Cons: "Earlier in the day when I was checking in, there was a prompt to be added to the list of volunteers to take a different flight should one of my later flights (it did not specify, I flew from DAY to ATL, and then ATL to ORF) was overbooked. My schedule was accommodating enough that I selected yes. In ATL I was called up as a potential volunteer as they needed 3 volunteers to take a later flight that day. I was told that I was not initially assigned a seat since I had earlier agreed to be a potential volunteer. I was okay with all of this. We were told that the decision would be made at the end of boarding, and we would know if our seats were needed. At the end of boarding they called for the 3 volunteers to board. I was the last one to board and was given my seat assignment. Once I got on the plane I saw that someone had already been assigned my seat and let a flight attendant know what had happened. I stood on the plane for about 10 minutes while the flight attendants and other crew members tried to figure out what had happened. My name was not listed under any cabin (main, comfort, etc) even though I had a ticket and a seat assignment. Eventually they had to open the doors again for me to get off the plan as there were no available seats. Once I got back to the gate podium I was booked on a later flight, as would have been the case had the normal course of action for volunteering to give up my seat taken place. Everyone was extremely helpful in trying to figure out what had happened, but it was still frustrating that it had to happen in that way. Luckily I don't believe the delay caused any major delay for the flight. In the end, things worked out fine, it just seems as though this is an issue that didn't need to happen."

Pros: "Crew was very attentive and curtious. Boarding was a bit more chaotic than usual and the gate agent made no announcement about boarding procedure, which certainly contributed to the scrum resulting. I arrived from the Skyclub several minutes prior to boarding time and was unable to find a path through to the Priority Boarding Lane. As boarding began she had to redirect at least seventy-five percent of those in front of me as they were not in First Class. Had she made one or more clear announcements about boarding procedure I rather doubt such a misunderstanding would have occurred with so many."
Cons: "For the third Delta flight in a row (all First Class) the crew did not make any effort to keep economy class cuctomers form storing bags in the First Class overhead or using the only First Class laveratory during flight. This flight I was unable to utilize the laveratory even once due to this excessive and continuous useage. Trying to do my bit to reduce our carbon footprint, yet I am sorely tempted to return to charter service when disrespect of the airlines own basic service class rules gets piled on top of TSA hassles."

Pros: "I didn't get a chance to get the gentleman's name at the gate, but he was able to get me on the earlier flight (since I had NO luggage and only 1 carry on that fit under my seat) and didn't charge me the stupid fee for filling a seat that was empty when I was giving up a seat on a later flight that would accommodate those who missed this earlier flight. Nice to see kindness in an industry that seizes fees on every opportunity."

It was delayed in 30 min increments, which made it hard to do anything else around the airport since I was constantly in a state of "about to board." A frustrating experience. No posts of extra snacks while waiting, or compensation or explanation of what caused the delay."

Cons: "I take this flight quite a lot. These comments are for this flight (MIA/MSP) - but not necessarily only for this exact flight that I took on 10/1. To be clear - the crew says "this is not AA", it is Republic Airlines". Well, they must think of themselves very poorly. Their food in first class is always changing - oh, I meant only the names for the same exact meal change. "Grilled Chicken with Couscous", "Grilled Chicken with Risotto", etc.. - all cold meals as they do not have an oven/microwave? on the plane. They are charging first class international prices for economy domestic service. For this amount of money, they should have better meals and a more modern airplane. The first class is always freezing (even in summer) while the rear cabin where the crew stays when not working, is hot. So if they make the first class happy with the correct temperature, they cook in the back. I have also observed more people than usual coughing and getting colds - both ways - than any of the other flights I take regularly (over 115,000 miles on AA this year). I would suggest that AA make it clear that Republic must offer better service to their customers - especially for the large airfares they are receiving."

Then when we ask about changing to a different flight they told us that the original flight we were supposed to be on (that we booked over 8 months ago) was completely full so that’s why we were moved, and there were no other flights available to switch to. So we accepted that. But when we printed our boarding passes, we saw that our seats were now separate from each other, and they were both middle seats! I don’t understand how booking my tickets so far in advance still resulted in these issues. We were finally able to get an aisle and window seat (not near each other) but both flights had poor to little entertainment, which I wouldn’t have expected on such long flights with American Airlines. Really was letdown. :("

After that, we were told there would be another 30 minute delay. Once we were on board and the cabin doors were closed we were told there would be another 55 minute delay. Also, LGA is such a mess these days due to construction and would have been nice to get an email notification beforehand about it. We barely made our outgoing flight!"

Worst experience had."

A representative came in and rudely ejected us from the area. I could understand if there were "priority" passengers who needed a seat, but nobody needed those seats. They charge extra for each bag, including your carry- on, when you pick your seat you are charged depending on where it is in the aircraft, if you want a drink or food on the plane you will have to pay, if you do not print your ticket prior to arriving to the aiport they will charge you, etc."

Pros: "The crew was awesome! They were friendly and very focused on their passengers. The plane was clean and the flight, itself was great. Worth flying from Oregon to So. Cal., will do again. Loved the flight times, and because of them, we were able to have half a day on departure day (Thursday 3:30 pm) to drop off dogs, pack and run errands and some work and arriving back home (Tuesday 9:46 am) gave us all day to work and get ready for the week."
Cons: "Plane did not board or leave on time, spent a lot of time waiting both on and off plane. I also did not like being hit with the taxes and fees at Alamo, after booking through Allegiant. Those should have been included in the initial payment, because I could have rented same vehicle for $40 less through Alamo website,(final payment w/ T&F's) That was a waste of your customer's money."

Pros: "It's like taking the public bus during rush hour. Organized chaos. But I guess you literally get what you pay for so, yeah. The crew was awesome though. No qualms there."
Cons: "Disorganized boarding. Even the extra room seats are cramped. Bathrooms are a step up from a porta potty. DO NOT SIT NEAR THEM unless you plan on holding your breath the while flight."

Pros: "Bring your own snacks & entertainment you will enjoy your flight. Make sure you eat before your flight. Download the Allegiant Air app to your cell phone you will have a Mobile Boarding pass no need to print use your phone."

Pros: "The price, found a round trip from Albuquerque to Austin 3 weeks ahead for 74$. I couldn't believe it"

Cons: "The LA to Eugene leg was delayed in departing, but this was an improvement on the cancelled flight from Eugene to LA. Arrived at the airport 2 hours early per their instructions to find the flight was delayed. Thirty minutes later they cancelled the flight and then provided no information concerning the new flight the following day."

Cons: "I didn't go on my trip. My course in SF was cancelled and United would n't refund my money or change the dates for my trips because of there basic economy package. They have 3 different economy packages and the economy basic doesn't get refunds and you can't change the flights if needed. It feels like they are banking on increasing there ROI with this basic economy ticket which is 40 -60 dollars cheaper than the next economy package. Intuitively they know people will pick that, but if something comes up the customer is screwed."

By the time I got to my new flight gate- it was delayed so would miss my next connecting flight. Long story short it's 3 hours past when I was suppose to leave and settled for s flight to PDX tonight getting in at midnight. My friend From eugue is picking me up in Portland tomorrow. Cons: "Flight was cancelled twice and only paid for hotel. Would not pay for food"

Cons: "No one could get their story straight and actually lied! I was sent a text (I was already at the airport) that the flight would be delayed due to "aircraft maintenance". Not true in the least bit. Then when we finally landed in Denver (nearly every person on that flight missed their connecting flights) we were told the system said the delay was "due to weather". Another lie. Then they announced there would be gate agents to meet us when we got off the plane to assist with connecting flights. First gate agent said "I have no information you have to go to gate 56". The person at gate 56 said "I don't open for another 15 minutes so you have to go to gate 39"! The real story? They made us change gates 5 times in Fargo! The gate attendant was using the "F-bomb"! It wasn't aircraft maintenance or the weather. They couldn't get the walkway to work! In the end, we still left from the original gate and had to walk outside on the tarmac to board the plane. Why didn't they just opt for that to begin with and avoid all the missed flights? My measly voucher isn't nearly enough compensation and if United ever expects me to fly with them again I am expecting a full refund (as other passengers received- I witnessed the manager in Denver authorize a full refund for another passenger but only offered me $50)"

Cons: "I flew round trip to Bangkok from Chicago last year for $460. Why does one way from Fargo N.D. To Green Bay, WI cost $480?! My flight said it was late on the screen (6:40) but actually flew on time. I think a kid missed his flight because of it. My connecting flight in Chicago was way too tight because of a LONG delay waiting to unboard. Had to run, yes run through ORD to get to terminal 2 from 1 within minutes to catch my flight. It was too stressfu and expensive."

Cons: "After much concerns and inquiries made bag did NOT make the plane! There is as no one to h love me to n white Planes for 45 minutes! No one at the counter? Wow! Finally supervisor Jill was able to track it down in Chicago where th y took it off the he plane as my carry on because they had no room l ft from the h limited space. After working very hard to get my bag of o White Plains that evening, supervisor Jill hung out an hour past her shift ended to get it on the last transport to my hotel. The transport blew herself by ft and never showed up or called the o say he wasn't coming back! I got my bag on he next morning just in tim for my event! I also was not credited my frequent flyer miles. Some glitch in the system. Overall I must rate my experience as a one star simply because the pilots got us there safely."

Cons: "Being packed into the seats like sardines, not nearly enough leg room and even when reclined the chair sits too up right. When the seat in front of me leans back, I can't even lay my head down on the tray table because the space is too small for me to bend forward. So I'm forced to sit up right on two long flights, the first didn't even have in-flight entertainment. I can't imagine someone bigger than me (5'4" 150 lbs) being able to even reach the floor if something was dropped."

Pros: "Process went smoothly. Mainly everything that was expected was provided."
Cons: "I was disappointed the entertainment option on the United app was not available for this flight. Also, trash was not collected until the end of the flight which was irritating to keep I. My pocession for the entirety of he flight."

Pros: "I liked the fact another passenger was willing to switch seats so my husband and I could sit together."
Cons: "I didn't like the attitude received from the person at the desk at the gate. My husband and I looked at our tickets and were surprised to see the seat assignments I had chosen when I purchased the tickets were not there and instead the boarding pass said "see agent". She then assigned us seating in separate rows and handed us new boarding passes. No explanation. We looked at them and handed them right back and said no thank you, we had purchased tickets together. She said, "this flight has been oversold" and motioned for the next passenger to step up. This really upset my husband who told her, "Wait, we are not finished discussing this!" He went on to explain to her we purchased our tickets together with seat assignments - Together. She then said if we didn't reclaim them when checking in, 24 hours prior, the seats then became available again. What kind of logic is this?! Ugh! If I wanted to be treated like cattle I would have stuck with Southwest! We. It's back to Southwest for us. At least they are up front with their rules."

Pros: "Less of a delay than I've come to expect with United."
Cons: "I would also like the breakdown of my flight combined. Having to justify paying more for an economy seat (Plus) I can move in is not fun on an expense report. I feel like it's more and more expensive (nickel and diming) and no space and all to frequent delays. I'm considering switching airlines."

Pros: "I liked that the airline gave me a complimentary flight change because I didn't realize I was crossing into another time zone to get to the air port so by the time I got through the traffic and to the airport, my flight was pretty much leaving. They were very quick to get everything rearranged for my new flight. I was very tearful. The staff was very helpful."
Cons: "I didn't like that it took me almost an hour to get through security, however that is probably why they say to be there two hours early. I also didn't like how hard it was to find where I was supposed to be dropped off for departures. It took me about 30 mins driving in circles trying to find the place to be dropped off for departures. I first went to the international side because my final destination was an international destination but then I realized that my first flight is domestic.... I'm a dork. :/ I wish they would tell you the exact directions how to get to the gate and could give you a live feed on estimated time it will take to get there. I should have called ahead of time to figure it out, but I want expecting it to be so hard."
