Pros: last minute upgrade was nice, made sleeping much nicer. food was good, flight uneventful which is always a good thing.

Cons: Some of the flight attendants had an attitude and we not very personable to others. Just doing their job, ticking off the boxes. One was very kind, the others not so much.

Cons: Literally everything. I spent 30 hours sitting in the Philadelphia airport and then had to buy a flight with SouthWest so that I could get home. Too bad my luggage is headed for Toledo.

Cons: The seats are so cramped - not just on this flight but on ALL flights. It’s especially hard on my husband who is larger than I am. Airline cre, food and entertainment made up for the space but US airlines should re-think this sardine approach to flying. Sorry to vent. Thank you.

Cons: I was seated next to an extremely large man. I possessed only half of my seat for the duration of the six hour flight. I asked a flight attendant to move me but she said the flight was full. There should be a protocol for passengers over 300 lbs.

Pros: Wonderful friendly crew. Comfy seat. Very pleasantly impressed with the comfort on a CRJ900 -- windows are large and closer to eye level, standing room is enough.

Cons: Flight was delayed 2 hours. Even though I had carry on, they checked it and this made me waste my time at baggage claim rather than gate checking. Flight attendants were miserable. Power supply didn’t work at seats.

Cons: The gate change was not announced on my phone app (changed from E7 to D49). I hate leaving out of Terminal E at MIA. There is no point to having TSA Pre-Check if you have to stand in line with people who don't have it. I have to remove my liquids and laptop. It's such a shabby, run-down terminal.

Pros: Left on time and arrived early. Plane seemed to be quite new. Head room and leg room was good (partly due to the smaller, thinner seats).

Cons: The smaller, thinner, harder seats are not super comfy - I was fine with it for my <3 hour flight, but I wouldn't want to sit in those seats for a longer flight. However my husband complained his backside was hurting by the end of the flight.

Pros: I flee economy. Seats are tight and not real comfy but the crew always is helpful with pillows and blanket.

Cons: The touch screen to watch movies was terrible. The screen did not respond well at all to touch and there was no Sound. Even when attempting to increase volume with volume control, it simply did not work. Even my seat mate attempted it and had no luck. extremely long flight- no entertainment

Pros: Frontier closed their ticketing counter before 45mins before the flight was scheduled to take off. No one was at the ticketing counter...just a small sign saying counter closes 45mins before flight. Self service kiosk worked for some but started telling everyone to go to the ticketing counter.

Cons: No signage for frontier airlines at o'hare airport. Not found in the departure flight schedule for phoenix either. Even at the gate there was no sign for our flight, only shown while we are boarding was the next flight to Colorado. There was a lot of confusion.

Cons: I quickly realized that it was a mistake to only pay $8 additional for my cramped seating. I felt like I was on public transportation with absolutely no legroom. They have designed the new plastic seats to be as thin as possible with a tiny 6" flap -not even a tray that can hold a drink. Ridiculous!

Pros: My original flight and rebooked flight were both canceled, then this flight was delayed. Even with the extra time, we still sat on the runway because paperwork wasn't in order. It was just a mess.
