Pros: Flight was very late- about 45 minutes because of some problem with the "paperwork" they said. It was a beautiful day and the crew was ready to go, but we all sat for a long time before being allowed to leave Madison. It's especially bad when we've all made ourselves arrive at 5am for a 6am flight

Cons: Could have cleaned the spilt coffee from the tray table which was dry and sticky. Flight delays could have been communicated earlier (instead of after we were already delayed in boarding and it was already obvious)

Cons: When I made the reservation the code indicated that we would be able to purchase food on the flight. When I asked, the flight attendant said, nope, only choice is a pack of two cookies. We were starving on the 3.5 hour flight.

Cons: Had to take shuttle to other side of airport which took over an hour. Very very poor experience. Also, Seats had no room pull down table.

Cons: Plane was changed, lost all upgrades and assigned a random seat. One of the flight attendant had poor customer skills, was just rude overall.

Pros: Jeff was our flight attendant in first class. He is an excellent flight attendant. He has an amazing attitude and his manner made us feel as if we had been friends with him for years.

Cons: Passengers who pay retail for first class on domestic flights should get access to the Delta lounges even without the AE card. Other airlines do this, and we have come to expect it.

Cons: Plane delayed to gate from hangar for mechanical. Flight never took off b/c the mechanical issues couldn’t be resolved; no other planes available. My trip postponed a full day, causing me to lose $500. Really poor to arrive at an airport before 6am and not fly for another 24hrs.

Cons: Having to us use our cell phones to watch a few channels was terrible. No movie. No help. You were just left on your own. Total of waste of time. Give us a monitor. Give us options. You are American Airlines, not Allegiant Air

Cons: Seats were extremely uncomfortable, and hurt my back very much.

Cons: The gate agents were rude. So happy with their ‘power’ over passengers who are loaded like cattle onto the plane. They barked at every other passenger that their carry on bag was too big and wouldn’t even listen to train when bags would fit into the size checking stand.

Cons: If there could have been some sort of services to take travelers to their connecting flight, for cases of really short time window of course, it’d be extremely helpful.

Cons: Too much delay - departure was planned on March 15 @ 7 pm and take off happened on March 16 @ 12pm - a complete failure!!!!

Cons: The tv/entertainment system does not seem to have a FF/RW function. So if you have seen the beginning of the movie playing on the previous flight, you have to sit through it again.

Cons: Departures on both legs of the flight was delayed. First one 45 minutes and second one 20 minutes. The seat on the first flight was not the best and doesn’t seem to have a tall enough back section for taller people to rest their head.

Cons: I know this flight was considered local so they get away with no serving food but Phoenix to Honolulu is 7 hours long. they need to consider that other passengers took that flight as connection to a previous flight mine was Charlotte to Phoenix 4:45 duration

Cons: The flight was delayed so that I would miss my connecting flight so they change me to a different flight which was been cancelled and I had to get a different flight to Detroit where I landed as far from my departing gate as you could possibly make it with 20 minutes to get there
