Cons: Flight from Istanbul to Mumbai was not that great. Leg space was not that great. Food overall was pretty same across the 3 meals. Expect more variety which I have seen on other airlines like Emirates and Etihad.

Pros: Flight went smooth, was on time, no issues. Meal had pretty good cake. In flight entertainment has a good amount of Japanese pop, too.
Cons: Minor gate change, not a big deal. Really not to much to complain about.
Pros: The actual flight was really fantastic, food was warm, flight was relatively comfortable/smooth, entertainment at least for me was good, since they had a decent amount of Japanese music to choose from, and the attendants were friendly and nice. Everything was 100% on time as well. I could complain more about tiny tiny things, but for $500 I felt I got a lot better service than United on an equivalent route.
Cons: Seats were slightly stiff, but not too bad. Only bigger issue was upon boarding all the people lined up in a 100+ yard line and caused a bit of commotion instead of waiting for their seat numbers to be called and forming a small normal line. This is in no way the airline's fault, and they tried to make it work in spite of the people doing it, but as a Westerner this was confusing.

Cons: Lady at check in, Helen, at Pearson was TERRIBLE. No compassion for us travelling with a 2 month old baby, and then booked our seats with united in separate locations with no bassinet. I will never use air Canada Again.
Pros: The in flight attendants were very helpful and attentive. Boarding was quick and organized.
Cons: The entertainment system didn’t work well to start, and then stopped working altogether 2 hours into a 5hr flight. The staff tried to fix it and were very apologetic, which made up for it. The seats were a little too hard for me. I was pretty sore by the end of the trip.

Cons: My husband and I sat in row 30 (center & aisle). I sat in the center. As soon as the plane took off, we all heard a dog bark nonstop. The lady directly in front of me had brought a dog!! We felt terrible for the person to the lady's left and right. And then in the middle of the flight her dog pooped all over the floor! And the poor Stewardess' (they were SO wonderful) had to clean up the mess. Then the lady had to clean up more pee and poop and left all that mess right in front of my feet and handbag (which I put under the seat)! I had to hold onto my handbag and shoes the entire trip bc it was touching the pile of dirty paper towels! I couldn't eat the meal due to the gross situation, and I was very upset about this situation all bc of this one lady who had no regard for the ppl around her and behind her! I don't know what your policies are concerning bringing a dog on a plane, but it ruined my flight. I love Korean Air, and love the service and the stewardess' professionalism and attentiveness, but this has made me think twice about flying anywhere on Korean Air!

Cons: This was a JetStar flight, not JAL as the title says. I've only had good experiences with JAL. Despite paying for two pieces of baggage, I had to pay an extra charge. One of my pieces was a pair of light skis (5kg, well below the allowed 20kg) that were apparently too long for normal baggage. It is just another way to extract an extra fee. Seat spacing on Jet Star is dismal. Thankfully it was a short flight

Pros: We were able to fly standby on our original 2:30p flight but had to return to DCA for checked baggages later that day
Cons: Connecting flight from JFK to DCA was moved from approx 2:30p to nearly 8p, making our layover 7+ hours, as opposed to 1-2 hours. No reason for this change was provided. Delta crew member in JFK was rude and unhelpful. The second agent (who ultimately booked our standby tickets for our original connecting flight) was more pleasant.
Pros: The flight was only half full so boarding was very quick.
Cons: The seats were hard and there was no entertainment system.
Pros: Inflight experience was fine. TVs didn’t work but Flight attendants are friendly on Delta, cramped seating - but not unlike other airlines.
Cons: Regular fare seat assignment not available prior to gate . Airport concourse F - poor - limited services. Customer Service seemed uninterested and unable to provide service both on phone and at gate. I’m a frequent United flyer & today’s Delta service experience made me more loyal to UA.
Cons: Lost my both bags in transit. Also, did not get wheelchair services at Paris and had to walk everywhere with bad legs. Not good.
Pros: Boarding was quick.... I am just filling space to get to 50 characters as United was quite bad and that’s paying for first class
Cons: First class doesn’t get you into their United Club before the flight. You still have to pay for any food in first class. And they tell you need to download the app after you exit the airport area and lose WiFi and coming international couldn’t go and download before flight. United was a huge disappointment.

Cons: Remarkably, airline was unaware of FAA regulation requiring window seat for Portable Oxygen. Switched at the last minute to the last row, which does not recline. Thus sheer misery for someone with back trouble. Wi-fi also inoperative. Plus, the panel on the siding was loose snd vibrated the whole time.

Pros: Our flights arrived just in time, and everything was set up for us to be on time in our destination.
Cons: There was just ONE lady trying to check all the passengers in. Obviously, it was complicated for her since no other people tried to help her registrate lots of passengers. We could have lost our connection flight, if she hadn’t made it on time. This happened in Panama.

Pros: We asked for the seafood meal option. Great food and we were served before regular meal service. The ANA staff was unfailingly polite and helpful. The economy class seats were surprisingly comfortable and the entertainment options were well-rounded. We hope to fly on ANA again!

Pros: Helsinki is a convenient connection to fly to the U.S. One of Finnair planes was damaged earlier in Chicago and they used AirItaly to operate this flight. I was traveling with a recent wrist fracture and I was lucky I had an empty seat next to me that allowed me to move my arm a lot to avoid swelling.
Cons: Our boarding was an hour and a half delayed

Cons: The aircraft was extremely dirty, also my seat was saturated with a spilled drink and it was all over the seat and the tray table and tv, there was old food crusted on the seat back. I didn’t want to touch a thing thank god it was only a two hour flight. Very very outdated.

Pros: I liked that cleanliness and the blankets were really nice! I liked the selection of entertainment. The food was alright for getting meals on a airplane. The staff was very nice as well.
Cons: The space was very small and if someone tall is sitting behind you, you cannot our seat back at all so for a 15 hour flight that’s pretty bad. Everything else was good!

Pros: The business class seat pods were superb. Food was good and crew was very helpful, especially in Seoul -- they automatically rebooked me on another Asiana flight to Bangkok when I missed my connection, and they loaned me a cell phone to call the people who were going to meet me there.
Cons: The 2 1/2 hour departure delay (due to a mechanical issue) resulted in my missing my connecting flight to Bangkok. Entertainment choices (movie selection) could use improvement.

Cons: The seats were so narrow. When a person in front of you pushes back their seat your space gets ridiculously small...same problem with my flight from LAX to Incheon... It looks like that the aircrafts for this 10+ hr flight are older (smaller seat space) than the ones used for a 1-1/2 hr flight between Incheon and Osaka. Also the terminal at LAX is so far away from Tom Bradley main building that we needed to take a bus and had to wait about an hour until we finally got our suitcases.

Cons: I lost my bag, its untraceable right now . The airline was not that supportive and i haven't heard from them till now.
Pros: Plane left late from Manila and was asked to run to catch the connecting flight to LAX. Monitor did not work. Flight attendant/s were rude whenever their asking to stow away foot rest. Never say please. When I got to LAX, I needed to wait for the very last luggage for me to find out that my luggage was left in Guangzhou. No apologies whatsoever and was given a direction to file a report. Very sad experience.
