Cons: "Electrical plug is right at your knee level. Bread is rock hard an inedible. Plane felt very dry compared to other Delta planes. Would be good to know when the Wifi will be off (as it is off as we "approach the North Pole"). I wish we didn't have to repack bags that are over 52lb."

Cons: "Flight was delayed....3 times(more?) from late at night to early morning the next day. Delta Help Desk rescheduled me and got me a room at Howard Johnson’s for the night. Called HoJo’s to confirm they had non-smoking rooms available. Got on the hotel’s shuttle bus and the driver announced that HoJo was full and all voucher holders would go to Rodeway Inn but those without vouchers would go to HoJo....huh!?? Called HoJo and the same person I’d spoken to 20 mins prior said it was correct, that Rodeway was a sister property. The Rodeway Inn Metro Airport is pretty disgusting. This is my opinion after coming from remote Mexico and extensive travel in Africa. It should be torn down. Delta/HoJo should not send customers there."

I asked the flight attendant to help me and she said, I can find a place for my bag further down the aisle. This is a complete inconvenience, as I would have to walk and hold off the de-planing while I find my bag. I have always met friendly flight attendants to assist me as I am boarding, until this one! she was so rude and not willing to help at all!"

I'm convinced that the routine of the job blinds both the TSA and airline employees to this fact. Clear and concise instructions would be great, regulars will continue to ignore you. So no harm, no foul."

Cons: "I wouldn't rate this flight on a five-star grid--I give it 0.0 stars. Delta's economy seats are so tiny that even a small person like myself finds it agonizing to ride in them for a moderate-length flight. We need aggressive regulation of our airlines to prevent the unconscionable and humiliating way they treat economy passengers. It's not safe, healthy or humane to ask human beings to sit for hours in tiny spaces with very little air (on top of everything else, the plane was mercilessly hot the whole time). Next time I will choose a European carrier--even the discount Euro carriers are better than any US airline."

Cons: "The plane was incredibly hot and humid while we were on the ground. The stewardess told us we had a broken APU but would not tell us what that is or if it was actually a problem. Someone pressed the call button during the flight but the stewardess couldn't be bothered to get up and the call light stayed on the whole flight. Eventually the plane cooled some once we were airborne but stayed too warm. It got very hot once again when we landed."

When they delayed the flight I asked to get my bag back, but they assured me it would be on the American Airlines flight they transferred me to. Guess what...it wasn't. And now I'm stuck in Portland with nothing but my wallet, keyes and phone, and a small bag of toiletries given to me by American (which should have been United's responsibility). This is the FOURTH trip with United where they have screwed me over with either baggage loss or itinerary issues. NEVER using United after this trip. Next time I book, I'd rather just go with the next price up if it means not flying with them!!"

When the seat in front of me leans back, I can't even lay my head down on the tray table because the space is too small for me to bend forward. So I'm forced to sit up right on two long flights, the first didn't even have in-flight entertainment. I can't imagine someone bigger than me (5'4" 150 lbs) being able to even reach the floor if something was dropped."

So either way we were going to have a longer day and extra leg.....which I only paid for ONE plane change. After running to the gate because my first flight was late taking off, this flight was delayed due to engine issues. The agent had us standing in line for 1 1/2 hours while she tried to figure out what was going on. So instead of taking off at 5:40 pm, we took off at 9 pm and still had to catch a bus from Boston to Providence...HORRIBLE Flight = Long Day/Night"

Gate agent was not overwhelmingly helpful or understanding to people's frustrations during the delay and didn't go out of her way to try to help. Customer Service was helpful and able to rebook and provide overnight hotel accommodations, but it was a very slow process that clearly frustrated some customers even more. Clearly not anyone's fault, but still frustrating and not a great flying experience."

Pros: "Everything really was superb. Food rated low because of a measly biscuit on a 6 hour flight. Entertainment rated low because I even had to pay to gain access to the flight tracker. And, as far as airlines go, comfort should've been 5 stars, but I really could have used a back pillow. Or even a back pillow option (had I asked an attendant - all of whom were awesome). PS. Kayak's regular emails kept me unusually updated on flight progress and their communication was the main factor in my decision to complete this survey."

When i arrived to New Orleans I was charged an additional 30.00 dollars for parking!"
