Pros: The sanitizing of the aircraft was beyond expectations. The personal wipes were a plus so we could clean the areas around our seats to our satisfaction. The individual snack bags are a great idea to minimize handling. The boarding rear to front should have been in place years ago and the deplaning was about normal front to rear with distancing.

Pros: Being on time
Cons: Nothing you guys did great thankyou so much.

Cons: On time

Cons: The boarding crew wasn’t friendly

Cons: Tv wasn't operating correctly

Pros: All was great!

Cons: Seats are too small

Pros: The flight itself was excellent. Friendly, helpful, kind — great attendants and crew.
Cons: The flight was delayed 4 hours. We never found out why exactly. That was a little tough but staff was great

Cons: Late

Pros: Nothing three hours late I went to dc and then took the train

Cons: Having food & being on time would’ve been nice?

Cons: Not really an experienced flyer. Overall the flight seemed good. No issues with airline or airport. Just don’t understand self-important people that feel compelled to push the overhead storage limits with their bags.

Cons: Food and service. Our flight attendant didn’t seem to want to be there. Sub-par service for first class by a long shot.

Pros: Smooth flight
Cons: No drink/snack service because of shorter flight times.

Pros: Crew was great, just not very much room.
Cons: Larger seat room.

Pros: Crew was very friendly. Food was excellent

Pros: The crew was fantastic.
Cons: Seats, leg space, noise. The seats in coach were too close together and the entertainment system was slow and seemed outdated.

Pros: Being that I needed to book last minute due to my other carrier only having one flight headed back to my destination, of which they weren't even sure if it would be taking off...Delta came through in a pinch. It was my first time flying with them but the ticket agent was helpful and attentive
Cons: N/A

Pros: Crew was very professional. Seat uncomfortable. No entertainment. did get water or coffee.
Cons: Comfort

Cons: more leg room is needed

Pros: Efficient and friendly

Pros: Not sure why this flight was delayed inbound. But it made the departure late by over 30 minutes.

Pros: Seats are comfortable and didn’t mind staying with the back upright. Flight attendants veery friendly and boarding was fast and easy.
Cons: Headrest was too short and there’s no seat back screen. More communication from the cockpit at the end would have been nice. Announcements were very hard to hear over the background plane noise.

Pros: Flight was safe, smooth & fast.

Cons: Aiirlines always want to try and chargel extra money for everything. If you purchase tickets back in February and still can't sit with your significant other that's a problem to me.

Pros: On time.

Pros: Roomier than a lot of airplanes.
Cons: Bumpy ride. Nobody's fault.

Pros: Flight crew is helpful. We travelled with my 82 year old mother who needed some assistance, especially for our short connection times, and they made sure she and our whole group made it to the connections on time.

Pros: I liked booking/purchasing my ticket on Kayak on June 3rd.
Cons: I did not like arriving for my 4:50 PM EST flight at 4:10 PM EST and being told there is no way I can make my flight. The crew at CVG’s Delta desk is incredibly uninspiring and not helpful at all. A lot can be done in 40 minutes and they made little to no effort helping me make my flight or to get me on another flight on 6/13 that would get me home to Colorado Springs the same day.

Pros: CVG isn't a huge airport, but it has a good amount of things to keep you entertained/well fed.
Cons: CVG security line isn't terrible, but there seemingly is ALWAYS a decent wait. When a flight is full, like this one, it's never very comfortable – even a short flight.

Pros: Boarding was fine. And service was good.
Cons: TV controls didn’t work. So I couldn’t watch anything for the 4+ hour flight.

Cons: The attendants at the delta counter in the airport were very rude and told us we were nit elite member when in Lima and Mexico was at the contrary

Pros: Friendly crew with modern plane
Cons: Why am I paying for first class for just snacks I can buy in an airport shop?

Cons: Flight was late by almost 2 hours!!!

Pros: Flight was on time, boarded quickly and efficiently. Staff were nice enough but all business.

Pros: Nice and attentive staff, smooth on and off.

Pros: I fly non Rev so it's great to fly economy comfort for free
Cons: Seats were available so not a bad experience. Sometimes not knowing if I'll make the flight is unnerving. It's worth it however for the flight benefit I book directly through Delta so very curious how and why Kayak is requesting this survey

Pros: Delta made sure my husband and I had seats together and my husband was thrilled to have a window seat. We took off and arrived earlier than scheduled.
Cons: Everything was perfect. Nothing negative to report.

Pros: Quick trip and relaxing --- no high way traffic issues, accidents or construction hold ups.
Cons: There wasn't anything I did not like.

Cons: I have never been to Billings, so I find it rather difficult to review this flight that I have never been on.

Cons: had to check my carryon which got WET sitting outside to be loaded on the plane. It was a cloth bag.

Pros: Service was great
Cons: Food wasn't great cookie!

Pros: Didn't nickel and dime us about snacks or entertainment. Warned us about turbulence, but it wasn't too bad, thanks to the pilot for doing his best to keep us on an even keel. Did not feel, squished in the "comfort" or Premium Economy seats. In the lowered expectations world of modern air travel, this was relatively OK, which means I recommend it and would fly with them again.

Cons: I told you my daughter's birthdate, you know her age, don't require me to call you and wait on hold for 30+ minutes for her to not be seated by herself.

Pros: Flying to Portland was trouble free.
Cons: No complaints here

Pros: Really surprised to see that Deltas new 737's had free in seat entertainment.
Cons: Boarding was a little awkward.

Cons: i checked my bag and did not have any carry-on. Generally, i feel i should be offered boarding before all the masses who try to carry on bags that are too large and need to be gate-checked....they clog up the ramp and aisles once on the plane (this is a general complaint that is not directed at Delta specifically...applies to all airlines)

Cons: Seating is too crowded

Pros: Tail winds provided an early arrival. When my flight was rebooked due to a delay on my first booking I was upgraded to Permium booking and drinks were complementary on the flight from Atlanta to Philadelphia.
