The usual delays and of course our luggage never made it to our final destination.

Connecting flights with first class seats is not as enjoyable since the flight was short. Will look to take more straight flights so i can enjoy first class more!

Paid quite a bit of money for tickets. Significant turbulence (NOT AA’s fault) made for a bumpy flight without drinks and snacks.

We waited 5 delays from DFW because the maintenance on the plane to pick us up had so many that had not been done routinely. Instead of being home at 2:00pm. We were home at 7:00! After all that there was not even water given to us!!

For some reason the plane was so uncomfortably hot. The vents did not seem like they were working at all.

Cons: "The boarding process for just about any airline is nearly identical. It always seems like it takes longer to board than expected even if, in reality, it's not an unreasonable amount of time. The only think I didn't care for was that overhead storage in the area I was sitting was just about full by the time I was seated which meant that I had to store my carry on a few rows behind where I sat. This meant that during off-boarding I needed to go against the flow of people to get back to my carry on. All in all, it was a minor inconvenience."

Why don't airlines schedule a minimum 3hours between Int'l-domestic connections. half the plane was stressing and freaking out about missing their connection even though the plane landed on time. "AA is not responsible for customs/security delays". Well, your customer service agents would have a lot less work if you didn't have to reschedule 100 people per flight. The time the plane drives/parks at the gate, you get off the plane and make it through customs, get your bag, recheck it (if need be, we didn't this time though), get through security and get to your gate, you'll be the luckiest person in the world to do that in less than 90 minutes."

I was quickly routed to the desk to get a replacement ticket, and even though the flight was oversold, they had me wait around until the plane was ready to take off. A couple minutes after they shut the door of the boarding bridge, I was called and told to follow one of them. It turns out a couple of people were headed to the right city in the wrong country."

All went as planned.

My only real issue was that when I booked this flight through Kayak, I somehow booked via BudgetAir.com (though I was on your website.) Due to this, I was unable to access boarding passes coming or going via the Kayak app, or the Allegient app. Luckily I was able to print them prior to leaving home (and the resort printed them for on the way back), but using this site is definitely something I'll have to consider for my trip. I should have been able to access boarding passes electronically via the app regardless.

This flight never happened. We were not even in the airport because the connection was delayed hours past when this one was supposed to leave. Everyone knew it would be. But United didn’t say anything until they canceled it at it’s departure time.

The Economy seats were pure torture -- angled oddly in a way that forced your back to curve, with zero legroom even in the Economy Plus section. I tried putting my purse behind me in an effort to alleviate back pain. It was a miserable trip. In contrast my short flight to Santa Barbara was on a newer plane with wide, comfortable seats. There is no way they should use such an old aircraft on a 4 hour trip."

For example, opening the door when we arrived in Denver. We were on time. We waited on a gate, which is annoying, but not unusual, but then, after we pulled up to the gate, we waited ANOTHER 15-20 minutes in a roasting hot plane. JUST for someone to open the door to permit us to deplane. One of my fellow passengers quipped: "Are they going to make us pay to get off the plane?" Funny, sarcastic, but a sentiment many of your passengers shared. We finally exited the plane, and I waited on my bags--the ones I'd spent $75 to check. There was no information. No announcement. No update. The supervisor truly didn't even know what was going on. An HOUR AND A HALF later, the supervisor said, "I think your bags are still on the plane. We're short staffed, so another supervisor and I will go help unload them" Seriously? At what point did unloading bags become optional? We finally got our bags, and I'm the one who finally told the supervisor that bags from Kansas City were beginning to arrive. She announced it to the rest of the grumpy crowd. It was much worse with the cranky kids waiting on their strollers and carseats. I fly this route often. I arrived home AFTER I usually do on the much later Southwest and United flights. My fiance and I are traveling back and forth DEN-MCI/MCI-Denver often. We no longer even look at Frontier as an option when booking our tickets"

When I searched about it in GOOGLE it showed me that the flight has been cancelled, Furiously I called the customer service and they weren't even having an idea about the flight getting delayed in the first place. I had to travel to airport which is 50 miles from my place just to know that the flight got cancelled and the next flight is on Sunday. Due to their technical failure, I had to wait till Sunday to board a flight to Chicago(They gotta be kidding, wait 3 days to board next flight). I had to cancel few other flights, meetings and hotels as I am not able to board this obnoxious flight. Overall, The customer service is lackluster . Their website is very slow and has false information. The refund process is bad. They dont even intimate you through email if the flight is cancelled I am referring this airline to all my colleagues and friends. If you have a lot of money for procrastination, you are welcome to travel with this airline."

I ended up paying the fee and was forced to gate check my bag anyway as all the overhead space was taken up by the time I got on the plane. Nice work on your end milking that $60 from me. Since I wasn't able to check in ahead of time, I was stuck in the middle seat (I'm 6'5"). I would have happily paid an extra $250 to not sit in the middle, but thats besides the point. Just as I'm about to close my eyes, your stewardess gets on the PA and starts hawking Frontier credit cards for 20 minutes. If that wasnt bad enough, she had the audacity to shove an application in my face and remind me 'its the best credit card in the industry!' The credit card pitch and "buy 3 get 1 free' happy hour offers made the flight feel more like a sad Panama City spring break than a return flight after a long business trip. Alas! We landed at ORD 'on-time' which is always good for Frontier's stats. Unfortunately, we sat on the tarmac for 30+ minutes waiting for someone to man the sky bridge. Oh, and it was a nice touch deplaning in the international terminal returning from a Kansas City flight. Long story short, Frontier is now in the same category for me as Spirit Airlines. You fooled me once, but you wont fool me again. I'm just glad it was a one-way ticket. PS: when did airlines start soliciting tips for the flight crew? In all my years of traveling, I have never seen that before. Embarrassing."
