Fast and sensible boarding was absolutely amazing. But extortionate wifi and seats that barely moved, making me unable to sleep, didn't do a lot of favors.

Dinner was fabulous. Would have enjoyed a wine with it. None offered... for sale??? Breakfast was disappointing but adequate amount of food.

No food service. A sandwich at this hour would have been good. My 1st time on AL so didn't look into pre board purchase options.

Dublin airport is big and US Customs and Immigration screening officers are is part of the process there. This eliminates screening upon arrival to US, however should be taken into consideration when playing your transfer. After all, pleasant experience enhanced by draft Guinness and Irish coffee at the buffet area near the gate. We loved boarding by the row, back of the airplane first.

There was a mixup with our tickets. They said they did not receive payment for them but yet we had seat assignments. We had to purchase last-minute tickets which cost us three times as much. that’s why they got a rated of a one.

I was pleasantly surprised and enjoyed the services of the airline since flying is not my favorite thing. My goal was to be with my brother's family in Manchester after his death. All staff was helpful, the food appreciated since I selected an overnight flight. Every aspect of the experience was comforting. I plan to return to Manchester in order to attend my brother's funeral in October and hope that I am able to find a reasonable priced flight. Thank you

Terrible. So upset either way this flight. We scrambled to make it as it was delayed an hour.

We were very satisfied and would fly with Aer Lingus again in the future.

Better food than other airlines and the flight staff was very attentive and nice.

Very good except for the boarding process which was more hectic than it should have been
