Cons: "This flight was probably great but I was not on it"

Pros: "Most comfortable seats of the three flights. Crew friendly and attentive. Acted like they enjoyed their work."

Cons: "I know it's not the airline's fault, but we were delayed for weather. Also seats do no recline and there is no entertainment."

Pros: "Since I wasn't allowed on the flight because another leg caused us to arrive with only an hour to board, I can't tell you anything that was enjoyable."
Cons: "The KLM representative was COMPLETELY unhelpful. She basically told us we were screwed and to go away. We spent hours on the phone at great cost to us (international pay phone charges) to be bounced for one rep to another. We were finally told we could get in a plane home Sunday, please to be transferred, starting the process over from the beginning. It was TERRIBLE, beginning to end!"

Cons: "I had 15 hours layover in Amsterdam so I got me a hotel.one hour after I got to the hotel I got a notification from Kayak app asking me to go get my bag from Schiphol. My bag was supposed to be directly shipped to PDX. I had to leave my hotel back to the airport and spend 2 hours trying to find it only to be told that it was going to PDX. I lost my $170 hotel room, over $70 for taxis and ended up spending the night on the floor at Schipol. I do not think I'll ever use Kayak again. The travel guarantee is a joke too."

Cons: ". The flight was overbooked and I had to wait for last minute to find out weather I will be on board of the flight .My bags were left behind in Amsterdam which were delivered later than they were supposed to."

Cons: "Although I have priority status -The ground crew in Amsterdam gave me hard time with 7 extra Pounds, and I was trying to take it out of the suitcase to no avail. Eventually the agent I was checking in with got busy, I went to a new agent, and with a flick of a keyboard he approved the extra rate based on my status, without even have my to request it."

Pros: "I love the overwhelming positivity exuded by the stallions in business class. Sometimes good things happen to mediocre coffee, others not so lucky!"
Cons: "The guy next to me looked like Joel Osteen and his daughter was actually Cardi B. I could feel the existential dread coming from their tray tables. Also, Lemon and Caramel cheesecake? What an awful flavor combination."

Cons: "A/C was blowing right on our heads. Asked to have the A/C turned down. They said sure. The nothing. Asked again? Nothing. 3rd time, my neighbor and the people in the seat ahead told them that we were ll cold. Nothing! I was sneezing by the time we landed."

Pros: "Friendly staff, good service and on time departure/arrival. Was also quite pleased with the food options available during such a long flight."

Pros: "On the first leg I liked the entertainment options. There were plenty of current content to watch and the screen was good enough. I still resorted to my iPad after a while but it was more because I wanted to watch something specifically rather than I had to. The food was decent but as usual the good stuff runs out before you get your turn. Order special food next time."
Cons: "I don’t like any airlines boarding process in general. They always seem inefficient and slow. I didn’t like the free headphones they passed out. They’re so awful that they really ruin whatever you’re trying to watch."

Cons: "Flight boarding was an abomination as it was delayed 6 times. Then we had to board (by bus) to a location about 1-2 miles from the gate. Gate agents DID NOT keep the passengers updated. A simple announcement every 10-15 minutes would have made a big difference. Also video screens on several rows did not work, no entertainment for a 7 hr flight."

Pros: "The seat in Comfort+ was comfortable. The crew was very professional and also friendly and pleasant. The flight departed on time and arrived early."

Pros: "About 10-15 yrs ago I stopped transatlantic flights on Delta. It was a scruffy airline with uninterested cabin crew & not to talk of food etc. What a change! Neat clean A330, friendly crew & food + beverages to brag (you pay outrageous prices on 'leaner-meaner' airlines if at all available). Loved the whole experience. Flying is not only getting from A to B & Delta has realized it. Looking forward to my next Delta flight!"

Cons: "The most horrible experience. Pathetic to say the least. No water in the flight lavotries. Such a pathetic service from so called top airline."

Cons: "This flight was on a Transavia codeshare with Delta and a real downer after coming from a Delta One business class segment. An uncontrolled mass boarding, crammed in seating, no amenities and charges for a drink of water made this a pretty crappy flight. The crew was nice though."

Cons: "When I checked in online, I received boarding passes for the first two legs of the trip, but was told to see a gate agent in Amsterdam for the boarding pass for that flight. It turns out that there was a problem, attributed by one of the KLM staff that I talked with to "a communication problem between Delta and KLM." As a result, I was finally given a stand-by boarding pass. Since the flight was full, I was denied boarding. After hours of trying to figure this out, the KLM staff put me on a flight for the next day and organized a stay at an airport hotel. The KLM staff were very nice, but it seemed to take a very long time to figure this out. They also failed to note that the denial of boarding in the records, which caused a problem in my return flight. The upshot: I missed a follow-on flight to Budapest and had to pay a huge rebooking fee for that missed flight. I also missed a day of my vacation."

Cons: "As usual, a small space on a full flight. Pretty uncomfortable."

Pros: "Lots of seat space even in economy, I felt very comfortable and not cramped on my flight. Food was decent and flight attendants were very attentive. My flight was kind of an outlier experience as someone on my flight fell very ill and needed immediate medical attention. The KLM employees on board did a very good job of taking care of the situation and making sure everyone else on board still had a calm flight experience."

Cons: "That when ever I try Delta there is a dramatic event that is mishandled and causes my flight to be extremely delayed or canceled. Promised to never take delta. I booked KLM and didn't know delta would be involved. Horrible."

Cons: "The handle on my checked bag was broken when I got it at immigration. Not sure why they pulled out the handle since it was retracted when checked in."

Cons: "Schiphol has an excellent system in place -- you get through all the checkpoints to the gaits in less than 15 minutes. Then at the gait, at least at Delta/KLM they re-check all the documents twice, and that part takes 40 minutes -- so be prepared to come early to take that into account."

Cons: "I had to go on my trip a few days later due to a work conflict. I never changed my itinerary because I didn’t think it mattered. I bought a new one way ticket on a different airline and went to get on my return flight that I had paid for and was still receiving emails about. I got to the airport to check in for my return flight and it had been canceled because I didn’t get on the first leg. I was never notified and they couldn’t get me on the flight I wanted because it was leaving in less than hour(which is a stupid rule). And to get me on a flight the next day would cost $2500. No thanks. And before anyone tells me that it’s in the fine print that they cancel a flight if you don’t show up, save it. We all know people don’t read all that. Be a human being. So if your plans change, make sure you officially change your plans, because they may go above, but probably not beyond. Oh and it took quite a long time for them to figure out what happened. If they had realized and I didn’t spend so much time on the phone with customer service, I might’ve been outside the hour window requirement."

Cons: "Being bussed a long way out to the airplane made us depart late. Very inefficient handling by the staff. They should have started earlier. This has never happened to me before on United. What has happened?"

Pros: "The staff were super attentive, they kept walking down the aisle with cups of water and interacted with the passengers throughout the flight. The crew seemed to work very well together, I could sense a great harmony between them that really put all of us passengers at ease. I am quick to complain about US carriers and have had some awful experiences flying US airline companies, so feel the need to really compliment this crew. If other United flights are like this, I will definitely fly them again."

Cons: "United's flight was delayed by 6 hours, couldn't make the connecting flight from Washington DC to Denver so they routed me to san francisco, spend the night at the airport there and then travel to Denver in the morning. Fortunately there was a very helpful crew in Schiphol that was able to get us on a flight with american airlines to philadelphia and then on to Denver."

Cons: "United crew was so rude. It was very apparent they were annoyed and burnt out from their jobs. I even overhead a crew member making a rude comment about me to another crew member. All I did was ask a question, and apparently it was a stupid one. Made me appreciate my flight to Amsterdam on Swiss even more than I aready did!"

Cons: "I was unable to go on the flight because of the extraordinarily high cost of changing a last name from a maiden name to a married name. I was so disappointed by the service."

Cons: "Lufthansa was not good at all and different from what I have seen some years ago, it is going down"

Cons: "Plane sat on rinway in Newark. For 4 hours before takeoff with no explanation provided. I miissed my connection to Dubrovnik. I was flown from munich to frankfurt and then to zagreb. I was put up in a very low class hotel. I aarived in dubrovnik at noon the following day. This caused me great anxiety and aggravation and a losd of a full day of vacation."

Pros: "nicest flight attendants and very friendly, thoughtful service. thanks for a great flight!"

Pros: "Crew and staff were very friendly, helpful and wonderful experience with them. I appreciate the flight leaving and arriving close to scheduled time."
Cons: "No USB charge connectors/power outlets (integral these days on a long international flight). The quality of in seat tv screen is mediocre - best to watch on your own device (but then you need the USB connection that is missing on this flight). The wifi kept on dropping in the plane (both ways). The food is not as good as served on other airlines and they ran out of dishes both ways and we did not have choices and had to eat what was available (which was not good either). Should indicate on seat selection when making purchase if there will be items below seat such as metal boxes that will limit legroom more than for other seats. I was placed at such a seat both ways, and had no legroom for over 8 hrs each way. :/"

Pros: "The first leg of this flight was excellent. Good crew, excellent service, great entertainment centers, comfortable seating, enough room in aisle to allow movement. The second leg of our journey ( From D.C. to Seattle) was another story."

Pros: "the United app that let me watch movies from my own device. The flight attendant gave me an extra blanket."
Cons: "the plane was very old and didn't have the entertainment options that newer planes have. The screen was so small and nearly impossible to see when the person in front of me reclined. The toilets weren't very clean. The food was very mediocre. I have a dairy intolerance, and both options contained dairy products. There was no lactose free or diabetic special meal option. There was an hour and a half delay to repair something on the plane when we made an emergency medical landing in Boston. I didn't mind the landing; I minded the excessive delay and wonder what would have happened if we didn't stop in Boston? What would have happened to the plan?"

Pros: "I liked the equipment, very comfortable. The actual entertainment was alright, but it would be better to have the movies start when one is ready, and not on a fixed schedule. Plenty of bathrooms."
Cons: "We were quite shocked that we couldn't check in on-line. We spent literally hours, even brought a computer with us on a day-trip so we would be the regular 24 hrs before. Then tat also changed to 23 hours, then we were denied completely. This is very old-fashioned and really unacceptable. Why???"

Pros: "Boarding was a bit crowded and hectic. The food was good as was the service. We had tons of entertainment options."
Cons: "Checking in in Amsterdam was a nightmare. Long lines everywhere. They can't handle the volume of passengers efficiently"

Cons: "United Priority Gold Status were placed in Group 2 boarding?!"

Pros: "The fact that we had two checked bags at no cost as well as the communication of the airline crew and also the choice of entertainment which even included HBO and Showtime."

Cons: "I required a wheelchair from gate to gate, on each gate I had to ask for it a few times, regardless that it said so in the computer. On one departure i bearly made as we ran really late. United reps seems kind of moody. Waiting for so eone to pick me up last minute made for a really stressful trip."

Pros: "ONLY 3 OF 10 CHECK IN DESKS OPEN FOR 250 PEOPLE. TOOK OVER 90 MINUTES."

Pros: "The service was outstanding. There was a lot of space between the seats. A lot of movies to choose and the best part you don't have to pay for it. Nothing like other airlines. This is the best by far!"

Cons: "Well, first of all, it was operated by United. It wasn't even a Lufthansa flight. Also, there was no power outlets in economy. What year is this again??? And no touchscreen to choose what movie I want to watch?? Get with the times, United"

Cons: "I paid for the Premium Economy upgrade but they don't tell you that even though you have more leg room, the window seat has a big silver box through half of your leg room space. The seats also had these tiny tv screens for entertainment. I bought the flight through Lufthansa & it was a United plane. Wish it was Lufthansa."

Pros: "The flight was good, no delays and we made good time. I was glad that the fasten seat belt sign wasn't on the entire flight."
Cons: "I spent 9 hours without in-seat entertainment because the system was broken. I had to follow up with the crew several times and no one ever checked with me to see if I was satisfied."

Cons: "It was an older plane and was not as comfortable. I found the staff on my side especially to be unprofessional and curt in their responses. One lady was chewing gum the second half of the trip. I also found their drink cart was not stocked properly and they would have to ask across the isle during all three drink services as opposed to prepping their cart."

Cons: "I will never fly with your airline! My luggage is damaged, the flight was terrible at informing people about gate change, the food was not edible, do I need to continue. I just wont fly with your company."

Cons: "The fact that we had a connecting flight to minot from Denver. Arrived late to Denver because of weather, but my stroller that I had left on the jetway in Seattle was never put on the plane which I didn't know until I got to minot. I was going to wait for it in denver, but I would have missed my flight to minot had I waited 5 more minutes. We arrived to minot only to find out that our 3 suitcases, one stroller and 2 car seats were never in the flight. Awful! And my connecting flight was even delayed an extra 55 min so I don't quite know where my things are."
