Pros: "Super fast turn around, great in flight crew (Tonya was very nice). Barely any wait time to get my bag upon landing. Love the free beer and wine, of course. The plane was late and we were boarded and in the air in about 10-15 at the most. Ground crew at STS is always good. Flight was fine, a bit bumpy on the landing. Great sunset and view of the full moon."

Cons: "After flying Cathay Pacific from HK to SF, I was surprised at the lower level of customer service in Alaska. Flew first class and barely got a thank you or your welcome from the flight attendant. Kind of disappointed but that’s the state of the US!"

Pros: "There seemed to be more legroom than usual and the flight attendants were responsive. There was an excellent selection of movies to choose from and passengers could order from a small selection of free beverages during the flight."
Cons: "A small snack of some sort would have been nice, as would headphones. Despite the selection of films to watch, they had to be viewed as close captioned (which not all were) unless passengers had brought their own headohones. It would also have been pleasant to see even one of the flight attendants smile at least once."

Went I check my luggage in HNL they tell me will go all the way to JFK airport , went I was in San Francisco they call me to pick up luggage because they don’t sent to New York. Went we arrive to San Francisco airport they delay fly for 3 hrs I have a hotel in NY to sleep for 5 hrs before I pick up rental car and start to drive to my next trip . I lost my hotel reservation, again only one time they offer drinks and food was not good in airplane ."

Cons: "Mechanical delay started as a "few minutes back to the gate", then 1 1/2 hrs sitting on plane at the gate without updates, then "get off the plane while we turn off the air", another 2 hrs without definitive info, then "we're bringing in another plan in a couple of hours", then after 5 hours of waiting, an announcement that flight is cancelled. Finally they announced a replacement flight setup for 8am, but at 4am, Alaska sent texts that the replacement flight was delayed till 1:30 pm. We finally left Palm Springs for Seattle at 2:40, 26 hours late. But the worst part of the experience was the terrible communication. A few e-mails or texts or PA announcements as the time passed would have saved about 90 passengers the frustration of waiting hours at the gate area and ticketing desk for info about options. Alaska should have been more respectful of its customers. Minimal effort was made to answer our questions."

It was lucky that she found Chinese speaking customers to help her."

Cons: "There was a delay from Charlotte to Dallas but not too much so it was fine. Once we arrived in Dallas, however, it took an absorbent amount of time for the crew to open the door. On top of that, the skyline in Dallas was broken down and it caused me to miss my flight completely. I’m a student so I don’t have much money so I had to “sleep” in the airport because I couldn’t get a hotel voucher due to the fact that I missed my flight due to the airport and not the airline itself. My next flight is tomorrow morning but now takes away time from an incredibly busy and tight schedule that I was on. Not happy at all with the Dallas airport."

Cons: "Aircraft at least in our section was very cold the whole flight. My young son was very cold even in a sweatshirt. I was very cold in a sweater, shirt, and jeans. I asked a crew member if they might have a blanket to cover my son, he brusquely replied “No blankets, no pillows!” So we just froze for 5.5 hours."

Cons: "I had a connecting flight in DFW to BOS. My plane left late from OKC, giving very little time to get to my connecting flight in DFW. The flight arrived in BOS and I got to the gate at 6:15pm; with a flight departure of 6:25pm. I felt the gate agent handled the situation very poorly. Instead of letting me, and another passenger with the same situation as mine, let us know why the gate was closed 10 minutes prior to departure was rude and brusque and said sorry, nothing could be done. A simple explanation of why we couldn't board would have gone a long way. She finally barked out for us to go to Customer Service to re-route us. Customer Service was very slow and the agents had attitudes. I did get on an AA flight the next morning, including comp vouchers for dinner and breakfast, but I missed an entire day of the conference I was attending in Boston."

Pros: "Flight attendants were very kind, attentive and caring. There was a special needs girl in the same row as me that was by herself and they were always making sure she was okay and comfortable as well as the rest of the plane."

Cons: "Delayed departure with no explanation. Other passengers clogged up the overhead bins with small bags, purses and containers of to-go food. Causing me to place my carry on in an overhead bin multiple aisles behind my seat which made for a cluster trying to board and de board."

Pros: "The boarding wasn’t smooth, there were 3 women at the podium listing zones and it was very mumbled and low, quite hard to hear despite the small area dedicated to Allegiant passengers."
Cons: "The women at the podium listing flights could have been friendlier and more customer service oriented... there was a lot of mumbling into the speaker for boarding ... and the person kept giggling into the mic. Once past boarding, everything was great !"

Cons: "There was no way for us to add another bag after our seat placement. No one answered the phone for Alligent and the website didn’t work. It costs $20 extra to do this at the airport. Even though it was not our fault that there was no one answering phone calls (and no way to leave a message)"

Pros: "Easy boarding, very nice crew. I would definitely recommend spending the extra for Priority, it is much faster."

Pros: "The flight was delayed for almost 4 hrs, but the staff was excellent. From the check-in agent, the gate agent, the flight attendants and pilots - everybody was upbeat and helpful."
Cons: "Just the continual delays, but the mobile notices were so helpful in not coming to the airport for a delayed flight. As always, the fact that the seats don’t recline makes the trip more uncomfortable."

Pros: "Everything the service for breakfast , the interpretation for more information about when you’re in a plane what to do in case something happened and stuff"
Cons: "They didn’t have a WiFi on for the plan I couldn’t use my phone at all"

Pros: "After the delay, we were treated to complimentary soft drinks and snack mix. This was after sitting in the plane for over an hour, though."
Cons: "We spent two hours of the delay in the airport and then eventually boarded. However, another problem with the plane developed and we waited for at least an hour more in the incredibly cramped plane. The seats are bearable for a short flight, but they’re hard to endure with multiple delays. The boarding was also disorganized. There were two announcements: one for people who needed extra time to board and another for the final call. Nothing in between."

We did enjoy buying some tickets from a lady named Valerie in Des Moines who also later had to come on the plane and remove an intoxicated woman. She made everything so easy and simple and enjoyable. And we especially enjoyed the treatment that we received as my husband is a veteran. Thank you so much for that."

Cons: "Felt nickel and dimed to death by extra fees for trip insurance, luggage, and picking advanced seating. Ended up spending more than if we had just chose another airline."

Cons: "Baggage fees are outrageous, no complimentary amenities or refreshments. Flight attendants were rude in asking parties to return to assigned seats, while there were several completely open rows towards the back, (no obvious or explained reason aside from "assigned ticket seats" that they should remain empty. Families or companions could have traveled together- seemed unnecessary to prevent this, only gain noticed was Flight attendants satisfaction at denying seat relocation."

Cons: "Both original and 2nd plane had malfunctions which caused extensive delays and doubled boarding time"

Cons: "Flight was delayed for hours then canceled"

Cons: "After the horrendous delays getting to my destination I just bit the bullet and bought new tickets (duplicates) on a different airline to get back home-- rather than risk a repeat experience. Ended up costing an extra $300 but at least I didn't have to spend an entire day in an airport trying to keep my 7 year old from losing his mind."

Cons: "Due to regulations, our crew had to delay our flight 39 min. This was done the night before. There was no way we were going to make our connecting flight, but no one from United seemed to care. The crew from milwaukee to Houston was rude and unhelpful."

Pros: "There were extra seats due to few passengers. We were very timely in leaving and landing. The dinner was good. I had pasta with spinich and a red and white sause. Very tasty and hot. They came around with plenty of water. The ticket price was very reasonable."
Cons: "This flight was on United. So, there was no internet to purchase as the emails from Lufthansa claimed there would be. I woke up in the middle of the night and went to 3 open seats and laid across them. It was dark and I did not realize that I had moved to Economy Plus. The flight attendant told me that I should not have been there, that she could have charged me for the difference in the seat. Prior to this I felt pretty good about the flight. There was no reason for her to treat me that way. It was apparent that it was a mistake and not done purposely."

Cons: "Flight delayed in Chicago with no one at gate ro provide any information on when flight would actually leave. Plane was scheduled to leave at 8:40pm and finally left at 12:43 am. Will never fly United through Chicago again."

I was in the very last row. And when the food cart approached she just wheeled right past without asking me. Then we i tried to get her attention she looked annoyed and ignored me. So i just ate ice cubes. It was unacceptable. I could hear her bickering at the other flight attendants in the back. It was so unprofessional."
