he hung up on me. An email came through with a receipt for a Frontier credit for less than the cost of my flight! I called again. The next agent lied that it was full refund. She only changed it when I demanded she send me a receipt with a full refund amount. This was not a cheap flight. Unless you consider $315 ONE WAY cheap. I was able to find a last minute flight for only $500 ONE WAY. It could have been $1000 or more, considering I was booking it SIX HOURS BEFORE DEPARTURE. All thanks for Frontier. This was the worst travel experience ever! DO NOT BOOK A FLIGHT WITH FRONTIER!!"

I wouldn’t even recommend that you guys co-work with this kiwi website. I booked the flight with 20 hours layover, fine, I wanted to, to save money. But I have done math wrong and I realized I have to be on Portland by Sunday not Monday. So I go ahead and try to do manage booking and just change the date! I did but their portal just made me pay for 250 or something I don’t remember for the flight from Charlotte to Portland and I thought they will reimburse me part of original flight price after deducting any fees. But No it’s like nothing really happened and the most ridiculous and unprofessional thing they do is someone can’t reach out to any representative for this company. At all. It’s like they know, they are messed up so they avoid being on calls! How bad this is. Even when I get a number for them it’s not even free call it’s an international number. And after all of these, I get notifications from kayak, I don’t even know why. If kayak is stating that it’s nit responsible for any issues that could happen between a customer and any page he/she got redirected to, so why am I even getting notifications now?
