Cons: It was an older airplane. For a long flight from Montreal to San Francisco, a plane with more room would be more humane. People were lined up for the bathrooms most of the trip since could not use the small first class bathroom. If one wanted a meal, it was one you had to pay for. Broken monitor
Pros: The flight was mainly smooth, it was a bit delayed, but made the time up in the air so we got in on time.
Cons: I still don't know how to connect to the Wi-Fi on board. It's odd, I'm a web developer and that's my job.
Pros: first flight was cancelled: second flight was 4 hours late so I did not get on it because I would miss connections and any later flight would put into Kiev at 1 AM... thus 3 nights with no sleep. I then cancelled.
Cons: first cancellation was understandable but everything after that was a fiasco including waiting 11 hours in Customer Service line to rebook cancelled flight.
Cons: It was ridiculously cold for 2 1/2 hours. When my seat mate asked for a blanket, the stewardess said she only had one more - then walked off. For drinks, they skipped several people. I had to catch her eye to ask for one and then ask her to get my kids a drink in front of me.
Cons: Flight attendent looked tired and over worked. They were rushing to give service and collect trash before fi ishing meal. Flight attendent who served us, might be tired so she missed the entire row to serve and a other fmight attendent already started collecting trash. She went back and got us food
