Cons: The WiFi did not work the entire flight (4 hours from Chicago to Seattle) and despite passengers inquiring multiple times, we were never informed whether to expect it to start working or not. Streaming TV was also poor quality on the United app.

Pros: United Airlines kept changing our flights and seating assignments even though we paid for 2 round trip tickets 4 months in advance. The ticket agents at the gate were very helpful in making sure my companion and I could get seats together.

Cons: Our luggage got left behind in Chicago. The luggage finally arrived at our destination 5 hours after we did.

Pros: We paid for extra leg room but did not receive it. Our complaint to the staff was dismissed without a care. We will be taking our business to Alaska Airlines in the future.

Cons: The touch technology for the entertainment system was not user friendly and rarely responded immediately to the touch. It discouraged me from using the entertainment system.

Pros: The taste of the food was delicious.

Cons: I’d have liked larger portion sizes as I was still a little hungry after each meal and snack.

Pros: The checking kiosk with luggage check-in, weight station and automated ticket printing for boarding pass and luggage tag. Security checkpoint was smooth and moving fast. All above have vastly reduced stagnant check-in line at the check-in counters.

Cons: Need more properly trained ground crew at baggage drop point (which is also the previously check-in counter) to ease the line and expedite the check-in. Also need more notification billboard along the long line to better inform the passagers what to expect at the security checkpoint.

Pros: Crew friendly and helpful.

Cons: Delayed after boarding due to lightning ground stop. Had to deplane and reboard. Almost 2-hour delay because gate agent had to rebook several people on the spot.

Pros: The crew was typical, the seat was on the aisle, which I prefer, but kind of in the way and I kept hitting my head.

Cons: The snacks are not good at all, next time I'll take my own. They should just quit serving them and charging us for them.

Pros: They smiled, gave a friendly farewell, made sure everyone was hydrated.

Cons: Don't get an attitude with calm passengers asking for assistance for their seatmates. Sometimes they wouldn't ask me what I wanted to eat or drink, they just assumed I already heard them ask other passengers and just waited for me to answer. It just seems lazy to me.

Pros: The crew was nice once we got going - after 1.5 hr delay, not due to weather. The delay was per United's Capacity restrictions on a smaller plane: a 737. They kept giving offers to fly tomorrow, starting at $500 and when it got up to $2000, people really responded. Then, after another delay: gone
