Cons: Nickel and dime. Bit of a scam really. Fake prices. Low prices on paper, but up charges on everything. Won’t even look at them anymore. Need to know what I’m going to spend.

Cons: Traveling first class in the CRJ commuter planes is really just coach as it was 15 years ago.

Cons: Plane was clean. Leg room was adequate for a 6 footer. Wafer cookie was good. Crew was nice.

Cons: We started by boarding plane, we sat on plane for nearly an hour before we had to get off due to maintenance. We sat in airport for another hour, got back on and had to wait another hour to take off. Such an uncomfortable experience knowing the plane was down. Horrible time.

Cons: Flight time was pushed back a few weeks ago. Slow boarding process so we landed about 30 min late.

Cons: The lights were on the whole night (redeye), which meant I couldn’t sleep.

Cons: We know that airports don’t allow you to bring water (liquids) and that water (and anything) is super expensive at the airport. I am very disappointed that there was not even free water during the flight. Also if there is nothing special about the seats why make you pay for selecting them.

Cons: When we booked our flight, we were not informed by KAYAK that we have to pay for our luggage! I t was very unpleasant surprise both ways.

Cons: The plane was an outdated jalopy. I thought the exit doors were going to fly off. This was in vast contrast to the 737 plane that we had taken earlier in the day for a flight from BNA to ATL.

Pros: The A330 was comfortable and the crew was efficient and cheerful.

Cons: Delta is the best experience we've had of late.

Cons: DTW to FLL, plane was delayed coming from BOS to DTW 5 hours for BOS weather. The plane arrived & they announced they would turn it around ASAP. They started the boarding process & then stopped it stating that a crew member had timed out. Delayed hour to FIND one. Shortly after delayed overnight.

Cons: Missed my connecting flight. Ended up being ticketed with a different itenerary with 11 hrs layover in Dulles washington. Had to spend my own money to hotel and taxi. And just few hrs when I finally arrived to my final destination, i had to work since I didnt have anymore sick time or vacation time. Very exhausted. Its was a night shift 12 hrs duty.

Pros: One of the crew couldn’t find extra pillows or blankets for my kids so they grabbed some from first class. I was very happy that they made the extra effort and looked passed the social economics of air plane seating class.

Cons: Delayed departure with no explanation. Other passengers clogged up the overhead bins with small bags, purses and containers of to-go food. Causing me to place my carry on in an overhead bin multiple aisles behind my seat which made for a cluster trying to board and de board.

Cons: Baggage limitations are not clear: especially when the ticket says no carryon luggage. What they mean is anything that fits under your seat and is under 20 lbs is OK. Seat did not recline. Leg room was poor.
