Cons: There was too many parents who were super loud and didn’t care about their children jumping and screaming around the plane for 12hrs. I wish the fly attendants said something to calm down the situation.

Cons: WHEN i ARRIVED AT AIRPORT ON JUNE 3,2019 TRUKISH STAFF TOLD ME YOUR FLIGHT IS NOT CONFIRMED BUT MY FLIGHT WAS CONFIRMED.I AM VERY UPSET BECAUSE I AM DISABLED AND LOW VISION.I THINK THIS IS TOATLY WRONG.20 MAY I WAS SICK TRUKISH AIRLINES CANCELED MY FLIGHT BECAUST I WAS SICK.

Pros: The entertainment was adequate and there were multiple snacks/meals. The bread rolls were warm. And they provided towelettes for wiping hands after meals.

Cons: The crew could have been more considerate, and the Economy seats were even tighter than usual! There was no leg room and even without the person in front of me reclining, the seat back was hitting my knees. The passenger next to me had longer legs and was much worse off. The food was very poor.

Pros: Very comfortable business class. Amazing food prepared on board. Flight crew was very pleasant, helpful and professional. The business class lounge in Istanbul was amazing as well, 2 stories tall with food, drink and entertainment everywhere. Golf simulator, slot cars etc!!!

Cons: Check in process was more disorganized than most business class .

Pros: Very helpful and accommodating

Cons: United Airline s***k. Flight was delayed 3 1/2 hrs and they don’t give a s**t you have a life. Never again UA!

Pros: The crew was great. The sandwich was tasty. And, I loved the leg room!

Cons: Food was not edible. Everything else was good.

Pros: Good seats. Friendly crew. They were late serving the breakfast snack, must have not been watching the time, but it made me chuckle.

Cons: The check-in at Washington Dulles was understaffed. Boarding was chaotic.

Pros: Generally a smooth experience.

Cons: The seats are too close together. Charging for drinks is out of character for a good airline. Go back to free non-alcoholic drinks.

Cons: plane was so old, the seat was worn out and terribly uncomfortable sitting on it for 8 hours. It also had about a 2 inch gap of missing seat cushion. plane was very dirty. service was not friendly.

Cons: Constantly late! Unreliable and missed my connecting flight, AGAIN!!! 4 out of last 10 flights I have had lost luggage. No apology, it’s “just BA”.

Cons: Seats are terrible, no entertainment, and high expenses even for soda! Since when is BA in a race to the bottom with all of the other terrible airlines?!

Cons: Ticketing staffs should and can be more co considerate. Average rating at best, and sometimes very rude.

Pros: crew was great, food was delicious, seats were comfortable.

Cons: updated movie library, better handling of boarding for priority customers.

Cons: Check in is insanely long. Terminal 1 at JFK as usually Absolutely terrible. Line to go thru TSA is exacting 40 min at 12 am Midnight. We pay so much (in the price of our ticket) to be treated as cattle !!!

Pros: The bus was one of the most comfortable international flights I have ever been on.

Cons: Somehow, our luggage never made it to Rome, despite a nearly four hour layover in Munich. Disappointing.

Pros: Crew was very nice. Food was ok.

Cons: Seats were not very comfortable.

Cons: They lost our luggage and we can't reach anyone who can help us find it. The customer service people are very unhelpful

Pros: The crew was very attentive and the flight left on-time and arrived on-time too. No issues with the schedule or my bags.

Cons: The seats are really uncomfortable, they provide you a pillow and a blanket, but with the limited space you can't even use them, there is even less space than on domestic planes. For an overseas flight this is really bad. Also, you cannot sleep, very long time for dinner and announcements.

Pros: Very friendly, helpful and communicative crew.

Cons: Only complaint: the touch screen on the seat back was oddly unresponsive and this made it a bit difficult to interface with the various in-flight entertainment options; the streaming music in particular.

Cons: The crew/attendants were very efficient and listens to the passengers. They went the extra mile to accommodate.

Pros: Great crew, excellent legroom, excellent meal, snacks

Cons: Eliminating the 1 hour delay to get to the gate at Logan after landing early.

Cons: Zero snacks, not even for purchase. London to Texas is a really long way to not be able to purchase snacks other than the meals they provide.

Cons: Extremely poor timing and communication. Departed over 2hr late and missed landing to the correct airport by 10 mins and so had to divert to an airport an hour away with poor coordination

Cons: Check in was horrible and inefficient. The seats are smaller compared to most major airlines (Delta, AA, Air France, KLM)

Cons: The temperature in the cabin was unbearably hot

Pros: The crew were really welcoming, which is not always common on BA.

Cons: The entertainment system is tired, and the selection could be a lot better.
