Cons: I had a flight with a connection starting at 6 PM on a Monday. At 5 AM the day of the flight I received notification that the first flight would be delayed, making connection impossible, I was prompted to select another flight to arrive to my destination. I chose a flight with a connection staring at 7 PM. Upon getting on the first flight we began to prepare for takeoff. After about 30 minutes the pilot notified us that we would be delayed 40 minutes because we had nowhere to land at my connection airport. I realized at that point that I would possibly miss my connection, which was scheduled at 10:20 PM. However, I did arrive at the connection airport around 9:40 PM which would have given just enough time to arrive at the connection gate. Unfortunately, upon arrival to the connection airport the pilot informed us that we would have no gate to de-board the plane. The pilot stated that all connections "were aware of our delay" and gave us the gates for each connection. I got off the plane at 10:15 PM and ran to my connection gate arriving exactly at 10:20. The gate attendants informed me that my flight had left, my bags were on the way to my destination city and that I would need to spend the night in the connection city. The attendants, appeared disinterested and impolite but upon prompting provided us with a hotel voucher for the night. The next day we arrived at the airport 2 hours before boarding and waited at the gate. When it was near the time for departure we were informed that the plane had been downgraded and requests were made for some to give up their seats for a later flight or check carryon bags to make room for other passengers. While some lined up to give up their seats and bags, those who chose to remain on the original flight were forced to wait before boarding the plane. We were then told that we would have to wait until the pilot and crew arrived before boarding. Scheduled departure time was 5:46 PM but the time got pushed back until we boarded around 6:30, departure was rescheduled to 6:50 PM. We boarded the plane and waited for departure but a few minutes later the pilot informed us that "he just got here" and that there were mechanical problems that would cause further delay. After an hour we were informed that the plane was not able to fly and instructed to go to another gate for another plane. Departure time got rescheduled to 8:30 PM. The plane departed after 9 PM and arrived at 10:30 PM for a 5:46 PM scheduled departure.

Cons: Board was a bit disorganized and took much longer than I am used to even on full planes

Pros: I got bumped from the flight. They overbooked. Three people were let on after me.

Cons: There was a problem with their system, so they didn’t have a record of my checking -in. But, my email said I had checked in - just wouldn’t give me a seat number. They put me up in an old hotel that I would not recommend, so I can fly tomorrow.

Pros: Wasn’t able to board due to the extensive long lines at TSA. SJU needs to improve their staffing to make the process a lot quicker. Missed the flight and wasn’t able to be accommodated

Pros: Ticket price, clean plane, comfortable seat, on time.

Cons: Crew needs to not behave like they work for a very cheap airline. Not a smile on their faces, not a single friendly sounding instruction or announcement from them. It doesn't cost them anything to act a bit more friendly.

Cons: This flight was for my wife and I's honeymoon and it was a miserable experience. The flight was delayed by several hours with no specific expectation of when it would actually leave. We were just continually told “soon”, “shortly”, “in an hour” all night long. If we were given a specific time then we could have planned on at least trying to sleep for a little while. It wouldn’t have been near the same inconvenience if it was during the day except it was during night when no stores were open to buy food or a pillow to try and sleep. The airline wasn’t able to get any pillows or blankets for us. Luckily we still made it on our cruise before it left but with no sleep it left us pretty miserable trying to recuperate from that night.

Cons: We PAID $30/each to check 2 bags, both ways, so $120 total. Then at the gate, BOTH WAYS, Delta Gate Reps allowed people to check bags for FREE, & pick up at bag claim, just like WE PAID TO DO. NO MORE DELTA FOR US!

Pros: The boarding was great and moved very well. The crew super friendly and helpful.

Cons: More information on how to use the complimentary Wifi in the cabin. I had the app and it helped me but it’s not immediately in front of you so the passenger can decide. You guys offer WiFi in packages and most of the other airlines do not.

Cons: The person I was seated next to had very very bad body odor. They also urinate on the seat. I had to tell the flight attendant about the spoiled seat that I previously brought to the attention of the caretaker of the individual but she had zero concern. I was on a 7 hour flight having to try and avoid the smell. I had to attempt to eat food trying to avoid that smell. The person in front of my seat was able to smell the body odor and urine. He also warned me about the urine in the seat that I was aware of but at least he cared unlike that caretaker. If not fot that experience my flight would have been much better.

Cons: If we were not forced to pass through Costumes and take our Luggages and go through security again, although we were in transit for couple of hours only. I lost my pierce and no one helped

Cons: My tailbone aches from the seat. Other friends who flew Copa Airline had the same experience. Friends on other airlines had no complaints. I need a donut cushion on the seat.

Pros: crew was very rude and unprofessional. Flight was delayed due to maintenance. We were boarded the plane then de-boarded us for maintenance. then changed plane and delayed more. Then captain changed and delayed even more. No food or drink was offered. Asked for money to buy food or even drinks after making us wait. I was asked to push my elderly family member on wheelchair when asked for help during gate change. I was told to push my own family and i might miss this flight if I wait for help. never apologized for the behavior.

Cons: The JetBlue app currently is broken. The mobile boarding passes disappear as soon as your first flight lands. Therefore you'll have to get a printed boarding pass at a counter if you have any connections. This is highly irritating.

Pros: Comfort+ seats are affordable and give me the leg room I need as a 6'3" adult.

Cons: Seems like Delta provided free upgrades to families with small children in Comfort+. This impacts the flight comfort for us paying customers. Recommend readdressing this policy and not placing small crying children in Comfort+ for free.

Cons: No leg room. I am 6.3 and i got cuts on my knees from the front seat. I took pictures of the cuts but can't upload them here. Idk if i can sue the company, it's like discrimination if you are tall, you need to pay to fit. What about fat people that squeeze others?

Cons: On the website it said I had almost no more seats and I was forced to pay 17 dollars and the plane had empty seats to Boston, that is, I didn't need to spend and this will be my last trip with Spirit

My previous flight had the same issue and we were promised a voucher. I’d like the same for this flight please.

Cons: The flight was delayed because one or more of the crew were late. I would suggest that when you board a large flight, start from the rear of the plane, not the front. Having to go past everyone to get to your seat is time consuming and somewhat stressful. The food was super gross. The so called beef bulgogi was not appetizing at all. For breakfast, the food was disgusting.

Pros: The flight attendants have so much patience, it’s amazing. Because passengers are idiots.

Cons: Do you really need to charge every person to pick their seat?
