Very poor experience and will never travel with JAL again. With Business class ticket i was told that there is no veg option for the 1st leg of my journey from Delhi to Tokyo while served horrible plant based meat on the second leg of journey even though i selected Vegetarian meals. Also entertainment system is worse than domestic flight with hardly any Hollywood movies and no hindi movies at all

Good. The only thing is that I missed the flight.

Food we select all the airlines, but they said not selected, it’s bad experience.

My seat was so hard and uncomfortable. I took AA to Japan longer flight no tailbone pain. Coming back on JA shorter flight my tailbone was killing me no cushion on seat or just worn out.

Not very much of anything, it probably was once of my least favore business class flights I have experience in all the times that I flew Boz class

I always enjoy flying with Japanese Airlines. The whole experience is always a pleasure. This flight was no exception. Thank you Kayak for making it so easy to decide.

Very smooth onboarding and offboarding. Food provided was cold and not the best.

Terrible experience. Staff would not even refill my tea once. While they refilled a fellow Japanese persons wine 7 times. They also lost my luggage. Horrible. Go elsewhere

It was just a short flight. The crew was nice. No major issue.

I purchased the ticket online and went to do online check in amd the app wouldnt let me. I went to the airline desk and they couldnt confirm my ticket in their system. I ended up having to buy a ticket from the airline directly and paying twice for the same flight. The app wouldnt lwt me check in the kayak purchased ticket until after my flight was taken off.
