I like that it did not take any time to get through the process,

I did not like that they considered my laptop bag/purse as my one carry on bag and that I had to py $50.00 to check the other little small bag.

I booked with KLM (sky team) two separate return bookings on via SKY TEAM JFK > heathrow (delta) Heathrow > Amsterdam (klm) On the return leg, I couldn’t check my bag all the way through to JFK even though I stayed on SKY TEAM carriers. That should be possible, otherwise the value of staying in SKY TEAM isn’t as valuable to me.

Flight was on time. Boarding, flight, deboarding were all fine. Service was fine.

The flight numbers that Kayak provides ate not unusable and do not match any flights with the airline. Terribly inconvenient. A call to WestJest referred me to contact Delta. The Delta rep was able to help me. The airlines provided good service. But I probably will avoid booking with Kayak again.

I have never seen a gate attendant call each person by name as she scanned their boarding passes! At Delta I felt welcomed by every employee. Even the pilots greeted the passengers as they exited. All the other airlines just want my money, they want to cram me into smaller and smaller spaces and want me to sit there and shut up so they don't have to interact with me. I will fly Delta every chance I get, even if I have to pay more money.

Crew members were all very friendly and made the flight a nice trip as best they could.

It would make a lot more sense for people to board from the back and window seats first so that we are not climbing over each other to get to our tiny seats.

The worst flight. Got delayed and didn’t even end up on this flight. Got stuck in Houston for 20 hours. United is a horrible airlines

Retrieving cabin luggage at other end: THey make you line-up in the jetway waiting for the handlers to bring it up the stairs. Took a while to get that sorted.

The food was OK.

I have been flying all over the world on many different airlines. This was my first international flight on United. The 777 we were on had NO inflight intertainment system! The HVAC system switched from to Hot to to Cold and was mostly Freezing. The reading light controls were cross wired from different seats and aimed all wrong. The Flight attendants were mostly old and grumpy.

Flight was under 4 hours.

No where to store carry on since everyone is allowed to bring larger bags than they should so you end up having to stuff everything under the seat leaving no room for your legs. Very uncomfortable!

I liked booking/purchasing my ticket on Kayak on June 3rd.

I did not like arriving for my 4:50 PM EST flight at 4:10 PM EST and being told there is no way I can make my flight. The crew at CVG’s Delta desk is incredibly uninspiring and not helpful at all. A lot can be done in 40 minutes and they made little to no effort helping me make my flight or to get me on another flight on 6/13 that would get me home to Colorado Springs the same day.

Business class seats were short whdn lay flat. Metal footrest at the end made it uncomfortable to hang feet off the end. Little privacy

Flying to Portland was trouble free.

Rude to passengers and then went to the back and loudly complained about other passengers. Very unprofessional.

Aiirlines always want to try and chargel extra money for everything. If you purchase tickets back in February and still can't sit with your significant other that's a problem to me.

The seatback entertainment system was working today.

They decried it as a pre-screening, which implies it is for everyone (perhaps because of an international flight...?), but when we arrived- they simply scanned our boarding passes without any additional questions.

Denver had about 2” of blowing snow but the flight in was good and the pilot and crew kept us up to date.

It didn’t happen.

Because of the late plane and possible missed connection, I was re-booked for the next day without any compensation.

i got to my destination and back

everything else. would not honor my military identification on the way back, but you all honored it on the way there. very inconsistent. staff very rude and unprofessional. I hate frontier. they "get you with the cheap fare" but in reality people should just fly delta. b the time they add up everything, bags there and back, no snack or beverages on the plane, no recline seats, no tv, etc... you are basically paying for a regular flight, that is now just expensive as the original comfortable flight you wanted. horrible experience. one of many with this airline. I keep giving chances and they keep disappointing.

The flight was very cheap initially. It was a direct flight, which was nice.

They charge for everything. They input my name wrong into their system after I had booked it. In an attempt to change it, they were goign to charge me $80 per person to correct their mistake. I went the check in early and to select a seat they charge for that. Then on the plane, they charge for beverages, carry on bags, etc. So it ended up costing the same as a flight I had passed on with all the amenities included and closer to home. Lesson learned on Frontier. It may sound cheap, but they get you in the end.

My flight was cancelled. It was rescheduled to fly out 8 hours later. The lady at the check-in desk was so rude to me and the other customers around me. She talked to me so hateful! That would have been my first time ever flying with Frontier airlines. I will NEVER fly with them because of this experience, and plan to let all of my family and friends know how rude, uncaring and unprofessional this airlines is!!!

Charging me for my luggage when they said it wouldn't fit in the above compartment.. and I've flown with the airline multiple times prior with the same luggage and they never charged me $50 when it fit in upper storage bin

Bag fees are ridiculous. The crew is non-present. On my return flight the only employee who spoke to us was a clearly unhappy woman who was going down the aisle with a garbage bag yelling, "Trash! Trash!"

Delay, delay, delay. American is never on time and constantly calling for passengers to switch flights because of overbooking.
