We are then asked to check our bag, and are forced to put our 1 bag between our legs, whole many people stored two overhead. Flight was delayed a few minutes and time was not made up in air. Delta changed a few of our flights before we were even off the plane, while other passengers were allowed to keep their original flight (originally we all had the same connecting flight). Looks to me like they overbooked and pulled some of us randomly. Also, my checked bag was sent on wrong plane, and sat unattended at next airport for 2 hours."

Then, anyone who had luggage, had to lineup against the side of the jetway, awaiting their luggage, and increasing the congestion. First, it was inconvenient. Worse, if there was any kind of emergency, I believe it would have created a unsafe environment. Very Poor Design & Process ! ! !"

American Airlines tried to help and eventually were able to accommodate me through purchasing a new ticket and ensured my husband and I were still sitting together. Kayak and csfare basically told me sorry for your luck. I will not use this company again."

We had previously booked and paid for Main Cabin extra seats in the second row that included extra leg room and free drinks. We ended in an airplane with two exit rows, one near the front and the other near the back. Our seats were right behind the rear exit row in the back of the plane. The seats did not recline and there was limited leg look because the exit row seats were aligned differently due to the crew seat next to the door. Also, the bathroom was right in front of the row in front of us and so it was busy, noisy and smelled. Obviously we didn't get our free drinks either. Now I'm having to fight with American trying to get a refund of the money we spent for the Main Cabin extra fees. The fun never stops. I will never fly American again."

On the 4th delay announcement I had to rebook my international flight for the following day because my connection was leaving Chicago while I was still in Columbus. I had to rebook and get a hotel for the night on my own expense since American Airlines won't pay if it is weather related even though the weather was not the issue, rather air traffic control. The plane we got the next day was a smaller uncomfortable plane with zero entertainment and a crew that projected they would rather be anywhere else. I don't blame them, my experiences with American Airlines had been progressively getting worse."

Than we waited 20 min fir our carry on luggage to arrive. We were told we had to check it. By the time we arrived at our gate they had given outlet seats away. They were not very polity ir helpful."

Cons: "I was advised by customer service agent over the phone that it would only cost me $100 for an extra bag on my flight and that it would remain the same whether i paid it online or at the airport. However, at the airport i was told that the extra bag is $200. My office agreed to paying for the extra bag only for $100. Now I am out of pocket with $100. So disappointing."

Cons: "The flight within itself was not a problem. However there was a hold up because on weather which is not a problem better safe than sorry. But trying to make our connecting flight was the problem we asked over and over for information on if we were to make our connecting flight and no one seem to be able to give us a relatively fair answer on what we were to do because of the delays. Needless to say we missed our connecting flight in New Jersey they shut the door and said we could not board, that's OK if that was the rules but what to do next was the problem, no one could seemingly help us.We had to walk around to find someone to help us to only be told that we can just get the next flight but we had to go to customer service to get re-ticketed which was making us missed even another flight the lines in customer service were extremely long and they were going extremely slow so I had to jump out of line and go to a gate in which someone help me get re-ticketed to catch the next flight. We were to have someone to meet us in London in which we had no way to connect with them to tell them we were going to be 2 to 3 hours late. Once we got on a flight the plane was clean, the seats were spacious enough for economy and the staff was friendly but coming through New Jersey was not what I would want to do again but I had a flight back coming through. The horror!"

Cons: "I dislike that once I got to the airport in Cleveland before boarding schools go to Orlando they charge me $45 for a suitcase that if I would have painted with my ticket it would have been $25 and that's what it told me I had to pay at the airport if I wasn't going to pay it with my ticket it was only $25 not $45 so they charge me $45 and then when I went to board the plane to go in they tried to charge me $45 for a backpack that fits under the seat and wasn't a carry on then they charge like $3 for a can of soda I don't think I'll ever recommend Frontier to anyone or I would never travel again with them that is ridiculous being a disabled person and being taken advantage of is unacceptable"

Cons: "The service, and delays were absolutely terrible. They switched gates on me 3 times, which in turn made me miss my flight. I then had to uber back fourth costing me $100 to get to and from the airport, when my friends dropped me off on time. I arrived 2 hours before my flight, and then it got delayed, then switched gates, then the lady at the desk told me that they were boarding at 410. I arrived at 409 at the wrong gate and to run to the other gate to board which was then 411 and they said they were departing at 410. Absolutely terrible. Never again."

Cons: "The fact that we were already delayed about forty minutes before even taking off is one thing. I'm okay with being delayed and understand these things happen and you have no control. What I don't understand is if you have a flight(s) that's delayed, you would think most companies will do anything and everything to make up for this, if possible. We ended up landing in Denver about fifteen minutes after original time and then had a plane in our gate so we were told it could be as long as twenty minutes. Thirty minutes later we were then waiting to have someone direct the plane into the gate. Forty-five minutes later we finally pull into our gate only to wait another fifteen maybe twenty minutes to have someone move the shoot closer to the plane and then open the door. A customer service manager was supposedly the only one that could perform this difficult task. It just seemed as if Frontier was providing us passengers with excuse after excuse that made no sense to anyone with half a brain. I finally got off the plane at 12:26 a.m. and I was in row five! So an hour and a half later roughly for everyone else AFTER already being forty minutes late departing Cleveland. I would be calling whoever I needed to repeatedly if I were the pilot or even co-pilot because most know that to get and retain customers FOR LIFE, you need to have and/or provide your customers as best as you POSSIBLY can when a situation like this arises. A lady sitting across the aisle from me said it was because Frontier is sharing gates with another company and still trying to get everything worked out. I don't care if that's the case or not but it needs to be worked out prior to putting your customers through such turmoil regardless the time of day or night it may be!"
